The team at the hotel made our stay effortless and pleasant. I would like to specifically mention Lucy and Louis, who have been very helpful throughout our day. I could recommend the hotel both location close to Stanley Square and all the associated restaurants and bars and a first class breakfasts.

Easy parking, location couldn't be better, outstanding check-in, recognition of my Gold status and free upgrade to a great room with free mini-bar and super comfy bed. The welcoming drink of a local beer was also part of an excellent reception. Breakfast was also great ... spotless ... I struggle to find something wrong and really I can't. The personnel is also a benchmark of a friendly and efficient service. I will definitely return to picturesque Nancy and stay again

The suite was comfortable and clean. The staff at reception were very friendly and attentive. Very convenient parking right in front and the location allows you to have all the things to see on your doorstep. Full breakfast

The hotel is very well located and seems to have been renovated a few years ago, unfortunately in many shades of grey, which make the hotel and the rooms appear very dark. The normal rooms are very small but have air conditioning. The bathtub is so high that you have to climb in. There is no proper reception? The breakfast looked very sumptuous and plentiful (but we didn't eat it). The hotel could do with a facelift.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. Best location in town. Just off the square so you can retreat for peace if you'd like, but so close that the beat party of the ciry are a short walk away

Interconnected rooms, privilege room nicely spacious, excellent and really big bed. Very cosy breakfast, "home-kitchen" style, with pots on a stove and plates in the cupboard, tasty and multiple options. (We had breakfast included, so no comment on the separate value for money). Stanislas square just behind the corner.

As an Accor Gold member I have not received a welcome drink, but was offered a late checkout until 5pm. The room was good, but i did not receive a complementary upgrade. There was maybe not a higher room category, however there where better rooms available (higher floor, bigger). The room cards where only programmed for the first day and had to be reprogrammed for the following day, which wasn't nice as I had to enter the room urgently. The room pictures and the actual rooms are not accurate.

Not really good in customer service, they promised a parking space and then told me after that the message i've received in regards of the parking space was an automated message.. the reality was that is on a first come first served scheme, so if you are coming after 8 hours driving in the middle of the night the staff won't be able to help you except with advicing on the nearest payable parking.
Overall they have really nice rooms, the only cons is in regards of the old tv's but that one is ok.
One of the most unnaceptable things that happen was the fact that they charged our taxes from the credit card we gave for the deposit, yes, basically they deducted the amount owed with the deposit without asking, even bank are not that greedy without offering any other method of payment.

The place is nice, very pleasant rooms with comfortable beds, overall good cleanliness and new furniture.
The receptionists were polite and helpful.
Hotel offers a parking with a discounted rate.
Breakfast was ok, but with COVID is hectic and wouldn’t be recommended.
A very unpleasant thing and from my opinion unsafe is the movement route where you go to your room using elevator then to leave it you use the escape stairs where the door in the first floor opens to already one step down which might be a tripping hazard especially with young kids who rush.
Overall still a recommended hotel to stay at.
