The size and comfort of the bed, the spacious room, the coffee was good, the trolleys, easy to find and park, decent restaurant - easy to get a glass of water, big tv, great shower, nicely decorated.
Lovely stay and goog food in the morning.... The place was clean and kept well..
We had an overnight stay on our way back. Very conveniently located near the A10. Bed was comfortable albeit a bit narrow for two adults of our calibre. Food was excellent, wine list a bit over-priced. Friendly staff, good parking facilities. Will be on our list for future stopovers.
Old dated hotel with some modern decorative updates. No Aircon in the rooms, cleaning staff start early. No hot food available for breakfast. Bed wasn't very comfortable.
Cosy place to be at, the reception office is mobile you need to ask where the office can be located on your arrival.
Great vacation! Vegetable garden, chicken coop, beehives! Great decor, quiet hotel! I recommend

Very comfortable room, spacious and well appointed. ♿ Access to the hotel and room was very easy. The hotel is well placed, overlooking the river and in easy walking distance from the city centre along good pavements, via the quai and Royal Arcade (following directions from the very helpful front desk staff). There is also a good restaurant in the hotel. Recommended!
The food was very over-priced and of poor quality. The room was way too hot and paying so much for a 4-star hotel room, having paper cups is not acceptable. The exterior of the hotel looks very shabby, the lack of a sensible location as it is very difficult to navigate to just added to the gaggravation. The staff were pleasant and some helpful but it is all over-priced for what you got. The eV chargepoints...
Great stay for a couple with 2 dogs, enjoying a balcony overlooking the river. Excellent evening meal, and good breakfast after morning session in the gym. Wonderful staff everywhere.
Good place to stop en route back to Calais. Family friendly.
I strongly recommend this hotel , room are spacious , great view on the river and the city. It is one of the best hotel in the city center . I look forward coming back asap. Eric Gallula Perez
We stayed on the 1st floor in a family room (111) that hasn't been refurbished yet. Room was spotless though slightly tired. Our room was technically over the reception so didn't encounter any road noise. Hotel is a 10minute ish walk into the city centre - a lovely walk along the river. We stayed with our two children and dog. Room was perfect and the kids liked the dip in the pool. Main reception...

Just wow! Great hotel if you're visiting the amazing city of Orléans!
Perfect location for a two day stay. Arrived on a Sunday and evident brunch and lunch service popular, with al fresco seating in the sunshine. Convenient multi storey parking within metres and a useful drop off spot to unload luggage. Staff always on hand and happy to help.
A lovely hotel. Fantastic location. Guest focused service. Luxurious room and bath, with a wonderful river view. Breakfast offerings were expansive, diverse, and delicious. Did not have the opportunity to take advantage of the spa. Brigitte is a gracious and delightful host. Oh, and very dog friendly.
this hotel is located perfect to get around the city right on the river. some of the rooms have view of the river It was actually built in the early 1400s which makes it historical ibeen re-renovated again in 2014. 30 rooms and three suites 11 our room was small We had a standard room. They have larger rooms. I’m sure .Very artist decorated the bathroom had no door on it so that was a little...
Stayed here during my bike trip along the Loire valley. Loved my stay. Very friendly and helpful concierge, amazing buffet. You get nice views of the river if you stay in a river facing room. Highly recommended!
Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Would love to come back.

For the price we paid it was an exceptional hotel. The bed was large, the bathroom was nice - big shower with good water pressure. The location is great - near the train station and a short walk to the sights. The outstanding thing about this hotel is the staff - most notably Victoria (spelling) who greeted us, called the restaurant where we had booked dinner to let them know we were running late....
staff was very considerate and welcoming. the bed and bedsheets and the shower, all amazing. we slept so good.
well so so. room clean cool and comforable. nigjt porter very helpfull and friendly. Desk operator Sunday knowledgable. but the deskoperator Saterday afternoon evening needs more education on how to get to the hotel to offliad luggage. how to get to the parking etc. after 10 hours driving in the heart this wad not helpfull to say the least.
Very pleasant stay, beautiful hotel with a stunning antique lift. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and breakfast was great. The bathroom was tiny but decorated in a way that made it work very well despite the size. Wi-Fi is terribly slow, but it’s there and it’s free. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and so was the breakfast lady.
Les chambres sont petites pour deux personnes, les toilettes sont minuscules, la salle de bain est correcte.
Great location near the station, a traditional hotel meaning that rooms are rather small and dated. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very reasonable hotel, good for an overnight stay on the way to the south of France. Comfortable bed (although would have liked more pillows), good shower, lots of choice for breakfast.
Still our go-to etappe hotel for 3 years already now. It’s simple but functional. Here’s some of the things we like: - close to the freeway - relatively cheap gas station 2 minutes away - enclosed free parking area - good breakfast selection for the price - friendly staff - good beds Only points of critic would be that the rooms have no air conditioning. You do get a ventilator. There’s also no elevator...
It’s just fine. An average small hotel. No AC, but a fan was provided in the room, and the windows opened wide in our room. No elevator, so beware if you have a lot of baggage. Breakfast was good. Something in our room was wet, so there was a wet smell, which is all I can complain about.
Small, pleasant hotel in a commercial area. The nearby tram stop allows you to get to the city center or Aubrais station easily for a very reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and appetizing. We will happily come back.
rather surprised at the end result. very good welcome or service during the stay very varied and good breakfast The small negative point is in the room...no heating in the bathroom and very small pillows and no other additional pillow when you want to lean on them lying in bed. FYI, only 1.8km from the zenith...you can therefore go there on foot without any problem...
The PRM room has 4 beds (1 double bed and 2 twin beds). This makes it difficult to move around in a wheelchair. The hotel has 2 PMR rooms. In one bedroom the double bed is difficult to access. In the other, access to beds is impossible. We therefore opted for the first. Second problem: the height of the bed makes the chair-to-bed transfer very difficult. But the staff found us a thinner mattress but...

