Did Nannybag here. Coffee and snacks were good. Bag was safe. We had to ask for wifi code but it was good internet. Looked like a nice place to stay with a younger downstairs crowd!

Hotel centrally located, just 5 minutes walk to the nice Stanislas Square. The hotel staff is very nice, the breakfast service is quite and with a good option. I really liked they offer fresh orange juice, well done!! The room was nice, simple design but nice. There are three things should be improved:
1) cleaning of the air system in the bathroom (see picture) too much dust accumulated over time, this is not hygienic.
2) the towels for the shower are too small, they should replace them with bigger one.
3) the shower was open, no door. This choice is not really efficient since the bathroom get wet everywhere.

Personel was really friendly. All the staff I spoke also spoke English.
Good room, nice bed. The room however got a bit hot (23 degrees) in winter. We tried to cool with the airconditioning but that didn't work properly. Windows were the key to coolness :)
Good locations, within a few minutes of walking you're in the center of Nancy where there are many restaurants, bars, bakeries and small supermarkets (carrefour).

Just checked in, but it is so horrible.
First of all, I paid online when I made the reservation, but the staff insisted on that I have to pay at the front desk though I explained that I have paid. Luckily I kept the evidence, so duplicated payment was avoid.
Then, my reservation is with multiples beds, but the staff gave me a room with only one bed, I went to ask them to switch the room but they said no multiple beds room available! Is it because I am not French so I have to suffer this? Will never use this hotel. Never ever!!!!

Ideally for Morning Yoga and Workout.

the staff for the warmly welcoming
but something wrong with the breakfast (not the staff faults )
On Sunday 14th August it was the War !
Staff was overwhelmed of task, restaurant and outside area was full.
Staff were in a hurry to close up the Breakfast at 10am exactly !
Why not to regulate the flow until 10:30 or 11 on busy weekends.
For the quality of work the morning staff Do something !
By the way I spend so many nights in Campanil around France
In 2022 they are not dairy free alternatives, eggs are suspicious ( from cages ) not acceptable.
For the rest Thank You.

Very nice hotel with a very good location. Rooms are not that spacious, but enough for a good night of sleep.

A nice recent Campanile hotel, with wide spaces, comfortable rooms, and welcoming staff. Close to the train station and within walking distance of city center. Good value.

Very friendly staff. Excellent veg pizza from the restaurant. Spacious room.

Room is very small, will even have difficulty opening up your luggage. Walkway is very tight as seen on picture. Room is not as clean as expected. Pillows are dirty with dust. Toilet bowl are with red stains. Room heater not working well. Request for a room changes but was rejected straight un-politely. Room have totally no view. At least for breakfast is still adequate and spread are well. Located 10 mins away from eateries and central square.

My favorite hotel in Nancy, nice and helpful staff, pretty and cozy rooms, and good good and drinks (plus the breakfast buffet is really yummy! !).Totally recommendable.
