Despite of we arrived very late because the rain and traffic jam, there were an staff member waiting for us at the reception. The hotel is clean and safe. The breakfast was included with a variety of food and nice quality. The pool is open from 9 am, its a seasonal pool, but we enjoy it before our depart. The late check in at 12m its optimal for families. We had chance of enjoy the hotel amenities...
The size and comfort of the bed, the spacious room, the coffee was good, the trolleys, easy to find and park, decent restaurant - easy to get a glass of water, big tv, great shower, nicely decorated.
Lovely stay and goog food in the morning....
The place was clean and kept well..
We had an overnight stay on our way back. Very conveniently located near the A10. Bed was comfortable albeit a bit narrow for two adults of our calibre. Food was excellent, wine list a bit over-priced. Friendly staff, good parking facilities. Will be on our list for future stopovers.
Old dated hotel with some modern decorative updates. No Aircon in the rooms, cleaning staff start early. No hot food available for breakfast. Bed wasn't very comfortable.
Cosy place to be at, the reception office is mobile you need to ask where the office can be located on your arrival.

Very comfortable room, spacious and well appointed. ♿ Access to the hotel and room was very easy. The hotel is well placed, overlooking the river and in easy walking distance from the city centre along good pavements, via the quai and Royal Arcade (following directions from the very helpful front desk staff). There is also a good restaurant in the hotel. Recommended!
The food was very over-priced and of poor quality.
The room was way too hot and paying so much for a 4-star hotel room, having paper cups is not acceptable. The exterior of the hotel looks very shabby, the lack of a sensible location as it is very difficult to navigate to just added to the gaggravation. The staff were pleasant and some helpful but it is all over-priced for what you got. The eV chargepoints...
Great stay for a couple with 2 dogs, enjoying a balcony overlooking the river. Excellent evening meal, and good breakfast after morning session in the gym. Wonderful staff everywhere.
Good place to stop en route back to Calais. Family friendly.
I strongly recommend this hotel , room are spacious , great view on the river and the city. It is one of the best hotel in the city center . I look forward coming back asap. Eric Gallula Perez
We stayed on the 1st floor in a family room (111) that hasn't been refurbished yet. Room was spotless though slightly tired. Our room was technically over the reception so didn't encounter any road noise.
Hotel is a 10minute ish walk into the city centre - a lovely walk along the river.
We stayed with our two children and dog. Room was perfect and the kids liked the dip in the pool. Main reception...

Convenient stopover
Excellent situation.
An excellent location for an overnight stay on our way south
Just wow! Great hotel if you're visiting the amazing city of Orléans!
Perfect location for a two day stay. Arrived on a Sunday and evident brunch and lunch service popular, with al fresco seating in the sunshine. Convenient multi storey parking within metres and a useful drop off spot to unload luggage. Staff always on hand and happy to help.
Excellence
Superb location for centre of town and convenient for motorway A10. The spa was excellent and took advantage of the sauna
A lovely hotel. Fantastic location. Guest focused service. Luxurious room and bath, with a wonderful river view. Breakfast offerings were expansive, diverse, and delicious. Did not have the opportunity to take advantage of the spa. Brigitte is a gracious and delightful host. Oh, and very dog friendly.

The room was narrow but usually standard in France but it was clean and steady the location is great near all transportation 10 minutes walking. All staff members are very welcoming and helpful anytime. Next time I will go there for sure....
Essential, close to the centre. Rooms and toilet very small but for 1 person is fine
Friendly service and good facilities
The hotel is in a good location and convenient for travel. The reservation was also smooth. There were changes in the itinerary before the trip, and one room was cancelled. There was no extra charge and it was resolved quickly. Good, recommended.
Pleasant staff. Room a little disappointing especially the small bathroom with rusty parts. For the price it's a bit of a shame.
Staff was fantastic!!! Even in the holiday season they had high energy and willingness to let us know what we could do around the city and how to get to the tourist spots. Each front desk receptionist was extra friendly and always ready to have a quick chat!! You will find clean and appropriate size rooms and enjoy the tranquility of a very charming town. We arrived late. There is no restaurant in the hotel, thus we dined in the restaurant of a neighbouring hotel. Returning to our hotel we would have liked to have a drink at the bar, but it had been already closed at 9 pm.
The hotel is an easy drive from the motorway with parking at the rear. The rooms are spacious and clean with a huge bed! Our room overlooked the Loire river. It is a short walk into the centre of the city with great restaurants, cafes and bars. Friendly and helpful service. A good breakfast buffet with hot and cold offerings.
This is a great hotel for a stay in Orleans or as a stop over to break...
The location, overlooking the Loire, is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, and we enjoyed the outdoor view of the river. The breakfast was satisfactory in terms of quality and variety. The welcome and service were very friendly.
Perfect place for pit stop. Very clean, friendly staff and easy parking. And a super comfortable bed! It will be our first choice for trips down to SW France from now on.
Was very a nice hotel would book again just not very central for the sites
Pleasant hotel near restaurants and bars

