Paid to sleep in an oven – avoid at all costs
Stayed here for 1N during the July heatwave, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I had booked Best Western Mulhouse specifically because they advertised air conditioning - but it was completely ineffective. The room was boiling hot, making it nearly impossible to sleep. It genuinely felt like I was trapped in an oven for the whole time.
I asked for a fan as a backup and was told they don’t have any. No apology, no real attempt to fix the situation for that night.The staff were indifferent and unhelpful.
They did mention they would proceed with some sort of refund or discount upon check out, but there’s been no news or follow-up since. Let’s see - but the lack of communication so far doesn’t inspire much confidence as well.
For a hotel that’s part of an international chain, the service was shockingly poor. Do not recommend - there are definitely better options around that actually care about guest comfort.

The staff members are very kind. Generally speaking the room is good, though a little imperfect cleaning issues. Due to the localisation right in middle city, it's a little noisy during the night but I could support it. Breakfast is very great. Hotel Parking is not free, 11€/night if I remember.

Price-quality factor is very good! We had a stay for one night, for a fair price. The rooms look clean, one of the cleanest I have seen in this price range. The people are friendly. The parking costs 10€/night, which is fair. The only thing missing in the room was a fridge (and locker).

The location, parking, and breakfast were all great. But the superior double room we booked had a broken AC and was very old. It was so hot and stuffy in the room that we could barely sleep. The shower cubicle was very small. The toilet was also super cramped, and our legs kept hitting the shower cubicle when we sat down. We're not even that tall! For the price we paid, I expected a lot better.

Very pleasant hotel, well located in center of Mulhouse.
Spacious, quiet and confortable room.
The staff is very lovely and helpful mention special for Marie in the front desk her smile dazzles your day.
And the glorious Kim who is in charge of the breakfast. She’s definitely dedicated to our Morning happiness.
