Perfect ! Welcome ! Perfect location compared to the city center (we recommend coming by train, the hotel is 10 minutes walk away ...). Breakfast is delicious and very filling. Unlimited access to the snack bar ... Repeat without hesitation

Absolutely in love with this hotel! The location is nice and central. The style is modern and feminine. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated! The staff are very friendly and will give you a tour of the "lobby" on arrival. The complimentary drinks and snacks are top notch! Always welcome.

We stayed there from 24th to 25th July, very nice hotel, great concept with Club access.... lounge in common area with various services (soft drinks, board games, work stations, ...) Impeccable linen... room design and modern decor... great welcome... Need to get tested urgently...

Lovely staff. The hotel is located very close to the city centre. The stay includes a snack bar (a lot of fruits) and sauna. The communal area was big and has few board games and sofas, a lot of seating in general. We stayed for two nights and would definitely come back and stay here again. The only annoying thing was we didn’t realise we had 5-6 mosquitoes in the room until the next morning. 😭 The room was a normal double room with a window. You can also leave your luggage before and after check in/out. Very happy with our stay in general 🥰

Stopped by for a night and chose this hotel. They don't have their own car park, but there's an affordable one just below. The staff is super friendly and they offer free water, snacks, and juices. The rooms are nice and comfortable. However, since they're 'eco-friendly,' they don't change your towels daily, and you have to fill your water in the corridor. For some, this might be a downside. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few eco-conscious quirks

Stayed here for 2 nights and was really pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient. The room was super clean and I was more than happy to come back between excursions to take a break. I didn't mind the toilet and shower being separate but I can understand some people may not appreciate the lack of privacy in the layout, especially if they are traveling with others. There are also free water dispensers all over the hotel. My booking came with access to the snack bar and although the options are limited everything was delicious and I appreciated there being fresh fruit. Plenty of bakeries and restaurants nearby.
A few things to note: room doors did not appear to have a dead bolt, and the chair provided for the desk (which folds down from the wall) is not the most comfortable. However the seating area by the snack bar has plenty of tables and chairs to do work at if necessary. The hotel was mostly quiet but I could faintly hear music at night so I assume some rooms may be close/above a bar.

We're having a fantastic first-time experience at Okko! Right from check-in, the staff warmly welcomed us, and our room was ready, which is a rare treat. The location is superb, and the whole place exudes coziness and warmth, from the rooms to the staff. We loved the complimentary aperitif from 6:30-8 pm – such a nice touch! The shower had excellent water pressure and temperature, making for refreshing showers. And don't even get us started on the comfy bed and pillows with linen bedding – pure bliss! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay.

Nice hotel and a good location. Knocked a star off as there is no parking, but the car park nearby at the Palais De Beaux arts is 5 minutes walk away and very reasonably priced.

Perfect hotel for a visit to Lille. Centrally located. Staff were all very friendly and nice and did all they could to assist us whilst on our stay. Breakfast was good. Rooms are nicely designed and very quiet, plus the bed is very comfortable. I recommend a room overlooking the inner courtyard as it was very tranquil.