A lovely hotel, perfect for our stop over as we travelled across France. A short walk into the main town.
Lovely 1 night stay. We had a family room. Beds super comfy. Bathroom lovely. Very clean and well serviced.
Breakfast was excellent (cheese croissants. Also yogurt and fruit) and well priced (11€ per adult. I’ve definitely paid double that for way lower standard).
Nice big room and bathroom. Secure bicycle room. Very good breakfast.
Great hotel conveniently located.
Great hotel conveniently located.
It was for one night stay, it was not expensive place that’s positive point, it was clean but it is old place
A worrying nights stay
The hotel was clean and the check in and room were both good. Thé problem was we were told that we were the only guests in the 33 room hotel over 4 floors and the hotel would be locked at 11pm. Normally this wouldn’t have been a problem but we were informed there was no night duty staff. As we were on the second floor and being the only residents in such a large building was...

ibis Orléans Centre Gare
Orleans, 17 Avenue De Paris 🧭 Map
This property is directly across the road from the central Orleans train station and a 10 minute walk from the old city centre. In short, its location for a tourist is excellent. The hotel is good 3 to 4 star standard - clean, comfortable, good bed and bathroom, and reasonably priced. Rooms are small (by our Australian standards, at least) and there is a shortage of clothes storage and hanging space...
I stayed here for 2 nights as it was a convenient place to explore the city and also squeeze in a Paris day trip without the huge prices for many Paris hotels. Being right opposite the station and trains take just over an hour from Paris then fair enough! The hotel was not very exceptional in any way, just a very average Ibis although the breakfast was not bad at all. It wasn't cheap and maybe if I...
I arrived at about 7pm, and was kept waiting in an otherwise empty reception for three or four minutes waiting to be attended. I could see someone sitting at a computer in the office, facing in my direction, but he was really dressed in his casual home attire, not dressed for work, so I assumed he wasn't working on the reception desk. However, after three or four minutes of him watching the computer...
Rooms are not very spacious. Very hot in the rooms, airconditioning not working. Breakfast was not OK at all. Due to covid-19 measurements, there is no buffet. You need to fill in a document what you would like for breakfast. It is then set up on a table in the morning per room number. Our order was wrong, some things were missing. When I requested what I ordered, at first the breakfast lady was very...

very nice and classic Hotel in the very center of Orleans. Nice and well equiped room and good service. to reach the Hotel by car You have to enter the pedestrian area and pass a check point... A great feature is the historic elevator in the stairway!
Hot No air conditioning, the room is very small. Convenient but not quiet
GREAT STAY YET AGAIN!
Our fourth stop here. Gets better everytime. The staff on reception are very friendly and welcoming and also remembered us 😀 Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel is excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Stay
There was a smell of sewage in my room and all round the hotel breakfast was ok
Everything was great except for a very strong and constant drains smell - from the reception downstairs to our bathroom. A real pity as this hotel deserves much more .
Adequate

