The pool is open from 9 am, its a seasonal pool, but we enjoy it before our depart. The late check in at 12m its optimal for families. We had chance of enjoy the hotel amenities and leave without rush
Despite of we arrived very late because the rain and traffic jam, there were an staff member waiting for us at the reception. The breakfast was included with a variety of food and nice quality
A pleasant hotel in a calm and peaceful environment full of greenery. Welcoming and friendly staff. The hotel has recently been renovated so the amenities are new and functional. Very good stay
Great vacation! Vegetable garden, chicken coop, beehives! Great decor, quiet hotel! I recommend
Lovely stay and goog food in the morning.... The place was clean and kept well..

Hotel is a 10minute ish walk into the city centre - a lovely walk along the river. We stayed with our two children and dog. Room was perfect and the kids liked the dip in the pool
Main reception bar area looked lovely and modern. We didn't eat there opting to walk into town. We picked the hotel because of its location into town and a good stop off on route to the eurotunnel from the dordogne
The hotel is well placed, overlooking the river and in easy walking distance from the city centre along good pavements, via the quai and Royal Arcade (following directions from the very helpful front desk staff)
We stayed on the 1st floor in a family room (111) that hasn't been refurbished yet. Room was spotless though slightly tired. Our room was technically over the reception so didn't encounter any road noise
I strongly recommend this hotel , room are spacious , great view on the river and the city. It is one of the best hotel in the city center . I look forward coming back asap. Eric Gallula Perez
Great stay for a couple with 2 dogs, enjoying a balcony overlooking the river. Excellent evening meal, and good breakfast after morning session in the gym. Wonderful staff everywhere.

Perfect location for a two day stay. Arrived on a Sunday and evident brunch and lunch service popular, with al fresco seating in the sunshine
Luxurious room and bath, with a wonderful river view. Breakfast offerings were expansive, diverse, and delicious. Did not have the opportunity to take advantage of the spa. Brigitte is a gracious and delightful host
Excellence Superb location for centre of town and convenient for motorway A10. The spa was excellent and took advantage of the sauna
Convenient multi storey parking within metres and a useful drop off spot to unload luggage. Staff always on hand and happy to help
Just wow! Great hotel if you're visiting the amazing city of Orléans!
this hotel is located perfect to get around the city right on the river. some of the rooms have view of the river It was actually built in the early 1400s which makes it historical ibeen re-renovated again in 2014

Staff was fantastic!!! Even in the holiday season they had high energy and willingness to let us know what we could do around the city and how to get to the tourist spots
Each front desk receptionist was extra friendly and always ready to have a quick chat!! You will find clean and appropriate size rooms and enjoy the tranquility of a very charming town
You are 10 min walking distance to the city centre and the train stations making it an ideal location. Thank you for such an amazing stay!!
The room was narrow but usually standard in France but it was clean and steady the location is great near all transportation 10 minutes walking. All staff members are very welcoming and helpful anytime
The hotel is in a good location and convenient for travel. The reservation was also smooth. There were changes in the itinerary before the trip, and one room was cancelled
Good hotel for a few nights. Tiny rooms but sufficient for the price. Everything is squeaky clean! Staff is friendly and breakfast is really good for such a small hotel!!

The room was generally clean and sparsely furnished. It would benefit from bigger and better towels and glasses for drinks
Excellent value for money and great stay Perfect overnight stop on way to south of France. Very good value for money and included basic breakfast for 3 of us as well! Clean, tidy and comfy mattress
Our little one enjoyed the bunk bed above our bed however!
Typical of Ibis quality and despite being very economic in cost, the room was nice. There was ample parking and vending machines for any snacks that you may want
The Wi-Fi was good and stable and free and it was a short walk to the tram station with direct services into the centre every 10 minutes
The hotel was very well connected to the road Network of surrounding areas and generally for an overnight stop

Here’s some of the things we like: - close to the freeway - relatively cheap gas station 2 minutes away - enclosed free parking area - good breakfast selection for the price - friendly staff - good beds Only points of critic would be that the rooms have no air conditioning
Small, pleasant hotel in a commercial area. The nearby tram stop allows you to get to the city center or Aubrais station easily for a very reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and helpful
There’s also no elevator to the 2nd floor. Other than that very good value for money!
Still our go-to etappe hotel for 3 years already now
The breakfast is plentiful and appetizing
The hotel was well positioned for our trip … The outside of the property is tired and in need of an upgrade. But as they say “don’t judge a book by the cover”! The room was good/clean,bed comfy and all laundry fresh

Jackotel Orleans
Orleans, 18 Cloitre Saint Aignan 🧭 Map

This hotel has a great location in the historical centre of Orléans, just a minute away from the Bords de Loire and not very far from the Cathedral
The Jackotel is very conveniently situated on the edge of the old town which has a full range of excellent restaurants and a great buzz
Ample storage space was provided in the form of a wardrobe with a sliding door that doubled as a mirror at the entrance of the room, just after the door to the personal bathroom composed of a bathtub with a showerhead, toilets, a bidet, and a sink
The bed was great, and there was no noise. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The only issue I could find was the WiFi, which was free but a bit slow. Fortunately, there was good 5G/4G coverage
The hotel is wonderfully quirky, changing little from the ‘70s I’d imagine but the rooms and bathrooms have been upgraded and it’s spotlessly clean. Parking in the courtyard is a massive plus
Super accommodating owners... the proprietor directed me to his underground parking when the normal lot was full. Rooms were quiet and perfectly comfortable if a bit dated.