I booked a room for a one night stay and I was not disappointed. Nice room, good service (and breakfast) and the hotel is fairly close to the city center (only a 15 minute walk). Would gladly come again.
Lovely little hotel with comfortable rooms, catering for cycling tourists with a locked cycle room. Adequate breakfast within easy reach of the centre of town. Street parking.
Thank you for the amazing stay at Hôtel Des Cèdres, Orléans. I would like to highlight the high-quality services provided throughout my stay, especially the room. The warm welcome and the professionalism of the team are both one of a kind ! See you again soon ! Cheers !
Its ok, but nothing fancy. Price - quality wise dissapointing. The bathroom was horrid, couldnt stand up, roll toilet paper was found on the floor and no airco. Ceiling was made of a sort sheet? Really weird, otherwise the room was fine. Left with mixed feelings.
While not right in the action, it is a 15 minute walk to the City Center. The best thing about this hotel is that it has a nice courtyard to enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine. After walking to the main square for dinner, we hung out in the yard with a bottle of wine. Rooms were clean enough and the bathroom was pretty spacious.
Good experience, only breakfast expensive

Personal muy amable y atento. Hotel céntrico y con facilidades para aparcar.
Room was of a good size and very clean as was the bathroom. The location was excellent right in the heart of the city and easy to find. Parking although not part of the hotel was in an underground car park only a few hundred meters away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the walls are very thin and we could hear people talking most of the night. Nevertheless...
Beautiful, sleek, modern updates in an historic building. Very welcoming breakfast room with lots of choices at breakfast. Comfortable, clean room. Excellent central location with walking distance to everything. Helpful, friendly staff.
Uitstekende service van beide het meisje bij receptie en de cleaning vrouwen.
Very warm welcome but strange smell in the hotel (diffuser?). Our room deserved a little refreshment and above all more ventilation between guests (strong smell of perspiration present or still choice of diffuser to review?). On the other hand, good breakfast and good location. Quiet hotel, parking nearby and reimbursement of half of the ticket by the hotel. It is true that for the price I was going...

Stopped here for one night on route to Spain from the UK. Cosy comfy room and lovely meal at the restaraunt within the hotel, served by pleasent welcoming staff. Good varied menu, something for everyone and at reasonable prices, all washed down with local wine! Good dog walking area to the rear of the hotel in a wood. All in all, very enjoyable.
Good clean hotel stayed for one night passing trough on my motorcycle. Biker friendly place.
The stay was good, until I got home and found they had taken more mo way out of my account than what is should have been and we had already paid . I tried to contact twice with not good response . I have to go through booking .con to try and sort it. So this has really soured my opinion of the place. Won’t be using again.
Good, clean accommodation. Good food, friendly staff.
Nice rooms, easy access, very friendly people and impeccable service.

Staff was fantastic!!! Even in the holiday season they had high energy and willingness to let us know what we could do around the city and how to get to the tourist spots. Each front desk receptionist was extra friendly and always ready to have a quick chat!! You will find clean and appropriate size rooms and enjoy the tranquility of a very charming town. You are 10 min walking distance to the city...
Good hotel for a few nights. Tiny rooms but sufficient for the price. Everything is squeaky clean! Staff is friendly and breakfast is really good for such a small hotel!!
Fair price, ~15 min. walking distance from the center, bed is good. Bathroom is extremely small, water temp of the shower fluctuates. Some old stains and signs of ageing in the (bath)room.
Close to city centre, and clean. A bit aged but the beds were still comfortable. Good breakfast
Room 323 smelt of drains despite airing. Staff at reception are nice, but a little too hasty to get things done without asking how or when you would like what you're asking for. The hotel is overall clean and pleasantly decorated.

