It’s a 3 star hotel, good value for money. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable to 3star standard. Bathroom good also. Shame just one tea bag each, nothing else. Location fab for everything.

Room was nice and cosy, I had a very good sleep. Breakfast was lovely too. The lady noticed that I really liked drinking the milk they had so she refilled my glass more than once even when breakfast session was about to end. The hotel is at a super duper convenient location. I managed to visit all the attractions I wanted to visit by walking. I’m really glad that I picked Hotel Chagnot.

Clean hotel, good reception. We had to use the ironing board which was very tiny. I would advise getting something of a normal size, because the iron looks like a toy and also irons like a toy. Great location and good price.

Had a really nice stay for Braderie weekend. Well worth buying breakfast and starting your day with the amazing view over the square. Rooms were clean and comfortable. No problem at all.

The service was very good, but the room didn't have an air conditioner, only a fan. It wasn't too hot, which was good, but it was sometimes uncomfortable during the day or when sleeping.

Bathroom too small, mosquitoes in the room. Breakfast very average, coffee is just water, and there are no phone outlets nearby in the room.

I normally love the Brughel, the staff and the feel of the hotel are generally excellent. This time I had a noisy room, lots of intrusive water noise from drains from showers and WC's in floors above. Ive stayed before but room 103 was a problem.

It met my expectations. It was clean and tidy. The room was small but it was manageable. The choose of lighting was a little bad but nothing too serious. The only bad thing was curtain on the window. It was a type- of a scroll curtain and it did not let me choose length.

The room was better than expected, the front desk service was smooth, luggage can be stored for free after check-out, and hair dryers can also be obtained from the front desk. It was a very good experience and cost-effective

The hotel is qalking distance from the train station and shopping centre. The rooms is small but has a kettle and teas that you can use. It does need a good paint job and modernising. Thecarpet in the corridor needs a good clean and walls need painting. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The room was very basic and tiny. It is without doubt the smallest room we have ever stayed in. They only supply one towel per person. It is very central and the main reason we stayed for the one night is access to a car park a few minutes walk away. Despite being in the town centre we didn’t hear any noise from outside. Breakfast was typically French.

This hotel has the best location in Lille, right in the city centre, near a large metro station and walking distance from the bus station. Good room size, do check before if booking a double that you do not end up with a twin. When I arrived that afternoon, the reception clerk was extremely abrupt and rude to me, for seemingly no reason except he appeared overworked. Jewel of an apartment. It is about 15 minutes from the train stations on foot. It is close to shopping and old Lille. The beds were comfortable and the toilet was large and well organized. I would definitely stay here again (it is my second time).

We stayed here for a night on our way driving to Lisse for the Keukenhof tulip festival. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and we enjoyed our large window overlooking a main square. The hotel was well located in the old town near green spaces and restaurants. It was a nice hotel to stay for the night.

Great place to stay We had an excellent stay. The staff was really nice and friendly. Located in the centre of Old Lille, which could not have been better. Clean and comfortable room. They hold the luggage for us after check out and let us stay in the lobby. Would definitely recommend.

The place is right at the heart of the city center with bus stops, railway and taxis very close. You can do the mail areas walking from here. Looks like a heritage building from the 19th century with everything very well maintained.

Good hotel to stay in Lille close to the train station and the city center. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Restaurant is good and you can eat at your room during the curfew. You can also order a breakfast that will be delivered at your room in the morning.

The hotel is on a noisy street, when entering the bathroom there was a piece of toilet paper on the floor. Quite noisy, the walls are made of cardboard, plus the noise from the street. The price is very high. The room is small

Make sure you can climb stairs. There is no elevator and the hotel is on a second floor. It is also in a walkable area so you cannot take a cab into the area. Breakfast was delicious and cheap.A bit expensive for the quality of the rooms.
