Best Western Plus Crystal, Hotel,Bar & Spa

Located close to the train station and the historic district. My room was comfortable and very clean. Friendly staff.
Overall a very good hotel.

Word cannot express how amazing the staffs here including the dront desk staff! Impeccable services (with a smile and much professionalism) Definitely coming back to stay in this gorgeous boutique hotel when I visit Nancy next time. Thanks BW at Nancy!

Freezing bathroom and unstable heater in the bedroom.

Very convenient location (very close to the pedestrian area and also close to train station). Very nice modern rooms. Small but beautiful Spa. We were there for a weekend trip and enjoyed our stay in Nancy in this hotel.

To recommand. A whole and total experience. With rooftop bar with quality seats and swimming pool. Quality breakfast Ans super motivated staff. Really TOP. Please try it out for yourself. Ideal surrounding. City center. Good smell everywhere. Staff very responsible

Visited Nancy for a short stay at BW Plus Crystal Hotel with friends to see some Art Nouveau from the Lorraine region on the way back to Paris after exploring Strasbourg and the Alsace. The hotel is next to a small tree-lined square and mainly office buildings, but has a good location within walking distance to both the TGV train station and historic Place Stanislas where we found several restaurants and cafes in and around the large square. The hotel seems recently renovated with some work still on-going in the lobby during our visit in late May. The lobby is small with modern furnishings and a bar/breakfast room off the brightly lit hallway lined with additional tables and seating. We took the buffet breakfast which offered a good, quality selection but was also somewhat pricey. We did not have a chance to try the spa or roof-top bar, though both seem like nice features for the hotel. Our standard rooms were clean, comfortable but small, barely space around the bed to move about. Same for the bathroom. Furnishings and decor were new or recently updated. The location near other buildings meant no good views, at least from the lower floors. Front desk and bar/breakfast staff were attentive and professional. No real complaints about staying at the BW Plus and would stay again if visiting Nancy and the Lorraine region.

Nice hotel with excellent services close to the city center. Real value for money. This is the second time we’ve been here and will certainly be back soonest. Breakfast was very nice with lost of fresh local products, such as cheeses fruits and nuts, nicely combined with fresh backeries
