A nice old hotel, where you can relive the atmosphere of the thirties of the 20th century, when it must have been really grand. It has been refurbished, of course, but the rooms still conserve lots of the original elements. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy (bath and double bed =)). Great location, opposite the train station and the street behind the main shopping street. Easy accessible parking with lift and reduced price if you are coming from the hotel. Personal care (lady at the reception and very nice cleaning lady) breakfast = buffet (many options) I recommend it !

This is a basic hotel near the railroad station. The rooms were small but clean. The bar was unstaffed and we needed to go to the front desk (not far) to get someone to pour drinks. Don't look for elegance or service but the property is very well located and the staff was eager to please. We found value for money here.

My room was on the top floor and was very quiet so I slept well. It was small, quite dark and decorated in dark wallpaper. It would have been more appealing with light decorations. Breakfast was good, with a good variety of food including (thank you!) gluten-free choices. Good enough. The hotel is old, but our connected rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed. Good sound isolation, slept good, no any noise. One of our room was little bit cold, no heated.

The staff really helped us during our stay. The room were spacious with bathtub and it was clean with good produits.

Staff here are fantastic and extremely helpful! The room is a good size, nicely furnished and in good condition. The housekeeping staff do an excellent job keeping the room/hotel clean. Our room has a view of the rail station as is very quiet, the best sleep we’ve had after 8 days in Paris. No hesitation to recommend this hotel, enjoy!

Breakfasts are included in the room rate. The bathroom is combined in the room, everything is clean. The room has an 800 ml kettle, two mugs and a couple of tea bags. In general, everything is fine.

Great location. Nice breakfast, clean room. BUT - staff were not that helpful. Obsessed with Hilton process, rather than the customer. The only Hilton I have stayed (and I stayed in one last night so did check) where despite having paid for the room already, they wanted a physical card to take against me damaging the room! Great location, close to all bars and restaurants, good breakfast. Only cons is no parking. The good is city parking regulation free from 6:30PM to 9:00AM. Don't park in the underground parking lot, the street parking lot is in the back of the hotel. There are lots parking spaces. * Need a bigger sign facing the river, it is so hard to find the hotel

The ideal base for your castle tour. Excellent location. Underground parking directly in front of the hotel, moderate price. Nice rooms, very friendly young team, free breakfast. Old town with nice restaurants and bars in walking distance. Excellent value for money.

Excellent location; 5 minutes from the old town. On the Main Street of Tours, next to tram station. You can walk to the main train station in 15 minutes or take the tram if you have luggage. Some rooms have great views of the River Loire. The self check-in lets you select the room but you still have to stop at the reception before you can get the digital key. Good, clean and updated comfortable rooms...

It's exactly as what we've expected from Hampton. Comfortable beds, friendly staff and overall just a fine hotel. The location is very good, close to nice restaurants and cafés.

We stayed 2 nights so that we could enjoy the Christmas holidays as a family. Large, very clean room with a sofa and 2 tables, perfect for eating. Dinner and breakfast served in room service, wide choice and everything à la carte according to our desires. To underline the friendliness of the whole team who does everything to make you feel good in this particular context. We will definitely come back...

Do not miss the scrambled eggs for breakfast ... a pure wonder. The very exclusive indoor swimming pool is also worth a visit.

Bright and modern style, clean and functional, great value. We needed help with one of our bikes and Bruno went out of his way to make things happen. He was ever so friendly and efficient. And Amelie in the breakfast room got us more fruit salad and even made fresh scrambled eggs when they were out at the end of breakfast time. Amazing and helpful staff!! Thank you so much. A modern and reasonably well equipped Appart Hotel in the South of the city and relatively new. Very friendly and helpful staff who even called us a few hours after we checked out to say we had left some items in our room, lucky for us as we needed them. Unfortunately, the rooms were let down by poor layout & design. Lots of storage space but tiny kitchen, which defeats the object of an Appart Hotel...

