The Hotel Padoue is very beautiful. We were greeted by Filipina at the front desk, who checked us in and gave us a map of the things to see in the area. Our room was very clean and pretty.

Thank you to the hotel receptionist today who drove us to the train station with her own because all the taxi companies were busy. Thank you!! Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice Hotel and very close to the church. restaurant is very good, friendly staff and check in and check out was very smooth.
they dont have iron box/board/press. those who are visiting the hotel need to take care.

Super friendly staff, they go out of their way to make recommendations whether related to the Sanctuary, or authentic food to eat, or taxi booking. Everything is just wonderful about them.
The rooms are slightly old but clean and comfortable. Just what you need during a pilgrimage, no fancy frills.
Breakfast was standard but good enough- a wide variety of croissants, yogurts, cereal, cheese, deli, fruit and even scrambled eggs and oatmeal.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. It was just the layout of our room that is a bit weird.
We have a seperate toilet and bathroom, which we rejoice at first but soon came to realize that there was no other washbasin than inside the bathroom, so one will still have to wait to use the toilet if someone is in the bathroom or goes with a hand unwashed.
Room by itself was alright. We have a triple room. The bed was comfy but no outlet next to our beds. There was plenty of space for all our luggages at least.
And if your main point to stay at Lourdes is to go to the grotto and the church, the location is really good. There is a lot of restaurant nearby too.

Our stay was pleasant. Staff was very helpful and kind. Food was lovely as well. However the internet was a joke as it kept dropping every 2mins. As we were on the 4th floor, mobile data wasn't very good either.

- Aircon in room is weak and suddenly stoped during all our night several times, so our room got very hot and we had trouble sleeping, very annoying.
- So called "panorma terrace" is in a poor and run-down condition without a good view, very disappointing, not worth a visit.
- No power sockets at the beds to charge phones
- / + Poor WiFi, they are working on it
