Ibis Styles Centre Hotel

It’s a wonderful hotel. The price point was $200 cheaper than Airbnb and it’s just a centrally located for petite Viennese and Comar. The parking is a little tight but they have breakfast was wonderful. It’s a contemporary hotel and they’re adding additional rooms so it shows that they are investing in the community. Everyone that worked at a hotel as far as I encountered was a pleasure to deal with.

I will start from the negative thing which is not related to this exact hotel, but to all accor hotels and their booking system. I tried to book two rooms in my name using accor account linked to my email and phone, but apparently it is not possible. AccorHotels support didn't help, they replied with some arrogant answer and then stoped answering to my messages (UPD: they did what I asked after a week and after I wrote the review, without answering my messages, but at least it works somehow). In order to book the hotel I had to create a new account using some random email (which is inconvenitent, and I can't get updates). I picked the rooms and tried to book them, but accor booking system kept saying that "it's not possible to book" on the last step (after entering payment details and everything, I tried different cards and so on and spent quite some time). I had to write directly to the hotel and they booked me the rooms over the email. Of course the price was like 15% higher than on accorhotels website (still cheaper than on booking though). At least hotel's personnel helped me to solve the problem and get the rooms, and they responded quickly, so no complaints about the people who work directly in the hotel.
The accorhotels own booking system doesn't work properly, doesn't allow me to book the hotel using my email, display scam prices which are not possible to book and global accor support is useless and arrogant. It used to be much better, but now I will really try to avoid accorhotels overall.

The ibis Styles Colmar Center itself is a very nice option to stay though (if you managed to book it). The location is perfect, rooms are okay, breakfast is pretty nice given the price, and there is a station with water, coffee and some croissants that you can take during the day. Overall, price/value ratio is good. The staff is super nice and helpful! I was really upset with global accor experience, but I still put 5 star for the hotel mainly because of the nice people who work there and because of the reasonable pricing.

This hotel is in the City centre. Very amazing place. It most of the things you need for a stay. The staff is really friendly and helpful: just ask. The breakfast is good and mainly French food items. The rooms are carved in an ancient wooden building making it very original and enigmatic. There’s a story, and you can read around the hotel. It’s a very good choice and easy to find. Behind the hotel the entire city comes to life… you will love it.

The location is perfect, being within walking distance of the city center and right next to a park. The hotel is clean and features a modern design, with breakfast included. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional. Thank you, we had a wonderful stay!

We stayed at the Ibis Styles Colmar Centre hotel during Advent. We got a beautiful, large room with a balcony and a view of the small Christmas market, it was spectacular. Excellent breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff, great location in the center. In front of the hotel there is an underground garage for 15e per day. Near the hotel is a bistro with excellent, cheap food. Excellent value, highly recommended.

This hotel provided the best experience of a nice home base to visit Colmar. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel was clean and interesting (a converted malting plant), our room and appointments were lovely, parking was easy just across the street in a city parking garage, and the location was great.

Good location, you can walk to the train station and the old town of Colmar. But the family suite only has one room, but the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is OK, and there is a place to get water at the entrance.

Located near the city centre, opposite park. Everything is very close to the hotel.
Very good air conditioned rooms, comfortable sleep. We've had attic room, nicely designed.
Breakfast was excellent, lots of options and hot croissants and baguettes! Fresh orange juice machine.
Will come here again!
