Stayed overnight on our way back to the UK.
Probably the one and only Accor hotel so far who charged us for parking with a motorbike.
Room were clean and comfortable.
Staff were nice, but we asked them to put a bag into the fridge, and they put it into the freezer, freezing all my cheese and other dairy products - sadly had to throw a couple of them away.
Breakfast is basic, but good.

Really nice hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. Prices for the rooms are decent.

Very pleasant hotel close to Nancy railway station. Has a lovely garden/patio area with tables and chairs that guests can use - excellent if you arrive too early for check in or just want to relax outdoors. We arrived by Bicycle (touring) and the Acceuil Velo service was very good, with excellent bicycle storage area (not an old shed/broom cupboard).

Checked into the hotel quickly and efficiently by feriendly concierge. Room was clean and well kept with a comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious with great range of choice.
Hotel was well placed less than a five minute walk from Nancy train station. We were allowed to leave our bags in a storage room connected to the reception, which was nice of the concierge to allow this service for free.

The room, the breakfast, the service were very good.
The shower has no door and the water sprinkles out into the living room/bed room on the carpet. That´s not really a good solution. The housekeeping kept out uf the room when we hang the sign outside the door (it should be like that but I experienced it different elsewhere).

You can reach by feet the city center with the place stanislas in 20 minutes. Here are a lot of restaurants (but sundays not much has open) So we had to eat fast food. :-/

It was set in a good place to some of the sites of Nancy

The staff is very pleasant and the mood uplifting. My small room was cozy and the beds very comfortable. I was able to open the 3rd floor windows and view the surroundings and let fresh air permeate the room. Noises from other rooms on the floor were exceptionally minimal. Housekeeping is very attentive and thorough. At breakfast you have a variety of fresh offerings, including orange juice from a real orange juicing machine. Do watch out for the second glass sliding door at the main entry!

Quiet, clean, friendly staff. Simple rooms. Missed a curtain or other shield in the shower/bath to avoid a wet bathroom floor.

The location is very central and practical, and it is one of the few hotels we could find that had rooms for four people. The free breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The downsides: the matress was very uncomfortable, we could feel the springs sticking up. It was very hot and dry in the room, in the middle of winter, without any way of turning down the heat.
The toiletries are very basic, one soap for washing hair, hands and body. No conditioner or lotion.
I think we'd stay here again but mostly because there aren't other affordable options for families.
