Hôtel Le Rapp

I stayed in the hotel because my son was hospitalised with a coma nearby for 1 week. All the personnel was so friendly, perfect matrass, rain- and normal shower, really good breakfast with fresh pressed orange juice, bar open untill 13.30 and a nice terrage with good seats, situated in a very small calm street very close to the big parking and the city centre, all is perfect and price is great. Thank you again for all the help and the support

We had a wonderful two night stay in August 2025. Check-in was very straightforward and the staff were very helpful. Although the hotel looks quite dated from the outside, it has clearly been extensively renovated throughout. Room - Our room was spotlessly clean and thankfully the air-conditioning worked well. The room was quite compact but had enough room for all our large luggage. The toilet was located next to the main room door with the shower and hand basin located separately in a bathroom next to the bed. There were plenty of plug sockets, including at both sides of the bed. Breakfast - Plenty of tables and a good selection of continental style foods (breads, cheeses, meats and cereal). Hot drinks had to be ordered with the waitresses but were brought promptly. Spa facilities - We used the spa facilities however the swimming pool was extremely cold and the steam room did not work. As such, we didn't stay as long as we had intended. There was a relaxation area between the pool area and the sauna/steam room area with lots of relaxation beds. Location - The hotel is approximately a five minute walk to the main centre of Colmar and all the shops and restaurants. Parking - We parked at Le Rapp, a large underground parking garage. It had lots of parking and several lifts up to ground level, which opened up onto the main Le Rapp square with its fountains and carousel. The hotel was only a short walk from the lifts, across the road and down the lane. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely re-book should we visit Colmar again.

We stayed here for three nights as part of a Rick Steves tour. Our room (116) was a lovely space for an extended stay. We had clean wooden floors, a small table and chairs, a desk, a large comfortable bed, an armoire with shelf storage, a clean bathroom with shower and heated towel rack and a separate toilet room. There is a lovely breakfast room with a wide assortment of cheeses and pastries. There was a little device available if you wanted to boil your own eggs and there were also cold hardboiled eggs available. Pots of coffee or tea were brought to the table and the attentive service meant they were refilled as often as needed. We were initially disappointed to find out that our tour group was not staying at the St. Martin. As it turns out, this hotel has a much superior location to the St. Martin.On a quiet side street, it is only two blocks from the "main square", but is not right on top of the action like the St. Martin is. The staff was all topnotch from the desk staff to the breakfast crew to the housekeeping folks. We would definitely stay here again!

Le Rapp is a great hotel centrally located in Colmar in historic old town center. We paid for the standard room with a large bed for 80 euros a night and stayed on the top floor. While not inexpensive, the room was very large, especially for european hotel standards. The room was newly renovated, had air conditioning, and was extremely clean and well maintained. The one downside of the room is that there was only one small window. The bathroom did not have a bathtub, but had a hairdryer, and bath robes. Everyone in the hotel speaks English, though French (or German) is of course welcomed. There is free high speed internet access in the lobby with printing, faxing, and copying capability. There is no parking, but there is street parking and a garage across the street. Also, we had a fantastic meal at the hotel restaurant, which serves some Alsacian favorites. In general, we had a great stay at the hotel.

The hotel is great and clean, the spa is nice with sauna and hammam and the staff is really nice. The bar have good cocktails. The toilet were fonctionnal but broken.. kinda disappointed by this. But after all we spent a nice weekend so thank you.

Wonderful hotel! The staff were so helpful and so accommodating. We got upgraded to a lovely room. Nice pool and sauna! Great location, quiet road but quick walk to all the fun! Easy public parking garage not too far either. 10/10 would stay here again!
