To be true, I think that Baden Baden or Evian Les Bains were better casinos just because the infrastructure was a bit more to my taste. It was a decent experience over all. I enjoyed the Blackjack dealer Sacha.

A beautiful hotel with a great SPA! Everything was perfect. The only downside: it's a bit far from the village center, but we're in the peace and quiet. We loved the area and ate very well. Thank you for the great welcome, we have great memories of our vacation in Alsace!

everything was very nice but there were also small problems. the check out is too early at 10 o'clock. at the same time in the morning of 20.12 you could hear lawn mowers or trees until 12 o'clock. otherwise everything is perfect, thank you. And the most important thing you dont have gym..

Perfect stay We had a perfect vacation! From the friendly welcome, to the spacious and beautifully equipped room and the amazing spa. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was also excellent!

Greatly located. A beautiful gem very conveniently located, on a busy yet charming street with great choices of restaurants, boulangeries, boutiques…etc. It’s a family owned beautiful hotel with 37 rooms. We stayed two nights there.

Efficient hotel with spa but g no wellness feeling The hotel in just in the pedestrian zone so very central but be prepared to carry your luggage the last 50 - 100m and up the stairs if you stay in the suites. Very well located at the entrance to Ribeauville. No private parking. Nice wellness area: Sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and small pool. Small room. No refrigerator. Great breakfast. Wide selection and quality products.

Spa was great . Breakfast too expensive. A lot of humidity in room and A/C not working properly. Some clean is also necessary outside the rooms to reduce spiders.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, great spa / pool area

We had a fantastic 4 night stay and the whole team at Clos Saint Vincent were wonderful. It was a great base to explore the wine route and it was the perfect escape to come home to at the end of each day, can highly recommend the in house restaurant as well. We were extremely sad to leave.

We have stayed repeatedly over many years and it is always a very pleasant and happy experience .We always receive a very warm welcome from David the atmosphere is very relaxing as is the view at all points of the compass of the vineyards as far as the eye can see. An excellent hotel and spa set in the hills above Ribeauvillé. Fantastic views, especially in rooms on the top floor. The hotel also has Tesla destination charging which is very convienient if travelling by a Tesla. I would recommend it for anybody looking to stay in the area.

This is a wonderful hotel on a hillside in the middle of a vineyard. The staff team are truly delightful and everything runs with calm efficiency. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are very knowledgeable about activities to do in the area. The food in the restaurant is of a very high standard and accompanied by the local wines. The rooms are spacious and furnished in French country house...

Stayed here for three days about a week ago. Beautifully kept grounds, nice friendly staff and clean rooms. The room was clean and spacious, beautiful view in the pic below. Balcony with table made for excellent viewing of the Alsace valley. The only downside was the wifi..... Probably cause we were at the end of the building did the signal not reach. Right, who needs wifi when your on holiday...

The hotel provides everything you need. ideal for bicycling in the area. Free parking, close to the city center (10 minutes to walk)

We discovered the Menestrel some 10 (or more) years ago. We went there each year for the Easter Period (not during the covid period of course) and this year also and hope to be able to do so the next year(s)... The personal is always very helpful and very kind in order to make the stay as fine as possible. Everything is perfect at our eyes...

This hotel is excellent, very friendly, close to the village with a great parkinplace away from the street. We enjoyed our stay of 4 days very much and would like to come back a other time. We recommend this hotel!

We booked two deluxe double rooms. One was acceptable, a standard deluxe room, but the other was very disappointing. After we raised our concerns, we were moved to a different room. Although it was slightly better, it was still far from satisfactory: the sink wouldn't drain properly, which was quite inconvenient, and the entire bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and the bathroom was spacious and convenient for a shower. There's also ample parking nearby, making it a great choice for those driving.

Lovely room on the third floor, which we think had just been refurbished. It looks as though there is a refurbishment programme ongoing as you could see new mattresses and furniture on each floor when using the stairs, so the top floor had already been completed. The only issue we had was with the air-con as the room was a little warm. Breakfast also wasn't especially palatable, so wouldn't bother...

This hotel was central in Colmar. It was a lovely hotel with good amenities. We booked it as it had a private car park and we were travelling so needed it to be secure. It was- in an underground car park. This was great except we were charged €20 for this. We expected a small charge but felt that this charge should have been mentioned on the hotel details. We might have chosen a better hotel for this...

Location was fantastic but room to dark and cold for the winter

It's a little far from the station, but I had a backpack so I walked there. It felt like a walk and there was no problem, but with a suitcase it might be a bit far. It was close to the old town and in a good location it was quiet. The room was spacious enough but it felt like an attic and it felt cramped. There was a bakery right next door so breakfast was no problem.

Stunning lake view hotel, only a short/steep walk down to the lake. Approximately 15 minute walk into town along the lake walkway. Ample parking with the option of garaging. Dinner on the terrace was lovely, food was very good and the view was breathtaking. Slept in so I didn't make breakfast however they kindly made me a coffee and brought out some pan au chocolate and croissants! Nothing was too...

We spent a couple days and New Year's Eve dinner at the Manoir au Lac. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The restaurant, on New Year's Eve was amazing. Breakfast was also great, with an amazing view over the lake. It's all within 10 minutes walk from the center of town where shopping and restaurants all are. Last but not least, staff was amazing throughout our stay. A great address.

Great view of the lake. We were not in the main building and that was not clear when we booked it. Room was clean with nice bathroom and good beds. The breakfast service was a disaster. Coffee and tea came when we finished our breakfast after 45 minutes and had to ask for it 3 times Not one morning but two mornings. Boiled eggs did not go well also at the second time the eggs were like a liquid and...

Stayed for a week in August. We booked a first floor balcony room in separate building to main hotel. The ground floor rooms would not have had a view. The room was really lovely, shower room too and we liked the mini kitchen. The room and hotel were very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were a bit unsure how breakfast ran. There was a buffet which was nice but a little repetitive. We enjoyed...

We found this hotel at the last minute, we hesitated at first because the last room available was under the roof but we liked it anyway. The hotel is well located and offers a beautiful view of the lake (we took the opportunity to see the fireworks), cozy decoration, very clean spa, refined dinner, we had a great stay here. Only one downside: our room was not made and we did not have enough toiletries...

Nice Hotel. Very friendly staff. Very clean and functional family room (parents' room and children's room) with lake view and very generous breakfast. The swimming pool is a plus in rainy weather or for relaxing. We had a very good stay.

If you are looking for a nice hotel in Gerardmer to use as a base for touring the Vosges, then look no further. The hotel has excellent views over the lake and it is a 30 minute walk into the town. Lovely rooms, with an excellent shower. We had one of the newer rooms over the pool and enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evening. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Would thoroughly recommend

very nice hotel. beautiful rooms, beautiful views and nice swimming pool (only open in the afternoon and evening). the service is also top notch, especially from the owners. The only downside is one employee who is mainly there for breakfast and catering and for whom everything seems too much, she hardly ever smiles and it made me feel uncomfortable. but in summary, a really great hotel in beautiful...

The hotel was in a good location. It was at the top of the lake with a picturesque 25 minute walk/5 minute drive into town. The breakfast was ok but there are plenty of places nearby to get great food.

It was beautiful there. The view was great and it was very close to the ski piste. But the room were allot smaller then expected. Keep it up!😉
