We stayed here for 4 nights due to its location to the train station and the Christmas markets. We had a great room and the staff was very accommodating. It is directly across the street from the train station, and about a 15 minute walk to the nearest Christmas Market. The breakfast had a mix of meats, smoked salmon, cheese, scrambled eggs and pastries. We ate at the restaurant in the evening at the hotel several times and really enjoyed the food. We would definitely stay here again.

2. Excellent location that was right opposite to Colmar train station (less than 2 min walk)
3. Close and walkable to Colmar old town, little venise, park and carousel, Colmar St. Martin church
4. Close to Carrefour convenience store
5. Outstanding sound proof glass window with outside electric shutter ( barely heard the traffic or train) Well Done!!
Cons.
1. Musty smell and creaking floor board of old carpeted building
2. Warm warm warm rooms. Fortunately the windows can be left open for fresh cold air. No Fan. ( this was during a travel in November)

Location not good not bad as it just closed to train station but distance from everything else.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is in a great location for travelers arriving or departing by train. Just steps from the hotel is the stop for the free Colmar tourist shuttle that goes to the town center. The hotel has excellent baggage lockers where one can store suitcases even large ones. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are in great condition with adequate AC and excellent water pressure. Will definitely stay here again!

Place is near the station, not the most quiet place. Our rooms didn't have cups to drink coffee, to be fair I didn't ask for it as I was staying one night.
Curtains were not clean.

The hotel is great. The rooms are spacious, much larger than your typical hotel room, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

We booked two deluxe double rooms. One was acceptable, a standard deluxe room, but the other was very disappointing. After we raised our concerns, we were moved to a different room. Although it was slightly better, it was still far from satisfactory: the sink wouldn't drain properly, which was quite inconvenient, and the entire bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell. The facilities were completely substandard for a 4-star hotel. It simply wasn't worth the price.
