Decent 2 star hotel with great staff. I think it is a family owned hotel. The gentleman who is at the front desk is extremely helpful. I was enquiring about the bus route to go to work place, but he dropped me all the way to my office in his car. The lady at the desk was helpful too providing good information about Toulouse. Very polite and helpful staff, good rooms and breakfast buffet. Great location if you're on a business trip to the surrounding technology park; reaching the inner city takes about half an hour using the Metro line.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast ok, but the building is quite old and the elevator is way too small for comfort, you better take it alone!

The entrance and welcome I received from the receptionist was pleasant. The hotel had a nice feel about it and the decor was tasteful. The facilities were to my expectations and the hotel was for the most part, clean. The location is ... Okay. It is in a neighborhood that is close to the centre but plain.

Cheap rooms but no door in the bathroom... and you can hear everything from the next rooms ... staff is friendly.

It's really an economic room. It will be really helpful for a stay if traveling for a long journey ( it can be a stop by). It is better to book online. They serve breakfast and I would say it is a light one. There is a very good safety system around the building. The receptionist speaks French and English. Once the door is closed inside it is very dark even on day time.

It was cheap and close to the Train station. I really did not like that we had to leave our room key in a bo by reception each time we left the hotel. Hardly secure

Handily placed for Toulouse central railway station. Short walk to city centre and a few metres away from the canal du midi. The room was very pleasant and quiet, also contained a kettle to make your own tea/coffee. We encountered quite a number of reception staff and every single one of them was very helpful and pleasant.

Very convenient when arriving by train or airport bus, and about 10 minutes walk from the cente of Toulouse. Clean, quiet and everything worked - air conditioning was thankfully very effective. Thanks for the nice welcome on arrival.

This is a great budget hotel in Toulouse. The building is clean, quiet, and secure. The wifi works reasonably well, good enough for a video Skype call from near the top floor. Comfy beds and the shower and bathroom was great staff on checking in was lovely and when I noticed there was no hair dryer I was given one from behind reception - otherwise was quite a small room - would go back again as was in a good location with metro bus transfer from the airport and also near the market

The hotel is located in a great place , there are 2 pubs in less than 2 minutes walk and great restaurants all around. The room was lovely and clean. The reception staff was nice and lovely always trying to help , the only bit that was not great was the wi-fi connection which sometimes was not working properly

Location is the best here, right in downtown, I didn't even need to use public transportation, I was able to walk to all major sights and also to the riverside. Comfortable rooms, bit small, but okay. Basic breakfast, but lots of restaurants in this street.

I had a perfectly pleasant stay at l'Hôtel Ours Blanc. My room was spacious, though I believe some rooms are smaller. The carpet (especially on the stairs) has seen better days, but everything was clean, and cleaned daily. The breakfast was good value, and the staff very friendly. Really cool place! From the location to the staff everything was amazing. The building itself is awesome. You can definitely feel the history in there. Also, the interior design is something that you don't see everywhere.. Not at this rate. The four stars is solely because the bed wasn't the greatest due to the very thin and hard mattress. Overall, yes, I happily recommend it.

Very happy at AB. Nice welcome from reception on arrival. Superb location very near the Musee Saint- Raymond which was superb (of interest if you like marble sculptures/ Roman and Greek history). Basic, but comfortable enough. Clean functional rooms, although small, have good beds for a good nights sleep. Parking is available, albeit slightly quirky in its operation. You have to get the remote gate release from reception before you can park. The parking spaces are tight! A pleasant stay.

It seems to be more Ibis Budget, it is small, but ok. In the morning they ask us to leave the room at check-out hour, because they had to clean it for the next travelers. The breakfast is ok, they had all you need to start the day with energy.

Very nice, clean and welcoming hotel. Was recently refurbished. The rooms are decent side and 2 times double glazed for a quiet night. I stayed a good while in this hotel, waiting to find a place. The staff and the manager are amazing, kind, caring and very professional. I recommend this place to all who need a hotel in Toulouse.

Nice hotel, good price, clean, had good aircon which was a god send considering it was over 30 degrees. Only thing I had an issue with is you have to leave your room key at reception everytime you go out which is a bit annoying but there was always someone on reception. Staff were friendly too. Better than the Ibis hotel down the road.
