Roussillon, 770 route d'Apt - Lieu Dit Bois de la Cour D 104 🧭 Map
We had a lovely week (the last one before the hotel closed for the season) based here while cycling in the area. It was really well run and lacked nothing. The manager was super efficient and pleasant and went out of her way by taking us to the bus stop, which was a fair distance away, as there were no available taxis!
It was our second stay here and everything went very well. Reception was kind and very helpful. Large parking space. Large room with natural light and view to the nearby forest. Fresh air that made us sleep so well. Good breakfast with filtered coffee and good cheeses. Value for money. Good wifi. Fully recommended for couples seeking relaxing time. We will certainly go back.
Delightful vacation hotel. Clean, friendly, good food. Swimmimg pool! Pas trop çher!

Very very neat and clean place The rooms had a fantastic view. Great location right next to the village. Polite and courteous owners. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
This is so nice you forget it was only for 1 night. Very nice hotel and wonderful restaurant with a simple but all varieties you can expect. Local wine and superb admosphere.
Loved the staff, dinner on the property, and coffee! Loved the town and location of the hotel to the town. Parking is really close and super convenient.
Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful little hotel! Great location with a 2 minute walk to the center of Roussion. We had a family room on the top floor with a terrace that had the most incredible views! Everything in our room was impeccable and updated, the owners were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was great. There is a small pool with beautiful grounds that you can relax by...
The location is top, the host excellently anticipates the needs when he assigns the room, the room was impeccable. couldnt have asked for more!
Very nice place, clean, pool, nice staff. Doea not have the parking. You need to park on the public parking outside if you dont have luck you wont find a spot there. You dont have to pay for the parking though

Very average room hygiene. Very aging room to be refreshed
The hotel has a swimming pool and a restaurant. We live on the first floor, open the door and have a lawn. The room is comfortable and clean.
Good beds, everything clean but the rooms small. Restaurant is good and the service nice and simpatic.
Very friendly staff, helping us to find a nearby restaurant, and advised on parking nearby Avignon (P+R at parking des Italiens) Our children appreciated to swimming pool for a last dive before heading home.

Avignon, 130 Avenue Pierre de Coubertin 🧭 Map
The rooms are a bit small, the bedsheets and blankets seem very old. Sadly there were only bathtubs and no showers and you couldn't lock the bathroom. The stay is totally ok if you don't need much and plan on spending your day outside. Each room is in a little "house" and in front of it are tables and chairs where you can have nice evenings under the stars with your friends.
We went here as our school trip and it was fine. The bathrooms are a little small and the shower lacks a curtain, therefore you flood the entire room while showering. And we brought our wii but the tv are a little to small for mariokart multiplayer. And the wifi really sucks.
Very simpel, but nice. No real showers, just some kind of bathtub. Breakfast was good. But not much diversity.

Wish We Spent Longer This is a beautiful property - we just stayed one night passing though but it was quite memorable. We dined at the gastronomique restaurant and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful and kind and gave us a lovely tour of the property.
The property was beautiful and the staff was so helpful and nice!
The staff can hardly speak English. There are bed bugs! I was almost exhausted after sleeping there for one night! This is terrible!
Beautiful property with attentive and friendly staff. I got engaged here and it was absolutely gorgeous. The room overlooked the courtyard and the grapevine field behind it. I never needed anything because the experience was so well thought out. Plus it is close to aix-en Provence which was nice if you want to go into town. My literal only began is that we weren’t fans of the restaurants for the...
Do not miss the opportunity to stay there; you will not be disappointed.
Absolutely amazing stay! This chateau is like no other – so beautiful, comfy, and private. It feels more like visiting a friend's fancy house than a regular hotel. Even though it's a bit tricky to find, once you get there, it's pure luxury. From the awesome food to top-notch service and cool winery, it's all there. Seriously, you've gotta check this place out, it's a paradise, a total game-changer...

