It is in a 3-star hotel completely renovated in 2022, with a contemporary and modern decoration, that you will be able to stay during your next stay in the Best Western Mulhouse Salvator Centre. Ideally located in the historic city center, a stones throw from the Salvator Park and a 10-minute walk from the train station, the Best Western Mulhouse Salvator Centre will be the ideal base for discovering eastern France. Various means of transportation will be at your disposal including the bus, streetcar or the Velocite.
In order to accommodate everyone’s needs, the hotel has various categories of rooms - Standard, Superior, Deluxe - four of which are communicating. We also have two premier rooms. All the rooms have high quality bedding and the necessary equipment such as a hairdryer, a TV with Canal Plus and a safe. A high speed Wi-Fi connection is offered throughout the establishment during your stay.
Breakfast is offered, with a nominal fee, in the form of an American buffet with sweet and savory dishes as well as hot and cold drinks. You will also be able to discover the local products of the region. Our reception staff is available 24 hours a day.
Hotel opened in 1931, renovated in 2004.

Good hotel of the BW franchise. Central location, most places in centre can be walked in 5-10 mins. Recently renovated/modernised, nice rooms and bathrooms although they can be quite compact layouts. Secure (paid) private parking at the back of hotel. Nice,fresh continental breakfast option in the mornings.

Very good hotel in Mulhouse - well located, nice sized rooms and decent coffee in the room which is always a big plus. The bottomless sparkling water is pretty nice too. We’ll definitely be back.

I had a great stay at Best Western in Mulhouse. It is a great location, reasonable price, and comfortable room. Although the room was small (not much for bathroom counter space), it was designed very well for what it is. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Loved the air-conditioning in the hot weather (since most places do not have it).
The staff were attentive and spoke good English. I really appreciated the check-out time being at 12!
The only thing that I would suggest to improve the experience is to translate some of the emails/signs into English for overseas guests. A few were but most were not. And maybe slippers? :)

Paid to sleep in an oven – avoid at all costs
Stayed here for 1N during the July heatwave, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I had booked Best Western Mulhouse specifically because they advertised air conditioning - but it was completely ineffective. The room was boiling hot, making it nearly impossible to sleep. It genuinely felt like I was trapped in an oven for the whole time.
I asked for a fan as a backup and was told they don’t have any. No apology, no real attempt to fix the situation for that night.The staff were indifferent and unhelpful.
They did mention they would proceed with some sort of refund or discount upon check out, but there’s been no news or follow-up since. Let’s see - but the lack of communication so far doesn’t inspire much confidence as well.
For a hotel that’s part of an international chain, the service was shockingly poor. Do not recommend - there are definitely better options around that actually care about guest comfort.

A 20/20 hotel. The staff is above average in friendliness; they are very professional and make your stay wonderful. The hotel is very pleasant, clean, with impeccable rooms and very cozy.

Nicely located in Mulhouse, nicely decorated and furnished rooms for this category hotel, great and comfortable beds, well acoustically insulated rooms, decent breakfast, very kind service and staff, good value for money. Only 9 parking slots though..

The staff members are very kind. Generally speaking the room is good, though a little imperfect cleaning issues. Due to the localisation right in middle city, it's a little noisy during the night but I could support it. Breakfast is very great. Hotel Parking is not free, 11€/night if I remember.
