Business trip. It is a good hotel but the business rooms are no different from the standard rooms.

It was alright. 4 star in Europe is weird because is no where as good as 4 star in Asia

Welcoming and very pleasant staff, spacious and clean rooms, pleasant setting

Nice family hotel. Lots to do. We could play basketball with the family, swim (water was still cold though) and just hang out in their garden. Great idea to have board games for families in the lobby, a way to keep people from going out ?. Breakfast was quite good with variety to choose from.

A really nice hotel with very good rooms. Placed centrally in Nancy it offers everything you need as a weary traveller. We had to make an unscheduled stop in Nancy after a breakdown—and luckily ended up at the Mercure Nancy. There was nothing we asked for that wasn't provided. We would love to come back and have the fondest memories of both Nancy and the Mercure! Merci beaucoup encore une fois : )

Great location with walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. Car parking on site at a cost - discounted by the hotel (Also shared with public) . We arrived in low season on a Monday so sadly a lot of eating places were shut , but those that did open were good quality . Great Irish bar close by ! Hôtel de Guise.   The personnel, Adam, Vincent, Nathan, Manon we all very helpful, kind and full of information. Especially Adam who checked us in. Art Nouveau weekend in Nancy Great weekend in the heart of Nancy. A very cosy and welcoming hotel with great cocktails, tasty breakfast and a chic spa.

Nicely newly decorated hotel with convenient location between rail station and place Stanislas. Freezing bathroom and unstable heater in the bedroom.

Excellent location close to the old town, shopping streets, Place Stanislas, etc. We had a large superior room at the (quieter) rear side of the hotel. The king-size bed was very comfortabel. There is a (tight) parking garage behind the hotel, which we found convenient. The lobby could do with a slight make-over but as one doesn’t spend much time there, this is not so very important. Easy parking, location couldn't be better, outstanding check-in, recognition of my Gold status and free upgrade to a great room with free mini-bar and super comfy bed. The welcoming drink of a local beer was also part of an excellent reception. Breakfast was also great ... spotless ... I struggle to find something wrong and really I can't. The personnel is also a benchmark of a friendly and efficient...

The team at the hotel made our stay effortless and pleasant. I would like to specifically mention Lucy and Louis, who have been very helpful throughout our day. I could recommend the hotel both location close to Stanley Square and all the associated restaurants and bars and a first class breakfasts. A great stay.

It was a good experience overall. I was very pleased with the comfort and the surrounding amenities (the station is just steps away, but the building is still well soundproofed). It was a shame about the bed, with a somewhat uncomfortable mattress, and the phone that didn't work. Overall, though, I would stay here again.

The location is very convenient, right next to the train station. Cleanliness and tidiness are acceptable. The environment is also quite quiet, as the air conditioner is on and the windows and doors are closed. However, compared to the photos, it is different!

While it is not a new hotel, can tell good effort had been put in to keep place clean. A good pantry facility in the room facilitates small family. Furnitures can be mordernised to make the place outstanding. Good and value to stay in this place!

Stayed overnight on our way back to the UK. Probably the one and only Accor hotel so far who charged us for parking with a motorbike. Room were clean and comfortable. Staff were nice, but we asked them to put a bag into the fridge, and they put it into the freezer, freezing all my cheese and other dairy products - sadly had to throw a couple of them away. Breakfast is basic, but good.

Very pleasant hotel close to Nancy railway station. Has a lovely garden/patio area with tables and chairs that guests can use - excellent if you arrive too early for check in or just want to relax outdoors. We arrived by Bicycle (touring) and the Acceuil Velo service was very good, with excellent bicycle storage area (not an old shed/broom cupboard). Breakfast was decent/standard, as was the room

Stayed here for one night as part of a group. The room was very nice but the air con was on so high that it was freezing. The bed was very comfortable but hot and the sheet slipped because of the waterproof cover underneath. Why is that necessary? The bathroom was good and the shower was efficient. Set on the edge of the town, close to the motorway (but quiet), this hotel was clean and functional, beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, the door locks were excellent, the rooms were quiet, and there was car parking right outside. (NB there is nothing much in the surrounding area, and the local restaurants within walking distance are to be avoided, so travel a mile or so into town...

Great place to stay if your doing a long car travel and need to stop for the night.

It's not the most smudge free or most modern hotel, but the rooms were decent and the beds were fine. It's good for a bed and and shower on your way from A to B.

It's only few minutes walk to the Cathedrale then Place Stanislas. We are happy with the hotel and the breakfast. The only complain is the paper-thin towels and no hand towels the hotel provides, that has nothing to do with green environment etc, e.g. the paper cups that I cannot complain.

Only spent one night but everything was great. Less than 15 minute walk to the old town and all the beautiful sites. Highly recommend

Practical place to stay with all the basics This hotel is very centrally located and practical but not special. On one side of the block, there were drunk/high people hanging out with some others who were loitering in groups during the day. The other side has some fun bistros that are active at night. The hotel is pretty clean overall with contemporary, simple white interiors with light wood accents...

The stay eas OK.There was no BBC chanel on the TV The air condition was not working.

