The room was clean, modern and featured a large TV. The room was fairly compact but comfortable. The excellent bathroom had a large shower. Breakfast was 15 euros per person but well worth it with a good choice of items. Hot food featured bacon, sausages and scrambled egg. Unlike many hotels there was numerous coffee machines so no queues. The modern reception featured a bar which was open late. The hotel was located in a quiet location an easy 5 minute walk from Petite Venice

Perfect location for the scenic town of Colmar. Easy to find and great value for money.
The ladies on reception are exceptional. Extremely friendly and helpful.
Room and breakfast were both fantastic.
A short walk to Petit Venice with ample bars and restaurants. Local cuisine/wine was fabulous. Parking was great at a small extra charge.

Great hotel with perfect location. Best buffet breakfast ever with very helpful smiling staff. Polite and helpful reception. just one slight criticism that the cleaning of the bedrooms was rather slow, We had to vacate our room on two occasions late in the afternoon to have the room cleaned and the second time we had to actually request a room clean. Would recomment this hotel

The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk to the center of Colmar. The room was very spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless – the entire hotel is exceptionally clean, even though pets are allowed. Check-in and check-out were fully automatic and worked perfectly. The bathroom and shower were luxurious and modern, and the room was fully equipped with a fresh, new feel. The reception staff were extremely friendly, and parking is available for those arriving by car. Nearby there’s a complex with a tasty Italian restaurant, and inside the town you’ll find plenty of great dining options. Overall, highly recommended!

Highly recommend staying at Hotel Turenne! We had a great experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with so many traditional Alsatian options! The room was very clean and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the meditation room at the end of our day. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Colmar!

Lovely room on the third floor, which we think had just been refurbished. It looks as though there is a refurbishment programme ongoing as you could see new mattresses and furniture on each floor when using the stairs, so the top floor had already been completed. The only issue we had was with the air-con as the room was a little warm. Breakfast also wasn't especially palatable, so wouldn't bother with that again as there are lots of lovely patisseries close by (including one next door to the hotel). Great location and you can park for free on the surrounding streets between 7pm & 9am.

This hotel was central in Colmar. It was a lovely hotel with good amenities. We booked it as it had a private car park and we were travelling so needed it to be secure. It was- in an underground car park. This was great except we were charged €20 for this. We expected a small charge but felt that this charge should have been mentioned on the hotel details. We might have chosen a better hotel for this extra amount.
