Hotel d'Orleans

Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good. The room was fine for one night and seemed to be well sound-proofed; we couldn't hear anyone's TV. Secure parking on offer - useful if returning from a "Maison secondaire" with a boot full of belongings (and the wine quota).

Staff was really friendly and willing to help. We brought car and they helped us with everything we asked. The room seemed small and didn’t have a lot of amenities (shampoo, conditioner, etc). The breakfast buffet has the normal continental breakfast options and is decent for the price.
Locations is perfect!!! Couple of minutes walking to the cathedral and with plenty of dinning options around it.

I was able to spend a night at this fantastic hotel. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The room (Superior) was clean and comfortable. The shower spacious and modern. It was a very quiet room and as the bed was very comfortable I was able to have a good nights sleep.
As it was my birthday I was welcomed with even a personal note on the bed.
The breakfast buffet was plenty and again, great service.

Unreal location literally smack bang city centre. Good value too plus pet friendly one star off for small rooms

English: Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The room on the third floor (which accommodate 2 adults and 2 children in bunk beds) was a bit tight on space but very comfortable nonetheless. The bathroom was spacious, with a jacuzzi bubble bath and a walk-in shower. The continental breakfast (currently in-room due to Covid) was delicious. Highly recommended for a stay in Orléans: it's very near the cathedral, in the pedestrianised centre of town. Off-street private parking is also available on request. The free WiFi is good. No complaints at all.
French: superb hotel au cœur d'Orléans. La chambre au 3ème étage nous a hébergé: 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Un peu serré peut-être mais confortable. La salle de bains était superbe avec douche et baignoire / jacuzzi. Le petit déjeuner en chambre (due à la Covid) était excellent.

On or way back home from the Landes we stopped for the night in Orléans. Online the hotel was full but I called and they still had a room available. The hotel is located in the center of Orléans and perfect for exploring the city on foor. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly en helpfull. He even offered to store our bikes in the garage for the night, free of charge, instead of leaving them in the streets. The room was nice and clean, the bathroom a bit small but ok. The shower tough was big with a big showerhead and nice hot water. All together a great place to spend a few nights when visiting Orléans.