Good hotel, good location. Reception staff were not good on arrival, but all else was fine. Good parking.
Price is a bit high for the quality, but is very close to the train station, walking distance to the city center. The room was ok but small. The service was not very polite, asking questions seemed to bother them. The price was tricky as the booking had a different amount and there are extra costs (you realize you have to pay the parking only in the exit).
Nice hotel near the city centre.
Great place to stay. Comfortable and clean room. Very kind & professional staff.
Clean good service lovely beds wi fi parking dog friendly
Slight better than usual Ibis hotel located very close to the main train station and an easy walk to the town centre and the river. Recommended for an overnight stay before an early train. The professianism and friendliness of staff varies from excellent to disappointing.

Lovely room overlooking the Loire river, bed was super comfy. Close to main town for restaurants as hotel as no restaurant for the evening. Breakfast was simple, but adequate, would stay again coming from Calais to Bergerac.
Very good hotel...free parking...10/15 walk to city centre...nice riverside walk .. room clean tidy and comfortable
Nice Hotel with good, clean rooms and near the inner city. The breakfast is good, but with a full Hotel the buffet is empty a lot and all the seats are taken.
We booked this hotel as a stopover en-route back to the UK from our trip in southern France. It was just what we needed for a comfortable night - clean rooms, reasonably priced, convenient location, secure parking that could accommodate larger vehicles with a roof box and friendly staff.
Lovely hotel close to amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good parking on site.

We were very well received by a young woman who was very friendly, but the room was a bit dated and the cleanliness was not very good. There was a smell of vacuum cleaner dust in our room...and in this heat we opened our window but it was impossible to sleep with the surrounding noise of the tram and people shouting until very late in the evening. The breakfast was passable. I would not recommend this...
Correct a little old-fashioned
Hotel close to the train station and right in the city center. I recommend it.
I loved out stay here and we will be back. It was a little challenging to figure out how to arrive by car, but only because we didn't ask for help from the hotel first. "Gorge" was very friendly and understanding of our lack of French language skills. He explained parking to us and came up to get the tv going for us. But we mainly were out of the room with all of the wonderful shopping and restaurants...
Simple, clean, next to the city center train station, close to the supermarket, very convenient
My room (414) had a awful smell (Floor looked like something happened there), had to sleep with the window open. Hotel has a microwave you can use to heat up something.

We went there for a breakfast, very reasonable prices. Beautifully decorated, quite, and the have a great rooftop on the 4th floor (no elevator) but it totally worth. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Very pleasant moment.
Wonderful hotel, managed beautifully by the same family ever since becoming a hotel in 1903. The hotel represents everything joyous and wonderful about France: Great elegance and aesthetic taste; joie de vivre; scrumptuous, refined breakfast. Very clean, very comfortable beds, luxurious bathroom. Very friendly staff, great atmosphere.
The hotel let us cancel last minute for free because the area had turned amber/orange due to corona. We were very thankful for the flexibility and hope to visit the hotel in the future.
A very lovely, independent hotel (one family running it since 1912) full of character and individuality. Such a refreshing change from chain hotels. Very clean, tastefully decorated and lovely staff. Even the floor of the bathroom stays dry when you shower!
What a stunning hotel, just perfect. The staff were wonderful, the room was stunning, the decor of the hotel is beautiful. Very comfortable bed, excellent rain shower, and the location was perfect as we were 24 hour tourists! 😃 The best part was - the roof garden, what a treat, we drank Champagne!
a charming hotel with a very good situation in the Orléans's center. I recommand it strongly

The shower had half of a door that let water spray all over the bathroom. The jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise. The ceiling paint was peeling badly in the bedroom. The heating and AC were perfect. The breakfast was simple. The front desk staff were mostly friendly but our last morning had an older man who didn't seem to be engaged with the customer. He may have been the manager but he shouldn't be working...
Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good. The room was fine for one night and seemed to be well sound-proofed; we couldn't hear anyone's TV. Secure parking on offer - useful if returning from a "Maison secondaire" with a boot full of belongings (and the wine quota).
Staff was really friendly and willing to help. We brought car and they helped us with everything we asked. The room seemed small and didn’t have a lot of amenities (shampoo, conditioner, etc). The breakfast buffet has the normal continental breakfast options and is decent for the price. Locations is perfect!!! Couple of minutes walking to the cathedral and with plenty of dinning options around it.
I was able to spend a night at this fantastic hotel. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room (Superior) was clean and comfortable. The shower spacious and modern. It was a very quiet room and as the bed was very comfortable I was able to have a good nights sleep. As it was my birthday I was welcomed with even a personal note on the bed. English: Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The room on the third floor (which accommodate 2 adults and 2 children in bunk beds) was a bit tight on space but very comfortable nonetheless. The bathroom was spacious, with a jacuzzi bubble bath and a walk-in shower. The continental breakfast (currently in-room due to Covid) was delicious.
