The hotel is super well situated, in the heart of the city. You will situated at a walking distance of anything you fancy. Good food nearby and 2 subway stops are as well very close by. You can access the hotel restaurant at anytime for a free coffee.
The sauna are the gym are good but a bit small and close at 22:00.
The AC was not working at the time of our stay so we had to open the window but many mosquitos got into our room at night and it was really unpleasant. The front desk couldn't provide any help which is very unfortunate.
The bed are a bit soft and the pillows are not that good.
To sum up,
Amazing location, really convenient but a few key points could be improved.

Overall it's pretty good, simple and clean, but the bedding is a bit poor, and the cups and pillowcases are a bit worn out.

The room's soundproofing is very good.
There is also a spacious lounge on the second floor that is open 24 hours a day.
Snacks, coffee, hot tea, fruits, etc. are provided.

Lovely, quiet hotel located in city center of Lille on the pedestrian zone, yet parking garage located in the same building, 21 eur per day. Room was bright, comfortable, shampoo/body wash. Fun bathroom with the shower having no door to bed. Location is great for access to the center. We did breakfast for 15 per person, which was pretty good. The lounge is open all day long and you can take drinks and snacks whenever, free of charge, except for alcohol. good and friendly service. Our small dog was allowed in hotel and also in lounge/breakfast area. Recommend.

Great location! Rooms lovely and clean. Bed was a bit hard for me but my husband didn’t mind - just preference! Lounge area great space to relax and have some free drinks and snacks. Nice and quiet. Friendly staff.

We came here for a weekend break and were thoroughly impressed with the hotel, the service and the location. The Club was great providing free tea and coffee whenever you wanted it and additional drinks from the bar were very reasonably priced. We were two friends in a double room and although we know each other very well there is no privacy when showering! This became a source of amusement for the pair of us! Last thing, we arrived in the dark at about 10pm and we struggled to find the hotel entrance as it was squirrelled away down a side street, which we found easily, but the signage to the hotel was not obvious as it is black and it was dark!!! That said, we would definitely return and thank you very much for your hospitality.

Very nice hotel and good value of money. Great location just 10 min walk from main train station, and the lounge is very well equipped.

Superb stay, warm welcome... Simply magnificent and modern hotel, top-notch services, perfect breakfast... We can work there in complete simplicity, in peace... We will come back without hesitation 😉 Strassel 👍

Perfect ! Welcome ! Perfect location compared to the city center (we recommend coming by train, the hotel is 10 minutes walk away ...). Breakfast is delicious and very filling. Unlimited access to the snack bar ... Repeat without hesitation
