Hotel L'Arbre Voyageur - BW Premier Collection - LILLE

Very good hotel and staff. Near everything (metro, train, shooping, city center). Staff very responsive and willing to help you all the time, great amenities in the room.
The only con is the acoustic isolation that allow some noises from neighbour rooms and from the hallway.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at L'Arbre Voyageur in Lille, and I can't praise the experience highly enough. The reception team, particularly Chiara, was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and always being ready to assist. The room was spotless, with impeccable attention to detail in the cleaning and maintenance, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern aesthetics with a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The lunch experience was equally impressive; the duck and dessert was delicious, and the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the overall wonderful dining experience.
We also appreciated the convenience of being able to deposit our luggage after check-out, allowing us to explore the city without any hassle. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Lille, with many attractions within walking distance.
Overall, L'Arbre Voyageur sets a high standard for hospitality. The outstanding service, friendly and professional staff, pristine cleanliness, and excellent food make it a top choice for anyone visiting Lille. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay! We would love to return soon!

Very nice hotel about 10 minutes from train/tram and less than 5 minutes to Central Place for restaurants and cafes and many major sights in this beautiful city not overrun by tourists!

Room was very modern with a comfortable bed and good shower. Big screen smart TV (which I assume works).

I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant several times and they have a great buffet with cheeses, fresh squeezed orange juice, French toast, meats, etc.

A beautiful hotel situated at the center of Lille. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!

The room we had was great, but be aware of mosquitos in the summer when opening the windows.

All-in-all we can really recommend staying here, price-quality is sublime.

We booked a one night stay at this hotel in August. The room was clean and quite spacious. There is a parking garage right next to the hotel which was very convenient (we paid 15 EUR for 30 hours of parking). The location is amazing, you walk right into the old city center of Lille. Service was excellent and breakfast was super delicious. Would definitely come back.

Lovely hotel with warm staff. They’re taking care of you anytime. The room is super nice and clean. I also love the restaurants as well. Lovely service and with lovely plates. Location is good( walkable distance from the gare) service is good and room is good. What more I can ask for? Highly recommended

Great hotel, modern and great size rooms. Clara at the front desk was amazing and super helpful. Had great recommendations for us and made our stay more pleasant. Close to the city center so you can walk everywhere and very close to the train station. Would stay here again!

This hotel is very good, the rooms are of good quality, TV is big, free minibar, lovely shower and WC. Also the hotel is close to the old town and makes getting about easy.

Very nice and clean hotel in the heart of Lille. Within walking distance to two main train stations (Lille Europe and Lille Flanders), tens of cafes / restaurant and markets like Carrefour. Very nice breakfast but for extra charge. Also have 2 nice restaurants inside in case you are not in the mood of going out.

We booked a family room (connected 2 rooms). The room was perfect. Cold beverages and coffee/tea is free. Clean and nice stay! Breakfast was nice too with fresh orange juice. The only remark is related with the parking space. There is not any specific parking space for the hotel visitors in the Opera Parking Area. It is difficult to find a space in Saturday afternoon arrivals.
