Had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Kyriad Dijon Gare! I was mostly travelling south whilst staying, so the location next to train station was incredibly convenient. It was also a 10 minute walk from Dijon centre so also very convenient. The staff were professional and helpful. My room was clean, tidy, and had everything I needed. A tad outdated and worn, but nonetheless very good value for cost! Would stay again! Merci beaucoup!

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, conveniently close to both train and bus stations, and just a short 5-10 minute walk from Dijon's city center. Parking is also available. The staff were friendly and welcoming. While I didn't personally try the breakfast, my room, though a bit small and dated, was impeccably clean. I had a pleasant stay and would happily return.

Great service very helpful receptionists. Had to rebook for a day earlier and they rebooked without problems. Under ground hotel parking needs booking early to ensure a place as it's quite small. The only small downsides was the breakfast which was not a very high standard in our opinion. The scrambled eggs were poor and no fresh milk for cereal. There could have been boiled eggs on offer as well. We requested a double bed which was two singles pushed together which we found unsatisfactory.

The staff is very nice and helpful. There’s a parking basement, and centrally located. Alors, the rooms… freezing cold rooms, super outdated, broken showers, there’s instant coffee (but one decaf and one regular? Just give two of each for couples). Facilities; the pool space makes no sense (who on earth would use this?) you pass by on the way to breakfast which is weird, breakfast area not so nice but has continental selection, the parking is for tiny cars, I could fit my suv in there but had to close side mirrors and drive very carefully.

One of the worst hotels I’ve staying in Europe. They put me in a 4th floor room with a broken elevator to start. Then the a/c was broken in my room and they moved me to another room with broken a/c. That room smelled like an ashtray. I would not stay at this hotel.

Everything about my stay here was fantastic! The room was spotless and perfect. This is a smoke free establishment, so zero cigarette odor. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was probably the best I've had in a hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Zurich .

The location is very good, close to the train station and Dijon Cathedral. The downside is that the room is too small. The front desk MS can't communicate well in English.