Very compact hotel but very friendly and approachable staff, made to feel very welcome. Parking was in a garage opposite the hotel, but unfortunately road works made it lot harder to get in and out of the garage
Alex on reception was amazing, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and we had booked parking which was across the narrow road the hotel was located on and was secure.
We arrived early, and the staff stored our bags in a cupboard opposite reception. When we checked in, we were upgraded, and the room was superb - very clean, comfortable and large
Very nice hotel, has a bar and does a lovely breakfast. Rooms are a nice size and comfy. Bike storage is great and its in a great location in the City centre.
The hotel is located right in the centre of Orléans, a couple of minutes’ walk from the Place du Martroi. It’s a well cared for, friendly small hotel
The hotel is off a main street, making it very quiet at night, yet very convenient for the city centre that has many restaurants and shops

The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful, they could not be faulted all week and genuinely seemed happy to help
Excellent hotel in a central location with lovely friendly staff. Perfect stay. Thanks.
No designated guests parking for this hotel. We have to drag along our luggage from an underground public parking to the hotel. Also, parking fee is not included for staying in this hotel. Breakfast is wonderful.
The hotel was clean and modern and the central location meant it was very close to the local town and restaurants
It describes itself as a boutique hotel, but in practice that seems to mean a weird colour scheme (dark blue and green are not a good colour combination) and clocks that are strictly for decoration
Close to wine bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and the market plus convenient and inexpensive parking just a minute away. Bed was comfortable, and it was nice and quiet and easily accessible

Does the job well I stay here pretty often which speaks for itself but it’s just a stopover so I probably wouldn’t recommend it for visiting Orleans itself. Great breakfast
Clean and comfortable, really good choice for breakfast. Good air conditioning and no noise from road or other rooms despite being full
Great budget hotel for overnight stays en route when driving in France. Great customer service and great French breakfast.
Welcome pause Super convenient with comfy bed and good breakfast
Nice Simple Hotel Nice hotel. only stayed one night but was fine for what we needed. bed was really comfortable. Rooms are very small, but if all you need is a place to sleep then its perfectly fine. would stay again
One of the cheapest motels in the area. Rooms are pretty small and it could be quieter by night (bad isolation). While this is all expected for the cheap price, we still had a good night's rest here

Nice room and very well appointed. Very warm welcome and the boss is very warm. Proposes a map of the city and gives very useful information. Moreover, the hotel is located in the heart of the city center
So we put our vehicle down and we can visit the city on foot
Rooms and bathrooms are not big but perfectly adequate and well thought out. Owner is extremely helpful insisted on helping with luggage and gave great recommendations. Rooms on first floor Location is superb
I did not put the fifth star because of the lack of quality of the finishes of the room. However, the quality of the host by his welcome is worth the detour and wins 4 stars on its own
The rooms are clean and the hotel ideally located for an evening on the town
Traditional French hotel in the heart of Orleans. Kept clean and with everything in working order. The multi jet, hydromassage showers make just getting washed a bit of a technical challenge

4 star staff in a 3 star hotel The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaints i have is that this hotel dosent look or feel like a 4 star hotel
The staff and the service and attention they gave were 4 star but the hotel is maybe a 3 star
Breakfast was quite nice, the orange juice, yogurt and fruits were fine and there is a kettle in the room. The set menu for dinner was ok but what was served differed from what was on the menu we saw which was odd
Everything is at ground level in this hotel but this does mean a long walk to your room and if you were a lone traveller opening a window at night might make you feel uncomfortable
The toilet and bathrooms did not get modernised, other than the basin and good lighting over the mirror, and were clean and functional although the grouting on the floor looked like it had never been cleaned
The hotel has obviously had a face lift and was not unattractive but they really needed to ***** off the artex on the ceilings and walls first as the result is a bit downmarket especially in the rooms

Located just minutes from the city center, the hotel features spacious rooms, a seasonal indoor pool with sona and gym room, a restaurant serving French cuisine, and family-friendly services
Friendly staff. Great pool area. Very good soundproofing. Very close to the center, shops and a lovely walk along the Loire.
The room was clean and nice, a big deep bathtub for soaking and a great view of the city from our balcony. Oh and plenty of books and board games for time relaxing in the room
I loved out stay here and we will be back. It was a little challenging to figure out how to arrive by car, but only because we didn't ask for help from the hotel first
But we mainly were out of the room with all of the wonderful shopping and restaurants nearby. There is everything from fast food to gourmet Italian, or sidewalk cafes
"Meni" is the name of the very sweet lady who had a beautiful breakfast buffet ready with espresso, cheeses, pastries, cereal, crepes, boiled eggs and more
