A clean, well air conditioned, comfortable room quite near the train station. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and was plentiful. Granted, this is a chain hotel, but after a long day of traveling in the heat, the creature comforts and kind service were much appreciated.

Good modern hotel in the centre of Rennes. Spacious clean rooms, air conditioning, swimming pool, comfortable beds. 3 mins walk from the De Gaulle metro station. On the negative side: rooms facing the Main Street (cafes and restaurants) may become noisy in the evening, especially on Fridays. But considering the overall standard in Rennes, I think this is one of the best hotels you can find here.

First time staying there, it was a great experience. Hotel is nice, spa is little but enjoyable nonetheless. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and clean. Lots if good restaurants and stores nearby. Really enjoyed my experience there.

The location is quite convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions if you are ready to walk ten to fifteen minutes.
Service: 1-3/5
Service quality varied significantly. The welcome desk staff were friendly but could benefit from being more proactive. Unfortunately, the bar staff were absent when we were there, and many tables were left dirty. Additionally, there were seemingly outdated Orangina bottles on the back counter of the bar, which created a somewhat unkempt impression.
Room: 2/5
The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. However, the climate control was challenging to manage, with the lower floor being too cold and the upper floor uncomfortably warm and too warm to sleep well. The shower door also had issues, as it did not close properly and was difficult to open. On a positive note, the cleaning service was efficient and thorough.
Breakfast: 3/5
Breakfast was functional but lacking in finesse, particularly concerning the coffee, which could use improvement.
Pool: 3/5
The pool area was nice and well-maintained, but several features were out of order. It also became quite crowded quickly, which detracted from the overall experience.

We dined in the hotel after we checked in and Zou looked after us so well. She was so incredibly busy but she didn’t stop smiling and was so lovely to us while we dined. What a great member of the team - the hotel is lucky to have her.

Location of this hotel is amazing because we are 1 block from the train station and bus station and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. The old shopping district is also within walking distance and such a wonderful experience. The hotel itself has well appointed modern rooms that lend themselves to longer stays. Very comfortable indeed. The lovely breakfast caters to every taste and the staff are very obliging in every way! A big shout out to Alicia at the front desk! I would definitely come back to this hotel without hesitation!

Nice hotel. Great and cozy rooms. Good atmosphere… over all staff is trained and very polite. Hotel is not overly luxurious but it’s a comfortable nice place.

I picked this for the proximity to the train station. We had a long day of traveling and I wanted something nearby. It caters to business professionals so it is clean, safe, and modern. I booked a month in advance. They didn’t seem to be too busy, so perhaps booking closer to your stay might be a cheaper way to go than €179 per night we paid.

The location is fantastic! Just a few walk from the train station and there are lots of shops and restaurants around.

Not a bad place to stay, though the rooms are rather dated, with aspects of disrepair. The beds were very comfortable, and the showers of good quality though, with a nice little complementary mini bar of soft drinks. The parking was quite hard to get into, and we were lucky to get a space, due the very limited amount of spaces. There were only three spaces left underground (nothing above ground) when we arrived approximately 5pm, once we’d worked out the one-way block system of Rennes. The continental breakfast was very tasty, with lots of choice, which was very appealing. Thank you!
