Arrived in the rain. Started Pouring as we reached the car park. Being right-hand drive, I had to get out of car to ring the buzzer for the code. Ended up ringing out my shirt of rain water.

Comfortable hotel close to central area of Honfleur and in easy access of central eating areas and the attractive town centre and port area!

clean with very small rooms. Good location close to town. Ok for one person per room, a couple would find the rooms way too small

No frills hotel with a good location. The room was comfortable but had a small bathroom. The hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from downtown Honfleur which made it very convenient. Private, secure parking lot behind the hotel.

Loved this hotel, room spacious and cosy, very comfortable bed, staff were very friendly, helpful and professional, sad we were only staying one night, can't wait to go back.

We liked everything about the Mercure Honfleur. The rooms were small as expected, but the staff and location were outstanding and we had no trouble with the public parking lot in front. This was the second Mercure we stayed in, and we highly recommend both.

The second/new building. The website was misleading in its depiction of the room layout and size. The room was dark and too warm. The heat could not be adjusted, only turned off completely. The bathroom door did not close. The bar tender was unprofessional seeking immediate payment, speaking with apparent acquaintances and ignoring other customers. Fabulous hotel and first class restaurant. Excellent spa and indoor pool. Our suite had great views up and down the estuary of the River Seine. The industrial complex on the other bank of the river is too far away to detract from the the setting of the hotel. Large ships passing up and down the river add interest. The best service in the world! We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for New Year's Eve 2023/2024. We arrived on the evening of the 30th, almost 10pm. The city was packed! At check-in our reservation was not found and there were no rooms available... So we were offered a night at “Best Western Le Cheval Blanc - Vieux Port” (the other hotel from the same group) and while we were having dinner in the hotel...

Beautiful place to stay with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was delicious with local produce and eggs cooked to order. We didn't use the restaurant or spa but both looked lovely. The room was small but very comfortable with lovely views. Bathroom a little tired but perfectly clean and serviceable. Very easy to walk down to the beach and in to Honfleur. Sublime hotel, run by a charming British lady. Dinner on the terrace watching the sun set was wonderful. A haven of peace and good taste.

Owner is a very nice welcoming British lady who was maried to a French architect, room with see view is so pretty and relaxing, a beautiful place where I would like to keep visiting.

While the rooms are a bit dated, the spa area was amazing. Perfect for a quick family getaway. Walking distance into town with all the shops and restaurants nearby. We only staid one night but would love to have been there longer.

Excellent location. Free parking , easy walking distance to the centre of Honfleur. Good breakfast, items continually replenished. Friendly and efficient staff. Very strange decor and artwork ! As others have mentioned, the bathroom floods when you have a shower due to there being no shower screen. Overall a very comfortable stay and we would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this hotel

Clean and spacious rooms, very friendly staff (they speak English) good stay overall. The only qualm was that the restaurant food was bad (we had dinner). They were kind enough to fully disclose that the food is not freshly prepared, but still we expected better given the price Would recommend the hotel, not the restaurant

The rooms are smaller than the similarly prices ibis styles but the breakfast is better. Also has a large parking lot. A bit out of the city center, you'll need a car to move around

Spent eight great days and nights at the Cheval Blanc in Honfleur! Excellent central location, with an easy walk to all. Great breakfast every morning, with many delicious options. Very spacious room (323), with harbor views. In eight days and nights staying in the very front of the hotel at the busiest time of year, we never once were bothered by noise. We had a corner room on the 1st floor with spectacular views. It was clean and neat with a comfortable bed. I suppose some could consider it noisy due to location but was suprisingly quiet. Location couldn't be beat. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choices. Park in lot around the corner. We considered it a great find.

The hotel is very well situated for an easy walk into the town centre. The hotel staff were courteous and polite. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good.

Clean, friendly hotel for a short time visit in town. Siutabke for couples and small families. No parking available but there is nearby a bid parking area in reasonable price. Hygiene rules are followed by staff. Reception availabke only until 2100. Breakfast is poor.

It is clean, reasonably spacious, staff very friendly, breakfast adequate if sparse. It is a budget hotel, after all. Spent only one night, but would be happy to return for a longer stay.

