Hotel Panorama in Lourdes

It was not exciting as picture showed. It was okay to stay there.

Thought breakfast was included but then was charged on checkout. A bit expensive.

I was going to give a 5 but staff member was not welcoming, not accommodating.

We were happy with the location of this hotel. The hotel itself was physically relatively “dated” but we thought that we were on a pilgrimage so room 622 and 624, although quite small, were reasonable for our purpose, room 618 was bigger and nicer. We were heartfully welcomed by friendly and efficient Daria. Later on in the evening, we felt warm, the team on duty at the reception desk gladly and kindly turned on the airconditioning for our 3 rooms. However, on our 2nd night when I asked about the status of the air conditioning in our rooms, Mr Jean Baptiste at the reception desk reasoned that it was winter already and air conditioning cannot be turned on in October. We did not appreciate the manner by which he rejected our reasonable request. More importantly, we could not understand why his colleagues just the previous night could grant our request for air conditioning and he could not. Guests would appreciate knowing at the time of booking that Hotel Panorama does NOT provide air conditioning on certain dates. We felt disappointed and short changed on our second night.