Wonderful hotel perfectly located for St Remys. The restaurant is exceptional -- we had wonderful breakfasts and dinners. Pool and pool area very good with plenty of sun beds. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall would highly recommend.
Gorgeous property great location This was a beautiful 5 star hotel. The property is gorgeous. The room is small but lovely- nice bathroom and bathtub. We had a fantastic dinner at the gourmet restaurant. Outstanding. The server was lovely. We took their shuttle into town and that was great. Got to the market and did some shopping. Concierge super helpful also. My only comment is I did not like their...
A vacation in itself. Staff exceptional in meeting every need. Beautiful gardens and pool on site convenient fast and easy shuttle service into town. Will definitely return everyone we are in the area.
The hotel setting is beautiful the surrounding area was typical Provonce. The room was light and airy, we had a terrace with a charming outlook. Breakfast was fantastic the food selection and staff added to this experience. The nightly room serving with fresh towels and water was appreciated. The linen, bed and amenities were first rate. The spa was packed with options including a gym with the latest...
The concierge and reception were very good, welcoming, efficient and helpful. They called up the shuttle within a few minutes every time wherever we were, we found that really useful. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was excellent. The bathroom and separate loo worked fine. Everything was well designed and cleaning service was top notch (if a bit over zealous in changing towels etc)...
I did not have a perfect stay overall but the service at the hotel was 5 star. I would recommend the hotel almost exclusively for the excellent service I received. The first suite (room 41) we were given was the handicap room above the bar and the recycling area, and near a housekeeping closet. It was an excellent handicap room if you needed it (we did not) but it was very noisy from the bar or the...

Rather friendly welcome, pleasant swimming pool and very well placed accommodation. On the other hand, I agree with the many other comments on the rough cleaning (dust and cobwebs) and the aging aspect of the equipment: saggy sofa seat, broken dining table, uncleaned broom, creaky bed. Some equipment is missing: toaster, cutting board, kitchen utensils, chair (4 for accommodation for 6). Too bad the...
A little DIY to do to achieve a good 3 stars (pierced faucet, lamp that does not work and sliding entrance door that does not close on one side forcing the shutters to be closed ...) Being a bit of a handyman I think we should repair before renting! Otherwise a quiet and easy residence to go to town without your vehicle.
Nice boutique hotel staff was friendly and accommodating would recomend if you are travelling to this area of france

The only reason that this place got 4 and not 5 points, is because they have a very poor internet connection and they don't even care. The hotel is pretty amazing, the old farm vibes are charming, they have a lovely restaurant, very nice breakfast options, everything is simply perfect. If only they could explain to the guests why they have no way to connect to the internet.
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! One of my most memorable stays. We were here in October of 2014. The staff was very helpful to us English speakers. The grounds were beautiful. We took multiple day trips from the hotel. It was a lovely hotel with a perfect location!
We enjoyed our stay here very much with just a couple of hiccups. The entire resort is gorgeous and charming and provided a nice respite. I did not find the pool to be in need of repair as some others have suggested, so maybe work has been done. We ended all our days with a swim and were also grateful for the air conditioning in our room during a very hot spell. The staff were very gracious and helpful...
We found this a delightful and accessible oasis. The swimming pool is lovely. The room was quiet, comfortable and well appointed. We were a bit disappointed that complimentary water was not provided daily in the rooms. You’d expect that as a matter of course. The staff were lovely and friendly but there was just a lack of attention to small details such as water and missing items in the breakfast buffet...
We had the pleasure of staying here only one night however loved what we saw. We wished we could have stayed longer. We arrived in the evening and were told the restaurant was fully booked, however that was no problem as we were able to order off the room service menu and sit in the patio outside. We've travelled for 5 weeks through UK, France, Italy and Greece. This was one of the best hotels...
As a couple to spend a night... the hotel is friendly and offers a reception hall with beautiful decorative pieces... Overall, it deserves a good renovation and an improvement in terms of services and customer relations.

Nice place with swimming pool, I recommend
Great hotel with spacious rooms with or without terrace. Practical kitchen area. restaurant with friendly and available staff. THANKS
Very nice surprise, quiet location, small accommodation with kitchenette, large cupboard, armchair, table chair. Own. Only problem, non-smoking room, the bathroom ventilation brought back a smell of cigarette smoke throughout the stay....
Very friendly service, installation of the heating system broken, but a radiator provided The comfort is perfect.
Even though I was cold at night, the value for money remains interesting. The hotel, a little far from the center of Aix, is pleasant.