Great family room with a mezzanine with two beds and double bed below. Kids loved that though steep stairs might be difficult for younger ones. Very central location. Spotless facilities. Good continental breakfast. Parking nearby, some of which can be expensive. Very friendly staff.

Originally we were only supposed to stay for two nights. But after some issues arose with our rental car and we found ourselves stranded at the end of the 2nd night, the hotel front desk employee really stepped up to help us navigate international calls and to extend our stay for a night as we could no longer get to our 2nd destination. Extremely well situated for exploring Honfleur. It's right near the river and very central for all sightseeing requirements. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, as are the rooms. Rooms are nice enough but lacking in some of the basic facilities we take for granted in hotel rooms these days. In particular, storage space for clothes and personal items is very limited.

Ibis was very much up to it's welcoming self. The receptionist answered all my questions politly, even promising Sunshine on the following day, and he was correct. He also offered me a choice of two restaurants, and the I chose was absolutely perfect. Thanks Ibis Honfleur.

The staff is very helpful and the room was adequate but the bathroom was not clean. I noticed that the floor felt sticky and I used a towel to wipe the area and found that the white towel became grey with dirt. Possibly the staff wipes but does not actually clean. The shower grout is orange/brown, mildew! The breakfast was very good!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and fantastic room with very comfortable bed. Hidden away and very quiet. Fabulous courtyard to hang out and have a cocktail or coffee. Want to go back!!! The weather was terrible but this place.... Makes you want to stay!! We had the room with direct access to the courtyard:) Loved the bathroom! And the service - super nice! We felt lucky to be there!

Has been a great place to stay. The staff is wonderful and provides a wonderful experience. The rooms are well appointed, spacious, and the best part is the water pressure in the showers in the updated bathrooms. The hotel is walking distance to everything in the city center. Make sure to walk down and watch the locks in action. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Warm welcoming upon check in, staff speaks English, friendly staff, parking provided, room was very nice and clean. No lift (so don’t bring big luggage). Breakfast was good. This property is close to centre where the top attractions are, restaurants etc. Everything ist just walking distance. Overall great and happy stays.

Small but clean rooms, perfect for stays, close to local town center, easy access to food. Allows for dogs to stay in the rooms, with seating area and breakfast for less that £5 if needed. Mcdonalds across the road was a bonus. Good parking. Could do with a mini fridge or refrigerator in the rooms for drinks /snacks and extra set of pillows!

It was perfectly ok. We stopped here as an emergency stop travelling from the UK to Brittany. Our train was delayed, which meant there was no way to make it to our destination before they locked up for the night. We booked online and just turned up. Got sent to France for a couple of weeks a few years ago for work, where I was booked to stay in Honfleur at Hotel l'Ecrin. My 2 weeks became a full year... The Hotel l'Ecrin accommodated my needs exceptionally well. I arrived and spoke practically no French, but after a year, I could hold conversations as required, and the staff at the hotel were always helpful. The hotel breakfast was always great...

Beautiful reception and commons but very disappointing bedrooms; could do with a good dusting. Owner should focus on getting the basic right rather than offering gimmicks. Hotel is.conveniently located a stone through from the old port.

A very good stopover with abundant restaurants within 100 metres or the old centre of town with its lovely quayside bars and eateries is a flat 25 minute stroll ( or borrow a bike ! ) Room was simply finished and the bed was extremely comfortable, plenty of room and a large en suite ( with lots of nice towels ! ) , all very clean and tidy - we will use Les Bleuets again 👍

We stayed there on July 21 -23 2018 Lovely quaint Hotel very clean and the Breakfast was good a typical French breakfast! Coffee was good! Close to Shops and the Beautiful Port.We had a car and there was a Garage provided! The Manager and Staff were always Friendly and helpful! Yes would stay there again !

Amazing hotel in beautiful neighborhood just near Honfleur. Nice spa (pool + sauna), gorgeous breakfast, stylish interior. Garden view so you will listen to birds from your room. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

Small stay at the beginning of September and nothing to complain about We were greeted perfectly and the hosts are very caring. The swimming pool is a real advantage to relax after a day of discovery. The place is calm and green. We also got a massage and again everything was perfect!

Friendly place, comfy, very nice tenants, good food. Swimming pool and sauna are the nice bonus after a busy day. This place is perfect for a few days stay.
