The hotel is very nice and clean! The service is attentive and friendly!

The room was very clean and spacious, and I was able to relax. The room was also soundproofed. The kitchen was new and clean. I would like to use it again.

This apartment was great for what we needed. Simplicty, space and secure parking. It's not immediately obvious but there is a little supermarket and chemist very close by. We walked into the square (about 2km). The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Apartment has all the needs for a short or long stay! On-site laundry facilities. Easy check-in with helpful staff! Easy freeway access and great parking. Two grocery stores 1-2 blocks away. We will be using Residhome again for sure!

A superb hotel, with clean, modern rooms, a small, refreshing outdoor pool, and very upbeat, friendly and helpful staff. It also is the perfect location and moderate price if you wish to visit the Halle de Machine (a five minute drive). Hotel is dead, half empty. Menu of the restaurant in lift and customer online ePages - but never open, not even have the lights switched on. Room is dark. Minimum of furniture in the room. OK if all you want to have a wash then sleep … Never worthy the name of Ibis Styles … maybe a bigger room than a Ibis Budget 🤷🙈

I found this hotel by searching on parking space and electric charging available. The parking space was perfect but there was no possibility to charge my car. The rooms were in bad condition. A lamp and power outlet were defect and the rooms were extremely dark. The wallpapers had many spots and dirt and especially the bathroom need a renovation and deep clean. The bathroom had mold stains on the ceiling.

The start and before that as well, it was bit rough with the issues in IT system and interpreting my booking as flexible and without breakfast even though it was the opposite but the staff was prompt to verify and correct that. We had an excellent stay at Grand hotel. It is literally the very centre of the city which meant we could walk everywhere. In the square outside, there were sometimes events going on which we enjoyed watching from our room. We got a suite which had a beautiful bathroom. It was very clean and tidy.

Perfectly situated hotel on the Place de la Capitole. It’s only 2min to metro and and then all of Toulouse is at your fingertips. Hotel Opinion. I don’t know your clientele, but most foreign hotels I stay at have some TV channels in English. I think you need to boost the technology in the room. Perhaps USB ports for phone charge. I had trouble with WiFi all week and had to shut it off. When it gave me access, I couldn’t download anything. I have unlimited data with AT&T but I imagine some people don’t.

The hotel is fully recommendable. My only complaint is that I came on the same date that one work colleague who had to cancel his reservation and the reservation office did not accept to exchange his reservation by mine. We had to pay two stays but we only spent one. We are still in converstations with the hotel to try to solve this issue.

The reception personnel were pleasant, our room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable , we were allowed to leave our car for an additional amount of time after checking out in the hotel car park which was very helpful. It's a budget hotel, but very comfortable. We only stayed 1 night after a flight cancellation, but the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean.

Good price/quality relation. Rooms are ok, breakfast is good and it’s easy to park. It’s 15 minutes away (driving) from Toulouse city centre and reception is not open 24 hours but they give you options for check in at any time .

I stayed here for one night.The room was small but for a solo traveler it suited my needs. Clean, comfortable, and the location next to the train station was perfect. I was in room 304, came for one night only so I didn't come down to complain but water was leaking into the toilet reserve, which was a bit noisy. In addition, the bathroom ceiling has some humidity problems. For the rest, I was fully satisfied with my short stay: the interior is super beautiful, you feel like you're somewhere else.
