Business trip. It is a good hotel but the business rooms are no different from the standard rooms.

It was alright. 4 star in Europe is weird because is no where as good as 4 star in Asia

Welcoming and very pleasant staff, spacious and clean rooms, pleasant setting

Nice family hotel. Lots to do. We could play basketball with the family, swim (water was still cold though) and just hang out in their garden. Great idea to have board games for families in the lobby, a way to keep people from going out ?. Breakfast was quite good with variety to choose from.

Great location with walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. Car parking on site at a cost - discounted by the hotel (Also shared with public) . Rooms are nice enough. Pretty standard. Location is good. Right near a car park and train station. Easy walk into the action. Service was ok. Set up more for business groups and meetings I think, rather than travellers.

Excellent location close to the old town, shopping streets, Place Stanislas, etc. We had a large superior room at the (quieter) rear side of the hotel. The king-size bed was very comfortabel. There is a (tight) parking garage behind the hotel, which we found convenient. The lobby could do with a slight make-over but as one doesn’t spend much time there, this is not so very important. Easy parking, location couldn't be better, outstanding check-in, recognition of my Gold status and free upgrade to a great room with free mini-bar and super comfy bed. The team at the hotel made our stay effortless and pleasant. I would like to specifically mention Lucy and Louis, who have been very helpful throughout our day. I could recommend the hotel both location close to Stanley Square and all the associated restaurants and bars and a first class breakfasts. A great stay.

The hotel is very well located and seems to have been renovated a few years ago, unfortunately in many shades of grey, which make the hotel and the rooms appear very dark. Very convenient location (very close to the pedestrian area and also close to train station). Very nice modern rooms. Small but beautiful Spa. We were there for a weekend trip and enjoyed our stay in Nancy in this hotel.

Visited Nancy for a short stay at BW Plus Crystal Hotel with friends to see some Art Nouveau from the Lorraine region on the way back to Paris after exploring Strasbourg and the Alsace. The hotel is next to a small tree-lined square and mainly office buildings, but has a good location within walking distance to both the TGV train station and historic Place Stanislas where we found several restaurants...

We were satisfied with our stay. The location is great, and everything is within easy walking distance. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel on the day of our departure. Good service!

Did Nannybag here. Coffee and snacks were good. Bag was safe. We had to ask for wifi code but it was good internet. Looked like a nice place to stay with a younger downstairs crowd!

Hotel centrally located, just 5 minutes walk to the nice Stanislas Square. The hotel staff is very nice, the breakfast service is quite and with a good option. Stayed overnight on our way back to the UK. Probably the one and only Accor hotel so far who charged us for parking with a motorbike. Room were clean and comfortable. Staff were nice, but we asked them to put a bag into the fridge, and they put it into the freezer, freezing all my cheese and other dairy products - sadly had to throw a couple of them away. Breakfast is basic, but good.

Very pleasant hotel close to Nancy railway station. Has a lovely garden/patio area with tables and chairs that guests can use - excellent if you arrive too early for check in or just want to relax outdoors. Checked into the hotel quickly and efficiently by feriendly concierge. Room was clean and well kept with a comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious with great range of choice. Hotel was well placed less than a five minute walk from Nancy train station. We were allowed to leave our bags in a storage room connected to the reception, which was nice of the concierge to allow this service for free.

The room, the breakfast, the service were very good. The shower has no door and the water sprinkles out into the living room/bed room on the carpet. That´s not really a good solution. The housekeeping kept out uf the room when we hang the sign outside the door (it should be like that but I experienced it different elsewhere). So thank you. We really liked our stay at this hotel, which is only a short walk away from the main points of interest in Nancy. This is quite an old building, with lots of old stone inside (both on the walls and on the ground). The hotel does not offer parking spots, but there are lots of places close by. This is an excellent 3 Star hotel. The front desk personnel were exceptional. We asked a good place to eat and he gave us an area. Old world charm with new world convenience. Tucked away in the older quarter of town, conveniently located to see the best of the historic city. The entrance retains the historic charm of the past while the rooms have been recently refurbished to a good modern standard, a tad on the small side but very comfortable. We had a great stay at Hotel Stanley. The people at the reception were super nice and the room was perfect for us, cute and well-furnished. The beds were comfortable and the view from the window was great, since the hotel is very close to Nancy's centre ville (and also to the station). Recommended!

A lovely friendly helpful welcome from David on reception, the Hotel Stanley in Nancy is in a perfect location between the station and Place Stanislas with numerous restaurants an easy walk away. Our room was comfortable and very quiet. Rosa's breakfast was delicious with a great selection of warm and cold treats.

