We were with our tour group and had just gotten off the bus and needed the restrooms desperately. The place where our guide used to be able to use for this purpose was no longer available for some reason so we were told to go into the hotel, buy an espresso and then use the facilities which is what I ended up doing. I did not stay at the hotel but at the end of our visit in Honfleur. we had some free time before the next leg of our trip so several of us went in to have something to eat. It was too early to eat lunch so most decided on a hot chocolate and a piece of cake. I decided on another espresso. Anyway, we were seated in a nice sitting area, which was vacant when we arrived but began filling up for lunch. The group placed their orders and most ended up getting the same thing, this substantial size piece of chocolate cake with whipped cream and of course, the hot chocolate. I should mention the day we were in Honfleur was somewhat overcast with the threat of rain, so the hot chocolate hit the spot. It was a nice interlude, the service was prompt, our waitress pleasant and I would recommend.

very good central location but not on the harbor. very old vintage building . very helpful personnel , the food is excellent at their Michelin restaurant but that night when the group had dinner, waiters were not friendly at all not one smile. the rooms are beautiful. No AC.

Disappointing & Underwhelming hotel
Unfortunately we arrived at a busy time, therefore check in was chaotic and so was the area outside the hotel due to limited drop off space.
We were a party of 8, travelling in 4 cars. We had previously emailed the hotel a couple of times to book car parking but did not receive a reply. During our drive we had tried to phone ahead to see what the arrangements were for arriving by car but no one answered the phone. On arrival we were informed that they had not received our emails and the car park was full.
Naomi on reception was helpful & welcoming & even carried my heavy bags up the stairs! Our rooms were very comfortable but some refurbishment is needed for such a standard of hotel. In particular the carpets need replacing and the bathroom needed space for our toiletries.
Evening dinner was disappointing in so far as we waited an hour before our order was even taken. We realised there was a function taking place in another room & the hotel appeared to be short staffed. There were only two people waiting on in the dining room. The dining room was reasonably busy and we had pre-booked our evening meal with our booking so it was not a surprise that we were eating at the hotel.
The gentleman on duty was nevertheless polite, smiling, professional & apologetic. The waitress however was not remotely professional to the point of being rude. She may have been stressed due to lack of staff but she may need further training In her role dealing with guests. The food was good but we didn’t get our main courses until 10.00pm having sat down at 8.00pm.
We have visited Honfleur on numerous occasions and chose this hotel as it looks very appealing on the outside. Sadly it did not live up to expectations for a 4* Radisson hotel. On this current trip we travelled across Holland, Belgium & France staying in some delightful places in various establishments and were thoroughly disappointed by our experience in Honfleur. Our previous hotels were of a similar rating but this was by far the most expensive and not worth the money.

Absolutely fantastic hotel it's beautiful and the staff were very friendly and professional .Our rooms were amazing plenty of space
The breakfast was amazing lovely laid out and all very fresh.

This is the perfect choice when visiting Honfleur! The location is great. The amenities, including the spa, are inviting. Our room was cozy and comfortable. The staff is terrific, particularly Bilal. They not only took great care of us, they anticipated our needs We recommend this spot without reservation.

Excellent experience, really everything was perfect from start to finish. Warm staff, beautiful room, and with a lot of charm, ideal location in the heart of Honfleur. Perfect stay.

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. Finding the location was a struggle due to an incorrect address on Google Maps, with no guidance provided. When we called ahead to inform reception of our late check-in, the woman answering was the only staff member there and struggled to understand us in French. Even in person, communication was difficult, though switching to English helped slightly. On arrival, we discovered parking had to be booked in advance, something that was never communicated to us—not even during the call. The lack of a lift was another issue, forcing us to carry our luggage to the second floor late at night, which we only learned about by reading the fine print on the website. Additionally, the toilet in the room was uncomfortably small. Overall, it was an unwelcoming experience with poor communication and lack of guest consideration.
