The shower had half of a door that let water spray all over the bathroom. The jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise. The ceiling paint was peeling badly in the bedroom. The heating and AC were perfect. The breakfast was simple. The front desk staff were mostly friendly but our last morning had an older man who didn't seem to be engaged with the customer. He may have been the manager but he shouldn't be working...

Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good. The room was fine for one night and seemed to be well sound-proofed; we couldn't hear anyone's TV. Secure parking on offer - useful if returning from a "Maison secondaire" with a boot full of belongings (and the wine quota).

Staff was really friendly and willing to help. We brought car and they helped us with everything we asked. The room seemed small and didn’t have a lot of amenities (shampoo, conditioner, etc). The breakfast buffet has the normal continental breakfast options and is decent for the price. Locations is perfect!!! Couple of minutes walking to the cathedral and with plenty of dinning options around it.

I was able to spend a night at this fantastic hotel. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room (Superior) was clean and comfortable. The shower spacious and modern. It was a very quiet room and as the bed was very comfortable I was able to have a good nights sleep. As it was my birthday I was welcomed with even a personal note on the bed. Unreal location literally smack bang city centre. Good value too plus pet friendly one star off for small rooms

English: Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The room on the third floor (which accommodate 2 adults and 2 children in bunk beds) was a bit tight on space but very comfortable nonetheless. Staff was fantastic!!! Even in the holiday season they had high energy and willingness to let us know what we could do around the city and how to get to the tourist spots. Each front desk receptionist was extra friendly and always ready to have a quick chat!! You will find clean and appropriate size rooms and enjoy the tranquility of a very charming town. You are 10 min walking distance to the city...

Good hotel for a few nights. Tiny rooms but sufficient for the price. Everything is squeaky clean! Staff is friendly and breakfast is really good for such a small hotel!!

Fair price, ~15 min. walking distance from the center, bed is good. Bathroom is extremely small, water temp of the shower fluctuates. Some old stains and signs of ageing in the (bath)room.

Room 323 smelt of drains despite airing. Staff at reception are nice, but a little too hasty to get things done without asking how or when you would like what you're asking for. The hotel is overall clean and pleasantly decorated.

Price is a bit high for the quality, but is very close to the train station, walking distance to the city center. The room was ok but small. The service was not very polite, asking questions seemed to bother them. The price was tricky as the booking had a different amount and there are extra costs (you realize you have to pay the parking only in the exit).

Slight better than usual Ibis hotel located very close to the main train station and an easy walk to the town centre and the river. Recommended for an overnight stay before an early train. The professianism and friendliness of staff varies from excellent to disappointing.

Lovely room overlooking the Loire river, bed was super comfy. Close to main town for restaurants as hotel as no restaurant for the evening. Breakfast was simple,but adequate, would stay again coming from Calais to Bergerac.

Nice Hotel with good, clean rooms and near the inner city. The breakfast is good, but with a full Hotel the buffet is empty a lot and all the seats are taken.

We booked this hotel as a stopover en-route back to the UK from our trip in southern France. It was just what we needed for a comfortable night - clean rooms, reasonably priced, convenient location, secure parking that could accommodate larger vehicles with a roof box and friendly staff.

Nice little hotel. It actually is pet friendly yet note that you’re gonna have to pay a certain extra amount per dog per night.

Very reasonable hotel, good for an overnight stay on the way to the south of France. Comfortable bed (although would have liked more pillows), good shower, lots of choice for breakfast.

Still our go-to etappe hotel for 3 years already now. It’s simple but functional. Here’s some of the things we like: - close to the freeway - relatively cheap gas station 2 minutes away - enclosed free parking area - good breakfast selection for the price - friendly staff - good beds Only points of critic would be that the rooms have no air conditioning. You do get a ventilator. There’s also no elevator...

It’s just fine. An average small hotel. No AC, but a fan was provided in the room, and the windows opened wide in our room. No elevator, so beware if you have a lot of baggage. Breakfast was good. Something in our room was wet, so there was a wet smell, which is all I can complain about.

Rooms surprisingly nice, extremely clean and a huge, comfy bed. No air conditioning but a fan provided. Secure parking with electric gates. It is in a shopping centre, only used this as a 1 night stopover so unsure how close it is to Orlean.

Small rooms that have seen a lot of usage. Although, it was assumed based on the price. Breakfast was OK, but I would recommend to go somewhere else for dinner.

Good motel 6 value for 50€/ night. Don’t expect a chateau, but it does the job - clean, conveniently located with easy parking,friendly staff, restaurant and bar on site, comfortable bed. Obviously the room is quite small but for what it is, it’s highly bookable.

