Excellent hotel right in centre of Tours. Easy walking to old historic centre and cafes, the Loire, the shops. And 10 mins walk to station (or tram ride) and tourist office. Very friendly owner. Let us put our bikes in garage. Rooms lovely, clean and en suite. Breakfast excellent and great value. We took tram and bus to Villandry but we had to book the return by phone ahead of time (the tourist office staff did the talking for us!). Curious system but it worked!

The hotel was awesome, thanks to the super-friendly manager. They took care of everything, fixed problems fast, and really cared about guests. It was a great experience because of their excellent leadership.

A friendly hotel in the centre of Tours. The service was outstanding, Ryan did everything to make is feel comfortabel. We had a very nice stay. Merci et au revoir!

It is a two star hotel but we were very pleased with our stay. Situated right in the centre with easy reach to the Vieux Tours, Cathedral and bridge Wilson. Very friendly owner. They even upgraded our room free of charge. Parking is on street free on Sunday. Garage near by - Indigo.
Just to mention three floors no lift. And no aircons in rooms but shutters during day and open to breeze during night and it is not hot in the room. We were there in June with 27C outside

Mansoor is the delightful owner and made us very welcome . it is in a v good central location for exploring Tours and finding good restaurants .

Stay here unless you don’t have money to afford anything else, the room wasn’t clean. The garbage bin was almost full and the smell in the sheets tells me those were not changed. No sitcom, limited space room. Very rude the guy at the front desk, unfortunately everything else was booked so I ended up here.

Impeccable room, clean the bedding is perfect. The breakfast at the top with attention for each person.
The owner is extremely kind, smiling and caring.
Looking forward to returning to this hotel which is really great in terms of price.

Hotel booked with Booking at the last moment. The lady at the reception is very nice. The room is simple but clean, there is everything you need. The location is convenient and the value for money is ok

AVOID this Hotel. They have the worst communication ever, and lie regarding having a parking available for the customers. After I readed the description I couldn't park my car, I contacted many times and at the end I needed to book and pay for other Hotel. I asked for a refund and they said OK but never did it.
