everything was very nice but there were also small problems. the check out is too early at 10 o'clock. at the same time in the morning of 20.12 you could hear lawn mowers or trees until 12 o'clock. otherwise everything is perfect, thank you. And the most important thing you dont have gym..

The spa in my absolute favourite in Alsace. Breathtaking surroundings overlooking castles and hills. Large indoor and outdoor pools. Outdoor bar and lovely restaurant with a fantastic view.

Very average place for being a Barriere Casino, the bar tables very dirty and the customer service terrible ...apparently people work there without motivation to serve a good drink.

Lovely little resort an hour from Basel. Was here for a conference. Didn’t try the casino. Loved the service and the food and the room. One way to tell how great a hotel is: checkout the stairs. If they truly care, it won’t be a barebones mess. See photo of the stairs here. Yes, only three floors, but still! Would love to come back.

The rooms are relatively large and modern, as is the bathroom. The Thalasso area is really very good. There are several pools, the water is hot and you have a large outdoor garden with sun loungers to enjoy the sun with a wonderful view.

We used the spa which was very nice, clean and well organised. Prices were correct. They don't allow swim shorts which was not very well signed. However they offered me to buy a bathing suit at affordable price so , problem was solved fast. Can get quite crowded though. We booked 3 hours which for us was enough.

Nice clean room. The restaurant was full of flies, while the service was very bad. Nobody spoke English at the restaurant. They kept talking to us in French and took so long to take a simple order. The breakfast area was also having food exposed to flies.

Modern and clean hotel with great attention to details, air conditioning in the rooms and comfortable bed. Personnel are attentive and professional, great room service

This could easily be a 4 or 4.5 star hotel if they made a few important changes:
1. Rip out the animal-pee-stained carpets and put in hard floors.
2. Provide high quality breakfast food instead of canned fruit salad, stale pastries, and scrambled eggs dripping with cream.
3. Stop spraying the bedrooms full of aerosols and Febreeze. Also don't put those orange things on the beds.
I would give 3.5 stars if possible, but it doesn't deserve 4. Positives were good service, nice pool and view, comfortable beds, overall clean room, and the cafe staff to makes things to order. The cafe usually provided alternative (soy) milk and they brought in a fresh orange juice machine one day.
