Very poor experience at check in. Room wasnt ready 2hrs after check in time.

Everything is at ground level in this hotel but this does mean a long walk to your room and if you were a lone traveller opening a window at night might make you feel uncomfortable. Reception was a bit confused at checkin of our group and some rooms were not available which given that we arrived after 3pm was odd. A disorganised chaos on arrival, tried to take payment for a pre-paid stay, and absent bar service. Poor menu for veggies.

All the people wear swimsuits and are barefoot at the reception, I felt almost like being at a beach. Flip flops and shorts at dinner are the usual attire. You are requested to keep the cutlery used for the starter for the main course. It is not acceptable to be decently dressed for dinner among barefoot companies.

4 star staff in a 3 star hotel The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaints i have is that this hotel dosent look or feel like a 4 star hotel. The staff and the service and attention they gave were 4 star but the hotel is maybe a 3 star.

Great Hotel, shame about the guests! The stay at the hotel was good. However there was a coach trip from Germany and some of those guests were very rude which affected our visit. It was a great shame. The hotel staff did a great job in trying to handle them.,

The size and comfort of the bed, the spacious room, the coffee was good, the trolleys, easy to find and park, decent restaurant - easy to get a glass of water, big tv, great shower, nicely decorated.

Lovely stay and goog food in the morning.... The place was clean and kept well..

We had an overnight stay on our way back. Very conveniently located near the A10. Bed was comfortable albeit a bit narrow for two adults of our calibre. Food was excellent, wine list a bit over-priced. Friendly staff, good parking facilities. Will be on our list for future stopovers.

Old dated hotel with some modern decorative updates. No Aircon in the rooms, cleaning staff start early. No hot food available for breakfast. Bed wasn't very comfortable.

Cosy place to be at, the reception office is mobile you need to ask where the office can be located on your arrival.

In remote areas. Room so small. No air conditioning, so hot.

If going out/leaving in the dark. The nearby cross road is a bit confusing. Caution is required.

Ok for price This was just an overnight stay when driving across France. The Hotel was easy to find and has good parking. It is a budget hotel and for the price paid was good enough for that. The room was generally clean and sparsely furnished. It would benefit from bigger and better towels and glasses for drinks.

Typically ibis budget hotel. Was tiny and the shower head was broken. Internet was slow.

The hotel was well positioned for our trip … The outside of the property is tired and in need of an upgrade. But as they say “don’t judge a book by the cover”! The room was good/clean,bed comfy and all laundry fresh . The breakfast was continental but unbelievably good value . We traveled in a high value vehicle and the carpark was gated and secure. Overall a good experience.

Here’s some of the things we like: - close to the freeway - relatively cheap gas station 2 minutes away - enclosed free parking area - good breakfast selection for the price - friendly staff - good beds Only points of critic would be that the rooms have no air conditioning. You do get a ventilator. There’s also no elevator...

It’s just fine. An average small hotel. No AC, but a fan was provided in the room, and the windows opened wide in our room. No elevator, so beware if you have a lot of baggage. Breakfast was good. Something in our room was wet, so there was a wet smell, which is all I can complain about.

Small, pleasant hotel in a commercial area. The nearby tram stop allows you to get to the city center or Aubrais station easily for a very reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and appetizing. We will happily come back.

Besides the shower constantly overflowing, our stay was perfect.

The Urban Jungle is a great hotel near the old city center of Orléans (walking distance). The staff is very nice and helpful and breakfast is perfect. The parking is near, and you can charge your electrical vehicle here for half the costs if you validate your ticket at the hotel

Room was of a good size and very clean as was the bathroom. The location was excellent right in the heart of the city and easy to find. Parking although not part of the hotel was in an underground car park only a few hundred meters away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the walls are very thin and we could hear people talking most of the night. Nevertheless...

Beautiful, sleek, modern updates in an historic building. Very welcoming breakfast room with lots of choices at breakfast. Comfortable, clean room. Excellent central location with walking distance to everything. Helpful, friendly staff.

The hotel is easy to access, quiet and quite well located. The rooms are spacious, unsurprising and clean. Well-stocked breakfast, even quite late. The presence of a welcome tray in the rooms is clearly a plus. However, the parking spaces are very very small and some reception staff are clearly customer-oriented: it is not normal to have to wait 10 minutes for an invoice or to have to wait for deliveries...

Establishment accessible to people with disabilities in wheelchairs. (Parking, 2 PMR bedrooms, access to the restaurant, WC). Warm welcome at Campanile Orléans Source. Smiling, pleasant and attentive staff. Very clean establishment. Well-stocked breakfast and buffet. We have great encounters there. Other very friendly customers from elsewhere. The staff were really nice. We had had a really long drive in the snow and it was great to be welcomed so warmly. Our room was warm and clean. Dinner was excellent, as was breakfast. The location is nice, other hotels in Orleans are on an industrial estate but this is in a wooded area. We would recommend this hotel.

No designated guests parking for this hotel. We have to drag along our luggage from an underground public parking to the hotel. Also, parking fee is not included for staying in this hotel. Breakfast is wonderful.

This is a hotel with notions. It describes itself as a boutique hotel, but in practice that seems to mean a weird colour scheme (dark blue and green are not a good colour combination) and clocks that are strictly for decoration. There is no bar or restaurant or the sort of facilities you'd expect in a good hotel and the carry on with needing a code to open the front door after ten was more like a...

Staff very kind. The fact that there was no AC made our stay not ideal. At least a fan could help. A little bit expensive for not having ac. The bathroom floor was broken almost cutted myself.

Good location Quite basic but quite ok place for stay in Orleans. Location was excellent near city centre, not the cleanest or newest interior but worth a visit in terms of easyness and worth for money. Did not test breakfast, area seemed a bit small for that. No major complaints however.

Spacious room, comfortable bed and helpful personable staff. The perfect place to stay for a night or two in Orleans. Close to wine bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and the market plus convenient and inexpensive parking just a minute away. Bed was comfortable, and it was nice and quiet and easily accessible.
