The location is just next to the grotto entrance. The staff, especially in reception, were extremely helpful and cheerful. They handled our requests easily and efficiently. I highly recommend this hotel. The buffet breakfast for €17 was plentiful and varied to everyone’s taste. Maybe they hot items could have hot instead of lukewarm. But still very scrumptious. Thanks.

I was going to give a 5 but staff member was not welcoming, not accommodating.
We were happy with the location of this hotel. The hotel itself was physically relatively “dated” but we thought that we were on a pilgrimage so room 622 and 624, although quite small, were reasonable for our purpose, room 618 was bigger and nicer. We were heartfully welcomed by friendly and efficient Daria. Later on in the evening, we felt warm, the team on duty at the reception desk gladly and kindly turned on the airconditioning for our 3 rooms. However, on our 2nd night when I asked about the status of the air conditioning in our rooms, Mr Jean Baptiste at the reception desk reasoned that it was winter already and air conditioning cannot be turned on in October. We did not appreciate the manner by which he rejected our reasonable request. More importantly, we could not understand why his colleagues just the previous night could grant our request for air conditioning and he could not. Guests would appreciate knowing at the time of booking that Hotel Panorama does NOT provide air conditioning on certain dates. We felt disappointed and short changed on our second night.

Very comfortable stay! Room was immaculately clean. 2 minute walk from the Sanctuary and the bus stop to the SNCF station is half a block down the street. Good restaurants next door. Staff were friendly. Let us check out at 1200. Nothing not to like!

Very nice hotel with comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, whether in the restaurant or at the reception. Breakfast with a large selection of drinks, sweet and savory. Inexpensive hotel in the center of Lourdes with a nature reserve 2 min.

I was in a big group for a pilgrimage to Lourdes, the hotel itself was quite nice, worth a stay for sure. The food was ok, pretty good as far as hotel breakfasts go. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were very kind as were the servers in the restaurant.

Very nice place and the accommodation is very good when you are in Lourdes. The staff are friendly and the room is very comfortable especially for travellers and pilgrims. Highly recommended.

The location is very near the sanctuary. However the services are not good. The staff are not welcoming and helpful. They don’t provide toothbrush and toothpaste. They will advise you to buy it from the nearest grocery store. No complimentary waters provided in the rooms. The cleaners did not even fixed my bed. They only wiped the wet floor in the toilet. The pillows are very small and the pillow case even has a tear in it.

For a 4 star hotel the food was really disappointing. the dinner was ok at best and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. the egg station didn't make sense for the number of people who eat there, some people would take other's eggs and then you go back to your table with an undercooked egg leading to food being thrown out. The coffee was most likely instant coffee and was not worth drinking. For tourists around the world to come experience France and have such poor meals, it's a wonder how you're rated 4 stars.
The rooms were clean and well laid out, the soap smelled nice, and the hotel staff was kind but the restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed.