I booked a room for a one night stay and I was not disappointed. Nice room, good service (and breakfast) and the hotel is fairly close to the city center (only a 15 minute walk). Would gladly come again.

Lovely little hotel with comfortable rooms, catering for cycling tourists with a locked cycle room. Adequate breakfast within easy reach of the centre of town. Street parking.

Its ok, but nothing fancy. Price - quality wise dissapointing. The bathroom was horrid, couldnt stand up, roll toilet paper was found on the floor and no airco. Ceiling was made of a sort sheet? Really weird, otherwise the room was fine. Left with mixed feelings.

While not right in the action, it is a 15 minute walk to the City Center. The best thing about this hotel is that it has a nice courtyard to enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine. After walking to the main square for dinner, we hung out in the yard with a bottle of wine. Rooms were clean enough and the bathroom was pretty spacious.

Very good stopover accommodation if driving fron Channel ports to southern France. clean, tidy, good breakfast. Parking (free) available on local streets outside hotel. Helpful desk staff. Good english spoken (if required). Excellent value for money and only a short walk from town centre for bars, restaurants, sightseeing etc.

The hotel is very well positioned. Near the train station and the centre of Orleans. Reception staff are excellent. They have an offer with a local restaurant - try it, they are good.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Even though I booked the wrong dates, they were flexible and found a room for us. There is an extra storage room for travellers with bicycles, where they can securely leave their belongings. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel is located right at the city center. All in all, for this price it is definitely a very good choice.

Good stay for 1 night. Nice room with good matrasses. Wifi is slow... We didn't use breakfast but walked into town for a coffee and croissant. We would return here for another stay.

Stopped here for one night on route to Spain from the UK. Cosy comfy room and lovely meal at the restaraunt within the hotel, served by pleasent welcoming staff. Good varied menu, something for everyone and at reasonable prices, all washed down with local wine! Good dog walking area to the rear of the hotel in a wood. All in all, very enjoyable.

The stay was good, until I got home and found they had taken more mo way out of my account than what is should have been and we had already paid . I tried to contact twice with not good response . I have to go through booking .con to try and sort it. So this has really soured my opinion of the place. Won’t be using again.

I loved out stay here and we will be back. It was a little challenging to figure out how to arrive by car, but only because we didn't ask for help from the hotel first. "Gorge" was very friendly and understanding of our lack of French language skills. He explained parking to us and came up to get the tv going for us. But we mainly were out of the room with all of the wonderful shopping and restaurants...

My room (414) had a awful smell (Floor looked like something happened there), had to sleep with the window open. Hotel has a microwave you can use to heat up something.

A nice place for a couple of short nights in the heart of the city. The staff are very kind and helpful. My girlfriend who's in a wheelchair also likes the warmth feeling in this hotel. I'm grateful to be staying there for a good price and great service

Nice hotel in the very center of the city. Close to everything. It is placed in the old building and may not fulfill the everyone needs for luxury, but it have soul.

Location is good and at the edge of the shopping center and historical downtown. It is a basic hotel in an older building. Does not have parking; you have to park in Martroi, a 6 minute walk to the hotel. WiFi seems fine. Breakfast basic but sufficient. Happy enough to stay again.

We went there for a breakfast, very reasonable prices. Beautifully decorated, quite, and the have a great rooftop on the 4th floor (no elevator) but it totally worth. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Very pleasant moment.

The hotel represents everything joyous and wonderful about France: Great elegance and aesthetic taste; joie de vivre; scrumptuous, refined breakfast. The hotel let us cancel last minute for free because the area had turned amber/orange due to corona. We were very thankful for the flexibility and hope to visit the hotel in the future.

A very lovely, independent hotel (one family running it since 1912) full of character and individuality. Such a refreshing change from chain hotels. Very clean, tastefully decorated and lovely staff. Even the floor of the bathroom stays dry when you shower!

What a stunning hotel, just perfect. The staff were wonderful, the room was stunning, the decor of the hotel is beautiful. Very comfortable bed, excellent rain shower, and the location was perfect as we were 24 hour tourists! 😃 The best part was - the roof garden, what a treat, we drank Champagne!

Beautiful and centrally located hotel. I stayed there with our one year old and although there was no cot there was enough space for him on our bed.The rooms are beautifully decorated and in the bathroom there us very nice organic shampoo and shower gel. Free parking just in front of the hotel on Sundays. Very close to the center, which gives possibility to explore Orleans. The price is also very appropriate
