The team is super friendly and professional their wine cellar is high quality and the rooms and outdoor area is of the highest quality and elegance ideal for relaxing and enjoying a culinary experience.

Absolutely amazing stay! This chateau is like no other – so beautiful, comfy, and private. It feels more like visiting a friend's fancy house than a regular hotel. Even though it's a bit tricky to find, once you get there, it's pure luxury. From the awesome food to top-notch service and cool winery, it's all there. Seriously, you've gotta check this place out, it's a paradise, a total game-changer for a dreamy getaway!!

Beautiful hotel with amazing restaurants. We visited for dinner and lunch during our stay in Provence and would highly recommend. Lovely grounds to walk around, friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere.

Most beautiful setting I’ve ever been to. Classy and elegant chateau with modern art twist inside and out. Art was spectacular. It was my birthday, beautiful flowers were waiting in the room and absolutely amazing cake with champagne.
We stayed in deluxe room with gorgeous views which is worth an upgrade. The room was large with super comfortable bed. Great size bathroom with make up mirror. Ironing and washing service available on the request which is very handy. Beautiful gardens around the chateau perfect for little walks. Nice size pool which wasn’t overcrowded and spa available.
We had wine tasting which was short but perfect just to try local wine without spending all day away.
All staff from the hotel, restaurants, pool and cleaning ladies were absolutely amazing. Very friendly, helpful and professional without being snobby and over the top which made perfect atmosphere for a such a beautiful classy place.
We had dinner at le art and kaiseki, both tasting menus which are must if you love good food and
beautiful spaces even if you not staying at the chateau. 10mins drive away from the centre of Aix makes it perfect location, transport can be arranged by the chateau.
Two Michelin keys well deserved.
We definitely will be coming back in the future.

We went to have a wine tasting and it was so great! Elliot was very friendly and explained everything in detail while making the experience fun. We would recommend to everyone! The grounds are exceptionally beautiful.

This is a fantastic hotel. I did a lot of research into Provence-area hotels and, when we drove up the driveway and then took a quick tour of this property, we know that we had found a special place. Aix en Provence is a 10 minute drive from the hotel but the two places feel worlds apart. This is the kind of property where we were eager to return to after a day of exploring the region. The grounds and the artwork scattered throughout are spectacular. The restaurants (there are 4) are excellent and are priced accordingly. We looked at a Classic room but felt it was too small for our tastes and instead stayed in a Deluxe Suite (it was less of a suite and more of a larger room with a better view) and were happy with it.

We stayed in April -- not high season -- and it appeared to us that there were still some kinks to be worked out. These were little things (not worth going into details on here), but enough of them to make us feel that the hotel still had some work to do to get to the level of other well-established 5-star hotels. Nevertheless, it was easy to look past this as the hotel is excellent with a staff who were friendly and guest-focused.

We loved our stay and were sorry to have to leave. If/when we return to Provence this is where we will stay again.

The hotel is one of a kind, charming well designed extremely decorated with lots of beautiful works of art… Room is lovely but small bathroom is big and extremely beautiful. The problem was that we couldn’t sleep because of the noise, 05:30 the noise of people walking above us ,annoying
The best experience we had was the wine tasting, with Andrea Dias, he has a lot of knowledge about wine, he is very friendly,it was so enjoyable , don’t miss it.

It's a timeless place entirely devoted to relaxation, beauty and romance. We come back at least once a year and we're never disappointed.
