Front desk “lost” my laundry for 24 hours. Parking key access didn’t always work. Room layout is poor. Front desk staff not always well trained. Breakfast team was excellent.

Stayed here for one night on the drive from Calais to the south. Really nice hotel, staff were lovely and all spoke English, parking was fine underneath the hotel (entrance is just to the left) and the location is good being a short walk to the centre of town. We ate out in town but had a drink at the bar which has an great fish tank to look at. Breakfast was excellent in the morning with a really good range and even had loose leaf tea. Would happily stay here again next time we were passing through.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and in a great location. Decent breakfast. A beautiful marine fish tank in reception. Can’t fault the hotel itself. It’s our second time here and we’d stay again. The Underground car park has really steep access ramps, so very low cars might struggle. It is however reassuringly secure. At the moment, the exit route from the car park is dug up but we weren’t notified. It meant driving over very rough ground/stones before exiting across a pedestrian route and cycle way onto a very confusing/poorly signposted one way junction. Not ideal.

Valentine's Day evening. Arriving at the hotel at 10:30 p.m. due to work, we were unable to dine at the hotel restaurant, which was already closed... which is odd for that date. However, we were able to enjoy the sauna the next morning, and it was very good.

The staff was friendly and helpful at all hours. The location is excellent with many food and sight-seeing options nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The spa area was well equipped and clean. There is parking available in a garage below the hotel, which was really convenient and reasonably priced. We will stay here again.

Hotel doesn’t provide basic amenities like micro oven, fridge and kitchen setup. No bathtub

A comfortable stay in the heart of the city
This was my favorite hotel on our trip. The location is in the central part of the city, with a lot of good things to see nearby. There are dozens of options for dining and a supermarket in close proximity to the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were great. The front desk staff speaks English, and they were always kind to everyone in our group. The spa area was well equipped and clean. There is a parking garage below the hotel which was reasonably priced and convenient. We will return.
