Le problème c’est qu’on avait expressement sélectionné une chambre à deux lits jumeaux sur Hôtels.comnet qu’à l’arrivée on avait un grand lit une place …Sur ce , la fille du comptoir nous explique que c’est de notre faute, qu’on aurait duuû écrire dans notre msg que l’on voulait deux lits : bref elle nous a changé pour une chambre à deux lits mais le discours tenu était du grand n’importe quoi !

It was very dirty under the beds and especially the shower. Towels with questionable stains. Terribly noisy room, room next to the elevator. Horrible

Nice reasonably priced hotel very close to the Place Jaude (in effect the centre of Clermont-Ferrand), but in a fairly quiet street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast.

Property was centrally located in walking distance of the shopping area and sites. As a result throughout the night lots of young people returning from a night on the town made sleeping a bit of a challenge. Our balcony thank goodness on the second floor he no lock on it. Parkade was very interesting, made only for smaller vehicles it was a very tight squeeze to get through the gate and then up a very steep slope to the parking stalls (with our rental we ended up having to take two stalls).

Please avoid this insalubre hotel. While riding my motorbike I spent one night in this health hazard dump hotel where I got bedbugs bites. The room looked unhealthy and has proven unhealthy given that I got severe bedbugs bites. This hotel should be closed as being a health hazard to guests.

There are a lot of external renovations going on at The Kyriad atm
To the extent that a couple of workmen were outside our bedroom window whilst we were still in bed !!
