Kyriad Hotel Dijon Gare

One of the worst hotels I’ve staying in Europe. They put me in a 4th floor room with a broken elevator to start. Then the a/c was broken in my room and they moved me to another room with broken a/c. That room smelled like an ashtray. I would not stay at this hotel.

If you are running a hotel in 2022 you really need to get the internet working properly. Also the rooms are small and the elevator is slow. Be prepared for long waits to get up and down the stairs. Two star review only because the staff working here are friendly

Driving back through France from our wedding in the south, we were looking for a comfortable hotel with secure parking to keep our possessions safe for the 6-7 hours we would be there sleeping. Booking through an independent site that corroborated the website and tripadvisor stating there was secure parking we attempt check in, only to be told parking was full. We were told only option was to park in public train station.
My partner who speaks french perfectly having grown up in Belgium was told flatly there was nothing to be done. Given that we had yet to check in we asked for our money back but the night manager told her it was too late.
I went to speak to him and when I said that the hotel wasn’t able to provide basic advertised services that we should be refunded, he just chuckled and said it was too late, even though we hadn’t checked in. This is really poor. We even asked if he could phone the sister hotel but he refused to do so.
Patrice, I’d consider another job because customer service doesn’t seem to be for you.

A hotel in a horrible place. The beds are very ugly, with hairs and not like the Photos.
