Very quiet room and comfortable bed. Good air con and the room was cleaned daily. I slept well and was very happy to stay here.
Only negatives are the hotel is a bit old-fashioned and my bathroom was a bit tatty. Needs updating. Also there were no charging points by the bed. And several times I came in to reception - such as at check in, and another day to collect my key I had dropped off - and there was no one there and no one answered the bell despite me pressing it several times. This needs to be improved.
Otherwise I had a good stay.

It was a great stay in Toulose! The lady receptionist was very welcoming. She is very accommodating to the guest and she makes you feel very welcome. I will come back and stay in this hotel again. Highly recommended

The hotel's location is great. It is opposite the indoor market and surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. Unfortunately, that also meant that there was a lot of outside noise at night (probably as it was a Saturday night!), but the location definitely outweighed the negatives for me.

The location is central, but it is right above a restaurant, which can be busy if you want to have the windows open. However, the double windows block the noise very well.
Parking is not on site, but it's nearby.
The room was a bit on the small side, but comfortable. The bathroom was functional but could definitely do with new paint (it was peeling off the ceiling) and new caulking in the shower.

Excellent location, super helpful reception staff, the rooms deliver what they promise.
Cortisol alert: if eggs are important to you, the breakfast until 10h30 does not guarantee you'll have eggs, they have a "one round of eggs" policy with no time linked like "eggs until 9". This is closer to an egg lottery, so you might push yourself out of bed while your body is still regulating and run downstairs only to witness the last egg being eaten - possible any time during breakfast hours.
