No one cleaned up the room for all days during our stay in this hotel

I have never posted a review, but I have to write this time: I traveled in Europe for half a month, visited eight countries, and stayed in hotels of the same level for most of the time. This hotel was the worst experience. The temperature was 3-5 degrees that day, and our three rooms were all on the 8th floor. The radiator in the room did not work, and the air conditioning was very poor. It could not reach 20 degrees even after it was turned on. The water in the shower and washbasin was still not hot after a long time, and we could not take a shower. It was too late, and we did not complain. We knew that complaining was useless and could not solve the problem. We also had no time to solve it for them because we were going to sleep. The breakfast was simple and expected, but I did not expect that there would be fruit that had been stored for too long and was about to rot. What's even more bizarre is that at 8 o'clock in the morning, which was the peak time for check-out, they were cleaning the reception desk and using a vacuum cleaner, which was noisy and unhygienic.
