Such a great location for a few nights stop over in Lille.
Friendly and efficient staff. Cleanliness is high level. Next time want to try breakfast from balcony which looks perfect too!

Opposite the main station so very central. Staff is nice/ok. Very basic rooms with small beds and horrible view when sleeping at the back. Shower is simple, no safe or fridge. For cosiness, go somewhere else.

The shagnot is expensive and horrible but with a name like that no great surprise

I stayed 1 week to this wonderful and pleasant hotel .. it was very clean, charming environment.. the bed was very comfortable..easy access to everything.. excellent location ..supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shopping area anything you need around …the director mr Beels was an absolute delight ..amazing help for anything I needed and resolved a few issues that I needed to deal with during my stay !! So wonderful of him .. Karine helped me with my reservation and was also an amazing help cause wanted a real quiet room ..I will come back to stay again there soon 😀keep up the great work!!!🙏

Love it!!! Just close to everything you want to explore in this amazing city.
The staff was so kind and helpful, they replied to my messages via Booking.com so fast.
The price we paid for two rooms with a beautiful view was really cheap comparing to other hotels in the area.
The room were so clean and there was enough space.
Also we got a discount in a great restaurant next door.
We only wished there were more options for the breakfast.
It was a great stay with nice memories. :-)

The people there were very rude. I was there with my little sister at the check in to pay for one night. I payed with my card at the check in and they told me that they didn't receive the first payment. That was really weird to hear because I checked my bank statement and saw that they already took money from my bankaccount. I told the manager that this is not possible and gave him my bank statement to see for himself.. He didn't believe me and i found that really weird because it was a official bankstatment. I had no choice and the management was not reasonable so I payed the hotel again the same payment. And like the first time I let him see the second bank statement to show him that i wasn't lying. Again he didn't believe me. I was really mad about the hotelservice.
The manager did nothing for us and I now I have to figure out how to get my money back that they already took from me..
I don't advice anybody to go to that hotel and if you go just pay cash. They are not to be trusted.

Room and bathroom for a city break. All you need really. Ideal location. Near Eurostar station and cafes, restaurants.

Good location. Walking distance from all shops and restaurants. First room we checked into, had a shower leak but we were given a different room in no time. Very convenient.

Super convenient hotel. Really close to the rail station and to downtown. Good places right outside the entrance. Staff speak English. Comfy bed. Spacious room. Bathroom had adequate space. I lost my necklace in the room, they worked with me to get it back to me. Excellent place to stay

Pas sensationnel, chambre au 5eme étage côté rue et les rues de la gare sont bruyantes à toutes heures dans la nuit ... Pas top mais pas tellement le choix. Vu le prix, autant aller dans un hotel 4 étoiles pour plus de confort à seulement 5€
