The man working in the afternoon was wonderful. The man working at 5am was awful. Screamed at me as I was leaving to catch my train about a tax that I had already paid the night before. He insisted I hadn't 2 times before realizing I was wrong. Also, bathroom was truly disgusting. Smelled of old pee and you could see the spit stains of people spitting after brushing their teeth on the wall. The door to the bathroom hadn't been wiped in who knows how long- stains all over it. Stains on toilet with hairs. Just gross over all. For 200 euros- that's ridiculous honestly. Won't stay again.

The elevator wasn't working so we had to walk up the stairs to 2nd floor and 4th floor.
One of the room's toilet was loose and shifted when someone sat on it. We had to switch to a different room two floors up (and yeah, the elevators were not working)
The room was stuffy and there was no air movement so we had to keep the windows open and because they had huge lights outside the window, it attracted all kinds of bugs to get in the room.
The front desk staff was friendly, but the hotel was in bad shape.

Location is an asset for this hotel. Facilities were well maintained, but beds were not that comfortable. Service was average.

離圖盧茲火車站很近，過馬路就到，早餐正常，羊角很好吃，鬆軟。房間插坐很少，床邊沒有插坐，晚上充電不方便。

The hotel was great value for money . Rooms were clean and with comfortable pillows , hotel lobby was well decorated and the beakfast was good . The staff were very friendly . Overall it was a great stay

Hotel was great location and very accommodating with holding one bag for us while we traveled without that bag. Concierge was helpful with describing how to get to airport via public transit.
The room had a carpet that hid dirt so well that it felt like it could never be vacuumed or cleaned and we'd never know. That grossed me out. The cups in the bathroom were not presented in a way that assured me they were clean and new. The bed was fine though, and comfortable.
