The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are tiny but clean.
The worst part was the receptionist who couldn't stop insisting and asking us to upgrade the room and pay extra 25€

Clean, comfortable, and safe. Staff were friendly and helpful, even helped us order food for delivery. The rooms are simple. For our family of three, we had three single beds. Toilet and shower were clean. No mini fridge. TV with basic channels.
No parking on site but there is an overnight parking lot only one block away. Note, by the name you think it's for the cathedral only, but not true. Public, paid, overnight parking for around $15.
And there is an express grocery store around the corner.

Very Clean hotel, everything is on its place, the bathroom accessories seems to be new, this place has an acceptable Sunday breakfast (buffet). You must know that in Rouen is really difficult to find a good breakfast on Sunday due to almost everything is closed.

Excellent location. Reception staff was very polite and helpful. The triple room was specious enough for a couple and a three-year old.
Issues: no air conditioning, no parking (there's a public paid parking nearby though), breakfast is a bit limited and mediocre.

Great location friendly check in and great breakfast. It was being remodeled when I was there and the place had a horrible smell and the lobby and stairs were filthy. However the room was very clean and with the window open the smell wasn't too bad. Parking is an issue if you have a car but the location is close to the Riverwalk.