Durch meinen letzten Aufenthalt, ders ehr zufriedenstellend war, bin ich dieses Mal mit Freunden zurückgekehrt. Ih wurde nicht enttäuscht und meine Freunde waren ebenfalls sehr zufrieden. Vor allem das Abendessen vor Ort war praktisch - leider sprach keiner Deutsch. Aber mit Englisch kam ich gut voran.

De passage pour la soirée, nous avons passé un bon moment au Kyriad. Toute l'équipe à été très sympa. Le PDJ est varié nous permet de bien démarrer la journée. Les chambres sont porpre, agréable & bon rapport qualité prix.

For the return journey to the Netherlands, we were looking for a hotel for one night near the motorway. With Kyriad we made a good choice in our experience. The hotel is close to the motorway (in about 3 min to Metz). The room is simple, but sufficiently spacious and clean. Bathroom is spacious. The shower - in the bath - is very nice. The welcome was very friendly both on arrival and in the morning...

The only problem is that the restaurant is closed in the evenings on weekends.

The hotel is in Laxou on the edge of Nancy. Very convenient for autoroute access and easy to find. We were very happy with the hotel overall. The car park is free and secure. The reception staff were helpful and spoke to us in English when necessary, as we have very poor France language skills. We drove into Nancy for the evening and it was easy to navigate. We would definitely return to this hotel

For business trips in Nancy, this is a convenient hotel with free parking. Great value for the money. Near shopping centers. Friendly staff at reception desk. Clean. Wifi works well.

Good price/quality. Beds are comfortable and the room is clean. Bathroom is small. There is a desk in the room and good Wi-Fi.

Really comfortable bed in large, clean, studio. Both bath and separate shower with good water pressure. Excellent staff on reception who couldn't have been more helpful. €9 per night to park the car in a secured area. Would use again

The rooms are very big, the bathroom and the toilet is a littlebit strange but ok. The main problem is that there is no place for breakfast we can have it in the lobby.

Big rooms, friendly staff. In comparison somewhat simple breakfast. Nancy is a nice town to visit and the hotel is in walking distance. You can also rent very affordable bikes for a day just around the corner, but tickets need to be purchased online (you cannot pay at the automated checkout point)

It was a big clean room, though laid out a little oddly. The hard plastic surrounds in the shower and toilet spaces were a first for me, but got the job done. The room had all the things we were looking for, including extra beds for the kids. The staff was very nice and spoke english fairly well. The continental breakfast was a little costly for us at €15, so we ate elsewhere (food was costly in general...

The establishment is very well located and is rather comfortable (bed, furniture, service) however cleanliness level unfortunately needs to be reviewed

Apartment very good. On the other hand, noisy exterior, opposite a restaurant and a chicha café. There were fights and drunk people singing until 4 a.m. The nights were short, and we returned from vacation more tired than when we arrived. On the other hand, nothing to say about the welcome, the cleanliness, everything was perfect.

Quite expensive for what it offers. Small room, faulty sink, poor breakfast

Room was nice and clean, although the service personnel had forgetten to remove a bag of garbage the previous guests had left behind the room's door. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious and there were some gluten free options as well. Be aware that parking is not included and hit is hard to find somewhere to park cheaply close to the hotel!

Great place to stay if your doing a long car travel and need to stop for the night.

It's not the most smudge free or most modern hotel, but the rooms were decent and the beds were fine. It's good for a bed and and shower on your way from A to B.

I stayed only one night with my partner because we were looking for a place to make a quick stop to sleep in our long journey back home. When we arrived (around 23:00h), the parking in front of the hotel was full but a very kind employee told us where to park (just beside the hotel there are further parking slots belonging a restaurant where guests can park). The staff was young and could speak enough...

Nice, stylish, modern, clean property. The staff was cheerful and accommodating all my unusual needs. Easy and free parking, great for a stop while on the way, but with the quality of a real good hotel and not a cheap "motel".

Great place for a romantic weekend in beautiful Nancy

This hotel is very charming. However, for the price, I thought the room was a bit dated. The shower was configured weird so water went all over the floor. We have a teenager, so he slept on the pullout bed and it was terribly uncomfortable for him which created constant complaining. It probably would have made more sense to simply give him his own room for the additional cost we had for the pull-out...

Great location and friendly staff. The room was ample sized, but closer to the shabby version of old than the antique one. We were unlucky to be directly above the event space on a Friday night after a long drive. The drinks ran until 11pm, which made sleeping difficult.

Beautiful building and hotel right in the center. Each room has a different theme. Ours was the Nairobi room with African wild animal motifs and paintings. It was gorgeous. The lobby and front of the hotel is also very nice. Apparently when the luminaries come in to Nancy, they tend to stay here, which says something about this place.