Orleans, 18 bis rue des Montées 🧭 Map
Its a fine experience, the rooms were clean enough. But it did live up to its 2 star name with a few bugs in our room, and hair on the shower head. And just the breakfast room and vending machines for food and drink. Which was to be expected. Our little one enjoyed the bunk bed above our bed however!
Second time staying at the same place. This time was a bit warm with no fans or aircon.
And an adjustable angle showerhead would have been great.
Apart from that, good place to stop over.
A very good budget hotel. Typical of Ibis quality and despite being very economic in cost, the room was nice. Comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. There was ample parking and vending machines for any snacks that you may want. The Wi-Fi was good and stable and free and it was a short walk to the tram station with direct services into the centre every 10 minutes. The hotel was very well...
In remote areas. Room so small. No air conditioning, so hot.
I always use Ibis budget, but there are some small differences. Compared to others like Clermont Ferrand this is a little more "budget". No airco, shower when holding shower head up your self, very small cabin, the sink in the bedroom itself. Only 2 half toilet rolls. Generic pictures on website over promise on the actual state a bit. The beds are decent, clean, wifi tiptop and a tv you can't get any...
Clean room, friendly staff and good rate.
The only issue is the shower is difficult to use, when shower is at their position, water goes directly to the shower door, dropping the water outside of the shower cabinet, then you must hold the shower "handler" all the time in your hand if you wont flooding your bedroom.
All the other things are very good, only a bit far distance from motorway (in my case...

Quirky Hotel in a Great Location
Quirky hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Rooms comfortable with plenty of space. Hotel closed to station and city centre. Would stay here again
A well located hotel near the old town
Pretty decent hotel for a short stay (ours was just one night). Very well located for both the old town and the railway station (both of which maybe 250-300m away). Thus ideal for a short break.
The downside of our room was the 4-5 flights of steps to it in the loft, though we were warned about this a good 3 weeks prior to out stay. There are no lifts that...
Really nice hotel, beautiful old style but very clean and tasteful. Really nice breakfast and location is top.
Charming! with pros and cons
This is the most charming boutique hotel. The location is excellent! The room was spacious enough however I do not care for automatic lights going on in the bathroom. I like to control the lights myself, and not be blinded. The big con is that there is no lift so be prepared to carry your suitcases up the classic narrow staircase. Nice breakfast. Parking is difficult...

The Urban Jungle is a great hotel near the old city center of Orléans (walking distance). The staff is very nice and helpful and breakfast is perfect. The parking is near, and you can charge your electrical vehicle here for half the costs if you validate your ticket at the hotel
Room was of a good size and very clean as was the bathroom. The location was excellent right in the heart of the city and easy to find. Parking although not part of the hotel was in an underground car park only a few hundred meters away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the walls are very thin and we could hear people talking most of the night. Nevertheless...
Beautiful, sleek, modern updates in an historic building. Very welcoming breakfast room with lots of choices at breakfast. Comfortable, clean room. Excellent central location with walking distance to everything. Helpful, friendly staff.

The hotel was well positioned for our trip … The outside of the property is tired and in need of an upgrade.
But as they say “don’t judge a book by the cover”! The room was good/clean,bed comfy and all laundry fresh .
The breakfast was continental but unbelievably good value .
We traveled in a high value vehicle and the carpark was gated and secure.
Overall a good experience.
Very reasonable hotel, good for an overnight stay on the way to the south of France. Comfortable bed (although would have liked more pillows), good shower, lots of choice for breakfast.
Still our go-to etappe hotel for 3 years already now. It’s simple but functional. Here’s some of the things we like:
- close to the freeway
- relatively cheap gas station 2 minutes away
- enclosed free parking area
- good breakfast selection for the price
- friendly staff
- good beds
Only points of critic would be that the rooms have no air conditioning. You do get a ventilator. There’s also no elevator...
It’s just fine. An average small hotel. No AC, but a fan was provided in the room, and the windows opened wide in our room. No elevator, so beware if you have a lot of baggage. Breakfast was good. Something in our room was wet, so there was a wet smell, which is all I can complain about.
Small, pleasant hotel in a commercial area. The nearby tram stop allows you to get to the city center or Aubrais station easily for a very reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and appetizing. We will happily come back.
Change of hotel, cause problems,

