Great hotel in a quiet part of the old town. Had the largest room at the first floor, which was lovely and super clean. Nancy might be my favorite town in France, hope to return and definitely book at this hotel again.

Way finding signage throughout the city made it easier to navigate once that was noticed. No on site parking, but there was a paid parking park about a block or two down. Friendly staff. Key pad to enter the hotel at 9 pm (so long as you have checked in initially). Location felt centrally located to all the shopping, resturants, bars, and all the historical locations. Easy walkable to everything of Nancy. The room was overall clean, and soaps were provided. Shower seams appeared to have mold residue. But minor for short stay - company probably doesn't realize it. It is an old building, but a little scraper and new sealer, be good to go. We skipped breakfast as the price was far too costly for what they were serving. If you're in a wheelchair or other accessibility requirements, this place won't be for you (stairs everywhere. No elevator).

We really liked our stay at this hotel, which is only a short walk away from the main points of interest in Nancy. This is quite an old building, with lots of old stone inside (both on the walls and on the ground). The hotel does not offer parking spots, but there are lots of places close by. The friendly staff allowed us to lock bikes away in the inner courtyard. The rooms were pleasant and we enjoyed the firm mattress. We did not try breakfast, as we wanted to have breakfast in one of the many cafés.

This is an excellent 3 Star hotel. The front desk personnel were exceptional. We asked a good place to eat and he gave us an area. We asked where he would eat and not only did he tell us, but he made a reservation during the mid-day hours the restaurant was closed via phone. It was excellent. The room, though modest, was spotlessly clean. There was a big sink that you could put both of our toiletries on. The bed was comfortable. There was a desk with chair plus a nice big chair to sit on. Unfortunately, our room had only upper windows, but the hotel cannot be faulted for that.
It is a 10 minute walk to Place Stanislaus and all of the eateries and pubs there.
You do have to walk from wherever you park to the hotel. If you can, ease your burden and drop your bags at the head of the street as it is a pedestrian way.
We would stay there anytime in Nancy.

Old world charm with new world convenience.
Tucked away in the older quarter of town, conveniently located to see the best of the historic city. The entrance retains the historic charm of the past while the rooms have been recently refurbished to a good modern standard, a tad on the small side but very comfortable. Staff are welcoming and helpful. No on-site parking but public parking is available nearby. A lovely fresh continental breakfast served in one of the elegant ground floor rooms.
All in all, an enjoyable stop over in the lovely city of Nancy. Recommended, and will book again.

Nice little classy hotel. Well decorated matching the building style. The only complaint we could do is the lack of fruits in the breakfast, but that aside, beautiful experience.

This hotel is advertised as having air conditioning and rooms with shower/tub combinations on various hotel sites. We bought two nights here based on the photographs and room details. When we arrived we were given Room 4: no air conditioning, no tub (shower only), dirty old mismatched furniture and the carpet was horribly stained and dirty, it looked like someone had slaughtered a pig outside our door. The room was nothing like the photographs shown. It was so unacceptable that we immediately left. The manager on duty did agree to reimburse us and did so immediately which we appreciated. We are not fussy people and have never had an experience like this, one which unfortunately warranted posting this very negative review.

Charming historic hotel in the old town, with plenty of very good restaurants nearby. On-street parking nearby, free overnight. Very considerate and courteous staff who dealt efficiently with any issues. Very clean and comfortable.
