Notre séjour dans l’hôtel nous a permis de rencontrer de petits animaux très « sympathiques ». Des ophones, apparemment « attirés par la lumière ». Le personnel se tient cependant à disposition pour vous en débarrasser. L’emplacement reste bruyant du fait de sa proximité avec le parking de camions ainsi que la rocade. Le petit déjeuner est assez décevant .

I visited this hotel 2 months ago in an organized group, it was not my choice, so if anyone is looking for it I recommend that you do not choose it. It is a kind of roadside motel, in the middle of a highway, 8 km from the city. The exterior staircase, deteriorated, without elevator, the restaurant in a separate building. The air conditioning in the room (tiny) did not work, the manager came and said we had to close the window, when we returned it was an oven. At night you can't open the window because there are thousands of insects around the light. I still have nightmares about the hotel. The dryer, thank God, didn't work because it had dirt on it... I can't go on, but every time I think that I spent four nights there it makes my hair stand on end.

Positive point: the rooms are clean. Negative points: we spent 2 nights in an unmade room the day after the first night. But the negative is the breakfast, it's shameful for €12, little choice and little quantity, we had to ask for it each time. Difficult to manage with few people I admit, but difficult to have people with such a breakfast. I had deserted the campaniles for several years, I wanted to try again but I shouldn't have. CUSTOMER DEFINITELY LOST FOR CAMPANILE

R A S regarding the room, from Marseille to Lille and from Strasbourg to Brest they are all the same, cups/kettle, bed having lived in, lace bathroom towels. We come to the campanile for the practical adjoining restaurant, for the motel side with direct access to the outside. Here in Toulouse it was the availability and proximity (10 minutes) to a hospital center where I had to be very early. For reservations on the website (or the application) we are sold a more or less gastronomic formula (starter/main course/dessert) with a wide choice. Arrived in the room for dinner, no more choice displayed on the internet!!! but very basic. We are told that it is too complicated to update the internet. Objectively, a decent dinner without more (soft-boiled egg (very good sauce), leek vinaigrette/side of par, Indian burger (!!)/Russian cake(?), lemon tartlet) Let's move on. On the other hand the service, a waitress who drinks from a flask in the middle of the room, a cook who passes between the tables drinking from the bottle and another waitress probably a member of an athletic club who runs across the room ( never run in public, it gives you a feeling of panic). Finally we dine next to the half-dressed breakfast buffet with Perfect jars filled with cereals but not closed. Hello dust. To be polite, “thank you” but don’t wait for us any longer.
