Generally OK although the bedroom was probably the smallest I have ever stayed in!

Everything was great, except A/C. Even at 16C, it barely made the room cool.

Alex on reception was amazing, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and we had booked parking which was across the narrow road the hotel was located on and was secure.

Very compact hotel but very friendly and approachable staff, made to feel very welcome. Parking was in a garage opposite the hotel, but unfortunately road works made it lot harder to get in and out of the garage. No the fault of the hotel

Very nice hotel, has a bar and does a lovely breakfast. Rooms are a nice size and comfy. Bike storage is great and its in a great location in the City centre.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Orléans, a couple of minutes’ walk from the Place du Martroi. It’s a well cared for, friendly small hotel. We arrived early, and the staff stored our bags in a cupboard opposite reception.
When we checked in, we were upgraded, and the room was superb - very clean, comfortable and large. The shower was excellent. A very lovely, quiet and convenient place to stay.

Small hotel down quiet side street - staff were excellent -helpful and kind

A very central, clean hotel with friendly staff. The room was airy and the bathroom had a powerful shower. We did not try the breakfast. The hotel is off a main street, making it very quiet at night, yet very convenient for the city centre that has many restaurants and shops. It is also very convenient for the tram network, being 100m away from the République Tram stop (that deserve Les Aubrais train station within 15min). All in all, very recommended.

The shower had half of a door that let water spray all over the bathroom. The jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise. The ceiling paint was peeling badly in the bedroom. The heating and AC were perfect. The breakfast was simple. The front desk staff were mostly friendly but our last morning had an older man who didn't seem to be engaged with the customer. He may have been the manager but he shouldn't be working with the public.
