Super central and cheap prices. Rooms are quite old and small, but kept clean and nice. Checkin was a bit messy and our room wasn't ready when it should be.

It was a cheap stopover for one night. The room was quite clean, but not spotless. We booked the hotel due to its parking facilities however, when we arrived they told us they only have 2 parking spots which were taken, so we had to park in a public car park overnight. It was OK but not hugely impressed.

Didn't stay just went for a drink. Looked well organised.

This is a nice hotel. It is very convenient for the city centre, but you get what you pay for. It was an economical choice and that shows. I stayed for two nights and that was fine. Longer, and I would have unhappy. It may have just been my room, but I would hear everyone else’s plumbing, whether that was shower at one in the morning, or a bath at five in the morning, hence, not much sleep. But...

We loved being in the old town, next to the bakery, with great views and welcoming staff. With a late check out and baggage storage it was so convenient.

The front desk service was excellent. There was a handsome guy with braided hair who very kindly showed me how to open the room door and use the elevator. While the hotel is quite old, it does have an elevator. The only drawback, which is a common issue with many older hotels, is that the core facilities feel a bit dated. Basic very small room with bed which took up most of the space. Small shower, Small toilet. Very basic breakfast (not very substatial). One life to get up 6 floors (it was broken one day fortunately we only needed to go down not up). Very close to old town and very close to station so convenient for that. Stayed here a night whilst in Lille Hotel very central and just a 5/6 min walk from main square and literally across the road from Lille Flandres station…great location There’s not really a reception but there’s someone at the property from 11am -3pm for any issues You gain access to the property by QR code and the same access to your room Room itself was small and could be a slight hindrance...

The staff at this hotel was very nice. But unfortunately, the room wasn't cleaned for the whole duration of our stay (4 nights). Also the room was pretty small, the elevator and the stairs share the same trait. The location is great, right near the main train station in the city center.

Had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean with a lovely comfortable bed. Despite the hotel being fully booked and it being a bank holiday it was incredibly peaceful. Total silence all night long.( We were on the 4th floor to the rear so that probably helped) The bathroom although small was spotless. Very good hotel, room very clean and very spacious no hygiene problem to report, despite all the room is very badly soundproofed, one hears all the neighbors next to, above, and you hear the floor creaking as well as elevators. There are also some bad odors in some of the floor and at the reception, but otherwise nothing to report it is a very good hotel very clean and very well.

Very clean, simple hotel. Good location

The host was very very friendly, and the rooms are really very clean. The bedding and pillows are extremely comfortable. The breakfast is more than adequate for 7 euros only. There we spent the weekend and the situation of the hotel, close to the train station and the city center is ideal. We will come back with pleasure and we highly recommend this establishment.

A chain hotel that is absolutely not a chain hotel We loved everything about staying at this hotel. Supposedly it's a chain hotel but nobody told the people that run it. When we got there, they offered us a drink they'd made using mint from their own balcony. At breakfast, in addition to the (excellent) buffet they came out with freshly squeezed orange juice they had made themselves in the kitchen...

The hotel has everything needed in it's essential. I consider that for the daily cost the products (shampoo, breakfast, etc.) can be improved. I you wish to sleep comfortably and having a hot shower it's the right place, but don't expect more.

Over the years we stayed in different Ibis places, but this one was far the best. Small (specially the lift) but very friendly. Staff went over and beyond to accommodate our wishes and help when we needed it. They made our stay special and I would love to come back next time I visit.

+ location is perfect for visiting the city center and close to subway + comfortable bed and pillow + cleanliness is quite ok - room is pretty small and old, I almost can not find place for my luggage for daily use. - you hear very well when people passed by the room, it's annoying when it's alredy passed midnight!

Which is the most incredibly remodelled airbnb I've ever stayed in. All the detailed trims are impeccable. There's a beautiful sauna and a comfortable jetted tub. There are three huge TVs to watch Netflix or prime video or YouTube. Beds arer super comfortable

It was a very comfy bed and a great location.....especially because we saw the start of the Tour de France : ) We tried the recommended restaurants and liked them very much.

This hotel is very good. There is no reception. Everything is done by entry codes. Code to get inside the hotel and a code to get into your room. Make sure you have this information before you arrive. No lift so not recommended for elderly people unless on ground floor. We only had breakfast once but it was very good. All clean and very quiet. The nearest cafe is about 15 mins walk.

There were 2 staffs working in the office in the morning only. This property is a combination between a boutique hotel & ABNA. There are no other facilities.

Excellent location literally opposite the train station and Westfield. Simple but sufficient breakfast. Very spacious room with nice toiletries. Great cleaning service. Will definitely be back real soon. Shame there's no kids facilities though.

Hotel was in a great location just a few minutes outside Lille Europe station and close to centre of Lille. Room was large and very friendly staff. Great for a short break.

Hotel is conveniently located beside Lille Europe station and 10 min walk away from the city centre. There's a huge Carrefour located in Westfield EuraLille. Room was spacious and contemporary. Breakfast buffet spread was limited compared to other Novotel hotels.

We stayed one night at B&B Hotel Lille and found the location very convenient — close enough to walk to the city centre. The room was compact but comfortable, with a cosy bed and thoughtful touches, ideal for a short stay.

Lille is a city with a beautiful skyline. The hotel is also in the downtown area. It is nice to have a kitchen in the room. It is the room on Ctrip. It is annoying. There is no worse, only the worst. Turn three corners on the first floor and go to the corner. Look at the "beautiful view" outside the window of the four-star hotel.

Perfect Everything was perfect. The staff and welcome were perfect. The only downside is that the area around the hotel isn't very clean and walkable at night, but that's not their fault and it's the price you pay for such a great location.

Excellent central location near to both railway stations. Hostel was clean, comfortable and modern; excellent bunk beds in smaller men’s dorm; large lockers (remember to bring a small padlock or hire one for 2Euros). Nice kitchen/lounge area; good showers. Would definitely stay there again.

My first impression of this hotel was excellent thanks to the front desk staff, kudos to him. I don’t have photos of the room, but it was very good for the price. The hotel is in a residential area within walking distance of Vieux Lille. The walk can be a bit dark at night, so solo female travellers should take extra care. I’ll stay here again though.

This was our first time staying with you. The hotel was well located (bus stops nearby). Easy access to our room, where you met our expectations (extra bed for our 15-month-old daughter). We really enjoyed our stay; the air conditioning was excellent in this heat. However, the occasional power outage wasn't as pleasant.

The rooms are large and well-equipped. Because it is a new hotel, everything is quite new. It is not far from downtown Lille and you can go to many places on foot. The hotel is surrounded by a nice environment and is quite quiet. I recommend staying here.

Very close to the CHR. A little noisy due to the proximity of the road.

The Internet connexion wasnt working and also the staff knew about the problem they didnt bather so much to fixe it And if you would not put down the toilette sit the room became smelly ( discusting toilette smell) In rest it was ok

Good location to get into Lille centre easily. However, extremely dated facility, particularly the bedrooms. Small beds, damp patches, hooks hanging off walls. Perfect for a lads weekend, would not recommend for families or couples - not unless you want a divorce 😀

The location is in the middle of nowhere. Near a subway rail. That was quite loud in my opinion. The receptionist deserves a compliment though. She was very friendly, and she spoke English. I was quite pleased with that because my French is terrible.