There are many shops around the station Chika and it is very convenient. I would say the rooms and services are average. Staff were friendly.

Room was nice and clean, although the service personnel had forgetten to remove a bag of garbage the previous guests had left behind the room's door. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious and there were some gluten free options as well. Be aware that parking is not included and hit is hard to find somewhere to park cheaply close to the hotel!

I stayed only one night with my partner because we were looking for a place to make a quick stop to sleep in our long journey back home. When we arrived (around 23:00h), the parking in front of the hotel was full but a very kind employee told us where to park (just beside the hotel there are further parking slots belonging a restaurant where guests can park). Nice, stylish, modern, clean property. The staff was cheerful and accommodating all my unusual needs. Easy and free parking, great for a stop while on the way, but with the quality of a real good hotel and not a cheap "motel".

It was quite close to the center and the parking was a good plus.The room was clean and had everything you could need although there wasn’t a fridge.The check in/out process was very easy and fast.There is only the fact that there isn’t a lift so if your room is on the 2nd floor and you have heavy luggages its quite hard to get up the spiral staricase.

Average hotel, cheap price. It’s an average hotel with average accommodation, would use it as an over night stay but the room wasn’t the largest on my trip. My 6’3” son didn’t have the most space to move around the bed. It’s definitely only a place I’d stay for one night next time.

Highly recommended! The hotel is located in the centre of the cit few minutes from the train station. The room was so clean, equipped with the hair dryer, tea/coffee, towels, it was quiet with so comfortable bed❤️ I slept like a baby. You get how much you pay for. The bathroom is very small but quite clean. The bed is comfortable, no apparent stains on it, no odd smell. Nothing bad but nothing outstanding.

Just like two weeks ago in Ludres, the concierge bombarded me with demands for money, some of which I couldn't explain at all. I had booked in advance with Trip and used coins. The hotel must at least know that the room has been paid for. Rip off stupid foreigners? I've known the hotel for a while. The rooms are a bit bigger than in the neighboring IN Hotel and now have a refrigerator and a Senseo...

Self service hotel in all senses. You have to care about yourself. The hotel is cheap and located in a commercial/industrial area outside Nancy. There are bog supermarkets and food chain restaurants around. While staying there we didn’t meet anyone from the staff and we did all the hotel operations (checkin, checkout, payment) through a machine at the entrance of the building. Prime location, nice welcome, well appointed rooms

Close enough to the nightlife to be a short walk away, but far enough away to not hear the noise.. gorgeous old building, but with all the modernity you expect.. we had a basic double room, it was exactly that, with no complaints.. big enough for us and our 2 medium size dogs.. the bathroom was spotless. The shower was great (lots of pressure).. Good value...

We’ve been here many times, staying one night on our way to Spain. Budgetfriendly, dogfrienly, and good quality food.

The girl at the reception was very slow and didn’t understand very wel hoe things work. The building itself is a bit outdated by now.

Lovely service. Very small rooms, but okay and two chairs, so one of us didn’t have to sit on the bed. Restaurant unfortunately closed even if ******* wrote there was a restaurant, but the receptionist offered us a pizza, which was fine. Breakfast was really good.

Good value for money. One rooms more modern than the other but the less modern room had a view of the city

No air conditioning, noise from a pump or I do not know what. Very simple rooms, but clean. Good breakfasts. Also, a rude receptionist (owner?) with stupid jokes like "you have my suitecase" - "No, I sold it for 10 euros, a good price, isn't it". The same style repeats several times even if the client obviously dislikes it.

Next to the train, a small supermarket and places to eat. old hotel and faded but my renovated room looked like the posted photo and had heavy curtains and double glazing to keep down city noise.... 24 hour reception and breakfast from 5:30 am (24/24 restaurant nearby if you want better) and in sight of a Starbucks if you must. Discounted price was ok value.... remember 90 years old so expect some...

Location: Very close to Nancy train station, Carrefour Express is just a minute's walk away, and there are places nearby where you can get hot food. Room: The single-person room is cozy, and the price is reasonable. Service: The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they offer 24-hour counter service, which is wonderful! The hotel is located right outside the train station with a tram station also outside. There is good access to town. The rooms are not big but confortable and quiet.

It is very basic, small, there is no hair dryer, you can hear all noises through the wall (in the morning you can hear the people talking when having breakfast). Location is not the best, but there is a bus stop next the hotel to get into the city centre within a 20min ride. We stayed just for one (short) night, the room was calm and clean. A fan was provided as well as a water cooker and cups with tea. Simple bathroom, towels provided as well as soap. Good price.The access is easy and the parking is closed to non-guests.

The hotel is not too far from the city center, 10 minutes walking distance. It was easy for us to park the car near the hotel. Good breakfast, and good service.

The hotel is very conveniently located for those who go to Nancy by bus. Very helpful reception and the usual ibis Budget rooms for competitive prices. You might not be sleeping in the centre-ville, but Nancy is rather small and the hotel is ~10-15 minutes away on foot to Place Stanislas.

Clean and reasonably priced accomodation close to the city center.
