We had a great stay here. It's perfect for ski groups and the service and team were very friendly. The food was excellent, and was far better than expected. We had the half board option and the meals over 7 nights were all different and really all excellent. The breakfast buffet was also very good.
The only reason I gave the rooms 3 stars was due to their size and also the cleanliness wasn't the best.
Liliana who runs the restaurant is phenomenal and always took great care of our groups.
The hotel also does ski and boot hire and where it's convienient, the skis are of poor quality and old.

Absolute fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms are so small it was definitely a logistical puzzle with two people, luggage and furniture to organise and move around. HOWEVER, the rest hotel is extremely well situated, clean and very well decorated then as long as you only clean and sleep in the room, this for me means I can overlook the size. The food was amazing every day and had great alternatives for anyone who has allergies etc.
The staff were all very friendly, helpful and supportive in any circumstances and went the extra mile to help you with any issue or just have a chat to see how you were.
I would definitely stay here again. 😀👍👌

Hotel has a nice atmosphere and the staff were all very polite and super helpful, especially the restuarant manager. We had a lovely week, food was nice, rooms a bit small, showers leaked but great location for the slopes. Didn’t get a change of sheets all week! Restuarant is not big enough to accommodate all the hotel guests & you can’t book a table so being a large group we had to be there when the restuarant opened at 6pm to guarantee a table together.

The Langley 2100 is a fantastic hotel, in a great location for skiing. The facilities at the hotel are excellent and made an enjoyable ski holiday easy. The staff are also brilliant.

Love this hotel. Place is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The facilities are great with a lovely spa with great views. The food was always outstanding with good service and nice wines. The only negative is that the main bathroom on the first floor smells pretty bad. Apart from that this place is ace!!

Nice meals and staff. Rooms at front very small. Need to queue for reservations, which is poor. Layout of food at Breakfast needs a rethink as it causes long wait. Not ski in/out.

Beware if it is cold outside, joking aside you need a big jumper minimum in the restaurant

The twin room we had booked was not available and we had to have a double resulting in one of us sleeping on the floor. Our night was further disrupted by a water leak in the floor under our room. Customer service in dealing with these problems was both slow and poor.
The restaurant area was freezing cold and the room too hot. The dinner portions were tiny though breakfast was good except for having to pay for decaf.
It isn’t ski in unless you can do a steep bit of off piste.
Some of the staff were friendly and helpful some were clueless.
The spa was pleasant and spa staff lovely.
I wouldn’t recommend it, it’s more of a package hotel.