Jackotel Orleans
Orleans, 18 Cloitre Saint Aignan 🧭 Map
The Jackotel is very conveniently situated on the edge of the old town which has a full range of excellent restaurants and a great buzz. The hotel is wonderfully quirky, changing little from the ‘70s I’d imagine but the rooms and bathrooms have been upgraded and it’s spotlessly clean. Parking in the courtyard is a massive plus
The hotel is perfectly placed to explore Orléans, there is a place to park your car and it is located in a nice part of town near a church and boule court. The hotel was VERY basic and rather dated but did the trick for a 1 night stop over. We had a room for the 3 of us. The bed was reasonably comfortable. It was clean but needs a serious refresh of its decor. A shower curtain would have been a great...
Really like this place. Welcoming. Basic but v clean which made all the difference. Great location. Has a no nonsense charm about the place and the staff are just lovely. Breakfast was great - lovely fresh croissants and bread, cereals, jams, yoghurt.
A really good place to stay in Orleans for tourism. Price is really good, but location is old-fashioned. But what I really like is: Beds and room are very clean, you get free parking and it is only 300m from Cathedral and old town. The river Loire is maybe 3 minutes to walk. The stuff is ok. Breakfast nothing special, but for 7€ it is ok. The Hotel is quiete, but of course busy due to price🙂. It would...
This hotel has a great location in the historical centre of Orléans, just a minute away from the Bords de Loire and not very far from the Cathedral.
While the room was simple and had an older decor, it was spacious enough, comfortable, and spotless.
Ample storage space was provided in the form of a wardrobe with a sliding door that doubled as a mirror at the entrance of the room, just after the door...

Very small room with old furniture. Only 1 simpel chair. Bathroom very small and looked not really fresh in te shower. (kitnaden zwart )
+++ 5 minutes from the old city.
When as a family for a 1 night stay over ,lots of stairs as no lift, family room had a beam across the floor major trip hazard as we found out ,poor lighting in the room ,breakfast not worth 10.90 ,close to city center.
Great find
For the competitive price, the room and overall hotel exceeds all the attributes expected. The one low point is when getting in after the checkin desk, ventilation should be improved to prevent smell of food, which is a minor point.
It is strategically located within 8 minutes from the train station and mall.
It is a small hotel along a major road and well located for visiting the city center. Double glazing is very efficient. The style is minimalist but it has everything you need. Breakfast is a bit limited but good. A good point for the welcome from the receptionist who did everything he could to help us. He even brought our bike bags up to the rooms. Hats off, we don't often get this type of attention...
Very pleasant staff and good advice, clean, spacious, air-conditioned room, close to the center and the train station... Downsides on the equipment: no kettle/fridge/dinner option or coffee machine in the common areas and in the rooms, no elevator (difficult to go up when you are pregnant in hot weather...), traces of burns (?) on the towels, low water flow in the shower.
Clean, well-run hotel right near the center of town. Cheerful welcome by the staff, who handled our 3 bicycles with care. Room was a bit small but worked out great. Recommended!

Alex on reception was amazing, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and we had booked parking which was across the narrow road the hotel was located on and was secure.
Very compact hotel but very friendly and approachable staff, made to feel very welcome. Parking was in a garage opposite the hotel, but unfortunately road works made it lot harder to get in and out of the garage. No the fault of the hotel

No designated guests parking for this hotel. We have to drag along our luggage from an underground public parking to the hotel. Also, parking fee is not included for staying in this hotel.
Breakfast is wonderful.
This is a hotel with notions. It describes itself as a boutique hotel, but in practice that seems to mean a weird colour scheme (dark blue and green are not a good colour combination) and clocks that are strictly for decoration.

Staff very kind. The fact that there was no AC made our stay not ideal. At least a fan could help. A little bit expensive for not having ac. The bathroom floor was broken almost cutted myself.
Good location
Quite basic but quite ok place for stay in Orleans. Location was excellent near city centre, not the cleanest or newest interior but worth a visit in terms of easyness and worth for money. Did not test breakfast, area seemed a bit small for that. No major complaints however.

Small independent hotel. Nice room and very well appointed.
Very warm welcome and the boss is very warm. Proposes a map of the city and gives very useful information.
Moreover, the hotel is located in the heart of the city center.
So we put our vehicle down and we can visit the city on foot.
I did not put the fifth star because of the lack of quality of the finishes of the room. However, the quality of the host by his welcome is worth the detour and wins 4 stars on its own. The rooms are clean and the hotel ideally located for an evening on the town.
Perfect night!
Traditional French hotel in the heart of Orleans. Kept clean and with everything in working order.
The multi jet, hydromassage showers make just getting washed a bit of a technical challenge.
The owner is nice, chatty, but no staff are on the premises overnight.
Rooms and bathrooms are not big but perfectly adequate and well thought out. No air con. Owner is extremely helpful insisted on helping with luggage and gave great recommendations. Rooms on first floor Location is superb. It's very French/quirky.