The hotel is in a great location to visit St. Remy and a very easy walk to town. The rooms are just rooms with very little to say about them. The patio was quaint and private. Great little hotel only a few minutes walk from the heart of St Remy. The room was very clean and a comfy bed. Plenty of parking spaces and a nice pool with sunbeds. Hospitality from the hotel was very good and they were very helpful.
Brilliant. Calm and relaxing. Lovely pool. Wonderful atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the breakfast waitress who carefully remembered my weird English tea order. We'll be back. We love it. Short walk to town.
Quaint, clean, comfortable, excellent location, beautiful pool area, excellent host, car parking. Stunning little property.
What a quiet, lovely hotel! The pool was a welcome addition after our day of bike riding ! A short distance from the town center where you will find many retail shops and bistros to eat and drink at. Romaine at the front desk was very helpful in providing a map of the town and making suggestions for things to do. Thank you for a very comfortable stay!

We loved our stay at Les Figuiers! Wish we were there longer Loved sitting on the front porch in the comfy papasan chairs!
This quiet little hotel is perfectly located for a base to explore Saint Remy de Provance and surrounding villages. The garden and terrace is a perfect place to unwind in the afternoons or have breakfast on. The owners are lovely and speak excellent English, so if your French is a little rusty, you can get by. My only reason for a 4 instead of 5 star is because of the daily cleaning. The beds were...
What a hidden gem. This hotel is not only located in a very convenient location, but also features a beutiful and unique setting - the fig garden. Armelle and Pierre were both incredibly kind, accomodating, and flexible - helping to make our stay truly perfect and memorable. My husband and I are from the US and we stayed for a week at Hôtel Sous les Figuiers in Saint Rémy de Provence. Would highly recommend this small hotel. The owner Pierre and his wife speak excellent English and are charming and helpful in every way. Loved the location and staff, lovely people and very helpful. The basic rooms were just that, basic, comfortable but not up to any 4 star rating in my experience. Spent the last two nights of a four night stay in an upgraded room, comfortable and roomy but still a stretch to say four stars. Still, I would recomend this hotel, the location and staff are first rate.
The best location. Out the door and straight into St Remy. Staff are very nice, friendly and efficient. Down side it all looks a little unloved and could really do with a revamp
Great hotel with incredible grounds and onsite parking. Very much enjoyed it
This hotel seemed like it once was a very nice hotel, but it appeared to be either understaffed or not well taken care of. The rooms were nothing special, and there was a lingering smell of sewage in the room, maybe from disuse. I would have rated it lower, but the front staff was so friendly and so very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Great location and everything was spotlessly clean. We only stayed for 1 night but we will definately return. Loved the town, restaurants, shops and galleries.
We stayed here to see Van Gogh, and learn as much as we could about him and the place he spent a year in. We found a beautiful town which rises to the occasion, to the incessant drumbeat of tourism. This hotel was just what we wanted in the sense that we were not going to spend alot of time in the room, but rather in the streets of Saint Remy.

Quite simply one of our best hotel stays. We had 2 rooms, one with twin beds for our twenty something sons and the suite with the balcony for my wife and me. Staff was tremendously helpful. Rooms clean and the beds were unbelieavably comfortable.
This was our 20th visit to Mas des Carassins. That says it all! We go back year after year because of the staff, the setting, the food - dinners in the garden of the hotel are wonderful - and most of all, because this is a place where you can relax, do nothing or do a lot. The number of great tourist attractions within an hour (or less) of St. Remy are numerous. So if sightseeing is your thing, go...
Absolutely loved this hotel. Every aspect was as good or better than the website shows. The staff create a warm, family-like atmosphere where a lot of the guests seemed like regular visitors, often knew one another and were happy to smile and chat. Wonderful hotel, quiet, lovely gardens. Our room was great, bathroom with two basins, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, very fresh ingredients. Oula a hotel as we see more. It comes straight out of another era. A little too rococo, old. But the charming old lady who will greet you loves being asked questions. Too bad the place stays that way. Some embellishment work would be a plus
Very special place. Everything is like from the early 80's, very old-fashioned. So, if that's to your taste, great! If you're looking for something modern, this is NOT the place. The owner is kind and keeps a close eye on everything that happens in the place. Clean and OK in that sense. About 20 min walk to central Aix.
Charming, traditional, full of character. A lovely, quiet, picturesque setting and a warm welcome. I loved it.
