Business trip. It is a good hotel but the business rooms are no different from the standard rooms.

It was alright. 4 star in Europe is weird because is no where as good as 4 star in Asia

Nice family hotel. Lots to do. We could play basketball with the family, swim (water was still cold though) and just hang out in their garden. Great idea to have board games for families in the lobby, a way to keep people from going out ?. Breakfast was quite good with variety to choose from.

Rooms are nice enough. Pretty standard. Location is good. Right near a car park and train station. Easy walk into the action. Service was ok. Set up more for business groups and meetings I think, rather than travellers.

Excellent location close to the old town, shopping streets, Place Stanislas, etc. We had a large superior room at the (quieter) rear side of the hotel. The king-size bed was very comfortabel. There is a (tight) parking garage behind the hotel, which we found convenient. The lobby could do with a slight make-over but as one doesn’t spend much time there, this is not so very important. Easy parking, location couldn't be better, outstanding check-in, recognition of my Gold status and free upgrade to a great room with free mini-bar and super comfy bed. The welcoming drink of a local beer was also part of an excellent reception. Breakfast was also great ... spotless ... I struggle to find something wrong and really I can't. The team at the hotel made our stay effortless and pleasant. I would like to specifically mention Lucy and Louis, who have been very helpful throughout our day. I could recommend the hotel both location close to Stanley Square and all the associated restaurants and bars and a first class breakfasts. A great stay.

The hotel is very well located and seems to have been renovated a few years ago, unfortunately in many shades of grey, which make the hotel and the rooms appear very dark. Art Nouveau weekend in Nancy Great weekend in the heart of Nancy. A very cosy and welcoming hotel with great cocktails, tasty breakfast and a chic spa.

Nicely newly decorated hotel with convenient location between rail station and place Stanislas. Freezing bathroom and unstable heater in the bedroom.

A five minute walk from the train station. Easy walk to most sights and shopping. Multilingual staff very friendly and helpful.

We were satisfied with our stay. The location is great, and everything is within easy walking distance. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel on the day of our departure. Good service!

Stayed overnight on our way back to the UK. Probably the one and only Accor hotel so far who charged us for parking with a motorbike. Room were clean and comfortable. Staff were nice, but we asked them to put a bag into the fridge, and they put it into the freezer, freezing all my cheese and other dairy products - sadly had to throw a couple of them away. Breakfast is basic, but good.

Very pleasant hotel close to Nancy railway station. Has a lovely garden/patio area with tables and chairs that guests can use - excellent if you arrive too early for check in or just want to relax outdoors. We arrived by Bicycle (touring) and the Acceuil Velo service was very good, with excellent bicycle storage area (not an old shed/broom cupboard). Breakfast was decent/standard, as was the room

Checked into the hotel quickly and efficiently by feriendly concierge. Room was clean and well kept with a comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious with great range of choice. Hotel was well placed less than a five minute walk from Nancy train station. We were allowed to leave our bags in a storage room connected to the reception, which was nice of the concierge to allow this service for free.

The room, the breakfast, the service were very good. The shower has no door and the water sprinkles out into the living room/bed room on the carpet. That´s not really a good solution. The housekeeping kept out uf the room when we hang the sign outside the door (it should be like that but I experienced it different elsewhere). So thank you. We really liked our stay at this hotel, which is only a short walk away from the main points of interest in Nancy. This is quite an old building, with lots of old stone inside (both on the walls and on the ground). The hotel does not offer parking spots, but there are lots of places close by. This is an excellent 3 Star hotel. The front desk personnel were exceptional. We asked a good place to eat and he gave us an area. Old world charm with new world convenience. Tucked away in the older quarter of town, conveniently located to see the best of the historic city. The entrance retains the historic charm of the past while the rooms have been recently refurbished to a good modern standard, a tad on the small side but very comfortable. We had a great stay at Hotel Stanley. The people at the reception were super nice and the room was perfect for us, cute and well-furnished. The beds were comfortable and the view from the window was great, since the hotel is very close to Nancy's centre ville (and also to the station). Recommended!

A lovely friendly helpful welcome from David on reception, the Hotel Stanley in Nancy is in a perfect location between the station and Place Stanislas with numerous restaurants an easy walk away. Our room was comfortable and very quiet. Rosa's breakfast was delicious with a great selection of warm and cold treats.

We’ve been here many times, staying one night on our way to Spain. Budgetfriendly, dogfrienly, and good quality food.

The girl at the reception was very slow and didn’t understand very wel hoe things work. The building itself is a bit outdated by now.

From reception to departure everything was excellent including food and drinks

Lovely service. Very small rooms, but okay and two chairs, so one of us didn’t have to sit on the bed. Restaurant unfortunately closed even if ******* wrote there was a restaurant, but the receptionist offered us a pizza, which was fine. Breakfast was really good.

The hotel is in Laxou on the edge of Nancy. Very convenient for autoroute access and easy to find. We were very happy with the hotel overall. The car park is free and secure. The reception staff were helpful and spoke to us in English when necessary, as we have very poor France language skills. We drove into Nancy for the evening and it was easy to navigate. We would definitely return to this hotel

For business trips in Nancy, this is a convenient hotel with free parking. Great value for the money. Near shopping centers. Friendly staff at reception desk. Clean. Wifi works well.

Good price/quality. Beds are comfortable and the room is clean. Bathroom is small. There is a desk in the room and good Wi-Fi.

The establishment is very well located and is rather comfortable (bed, furniture, service) however cleanliness level unfortunately needs to be reviewed

Apartment very good. On the other hand, noisy exterior, opposite a restaurant and a chicha café. There were fights and drunk people singing until 4 a.m. The nights were short, and we returned from vacation more tired than when we arrived. On the other hand, nothing to say about the welcome, the cleanliness, everything was perfect.

The location is good and the price is right. I forgot to take pictures.