Stayed here twice. It's starting to look a bit dated now and the rooms need a refresh and some maintenance. Rooms are a decent size, clean, small basic kitchenette in a cupboard which is handy, small fridge/freezer, two ring hob and a microwave. No air-conditioning in the rooms so they can get quite warm on sunny days. Staff friendly and off street parking a bonus, although they do now charge 3€ a...

Good hotel in a great location in Tours. Spacious apartment with large bathroom with shower and bath. The kitchenette was fantastic as we were staying more than 1 night. Good value for money. Friendly staff, supermarket next door and great coffee across the road.

Le studio était propre et rangé, bien que le ménage dans la salle de bains n'avait clairement pas été fait/mal fait (traces d'urine séchées sur le siège des WC à notre arrivée). I had a great experience at Chateau Belmont for the anniversary of my partner and I. The staff was kind, attentive and bilingual. The Covid measures were well executed and and room service from the restaurant was absolutely delicious.

Stayed on an overnight with Viking Cruises. Had very large and comfortable room. Excellent dinner and tasty breakfast. Well worth a visit. We were there in May 2018.

We stayed 5 nights in the old building. This is a great hotel. Located conveniently just outside the town of Tours, which is a great town to visit and a great base to see the Loire Valley. The room and bathroom were the largest we have had in anywhere in France. Well maintained and clean. The bathroom was bigger than our own, which is unusual for France. We had a great stay at this Hilton hotel. The location is beautiful right next to the river and within walking distance of the old part of and the cathedral. The restaurant was not open the day we visited but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was an excellent experience with great service and a vast variety. On night on the way to the coast . The hotel is easy, the price also easy . Position is good for a walk in the center and close by there are restaurants and markets .

Hotel was clean and good value, check-in was very helpful with restaurant and bar onsite. The breakfast was continental, girl on breakfast duty was not helpful and looked as though she was bored. We would use again although there is a lot of similar hotels in the area to choose from.

Excellent three-night stay at this great hotel just a short 10 minute walk from the Tours train station. Breakfast was really good. The superior room 101 has a very nice bathroom and lots of space. What really makes it special are the staff, who are without exception friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Clean rooms and central location. Parking on site and reasonable cost. Breakfast is expensive, but good quality and range, it's there for convenience. Rooms on the small side. Staff helpful throughout. Would reuse again, but also open to alternatives given total cost of stay.

The rooms are clean and the reception ist nice. It is not high class. But Location is very good, right in the City Center.

Stayed here a number of times these pay months, so they recognised me and gave a warm hello each time. Rooms are spacious enough and clean. Once a cleaning person entered without knocking, but I presume that doesn't happen often. Book directly with the hotel in order to collect loyalty points (lesson learned for my next stays there)

Good Hotel. Unfortunately the food is very limited. No chef, just a selection of meals that are microwaved. On our previous visits we have had good food here. Clean rooms. And good selection if foid at breakfast.

Cheap and clean. Be aware there is no air-conditioning and it was very hot when we were there. Unable to sleep despite balancing the (supplied) fan in front of the open window all night. Parking available out front on the road and at the rear of the hotel. Decent breakfast and fairly well located for the old town (20 mins walk).

It got essential you expect from Budget but two things were annoying: the pillows are too low and small , and breakfast was bad : coffee is bad , fruit salad was not fresh at all ... The location is good

I called the hotel from the parking garage because I had a question about where to park the car. The call lasted 1:17 and I was charged 4,42 from my mobile phone subscription. It turned out the phone number of the hotel is a service number! That is outrageous. The rooms are okay and so is the breakfast and service. It is Ibis budget and you get what you pay for. So that is okay.

The rooms were what you expect from a budget ibis. At the breakfast everything was almost finished, multiple people had to say it before they came to refill. It also took 20 min before some stuff were back refilled. The breakfast I found a waste of money.

A nice quiet hotel, situated in a nice part of the city of Tours. The greatest thing about it is the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Their asset is Gregory at the reception. He is exceptionally competent and will answer any question, solve any problem. He even arranged for us to be picked up by a taxi when we found ourselves stranded at a weird and unfriendly place in the city. We just called...

The hotel is good organised considering the current situation with the virus. The stuff was friendly. We got a paper bag with a little bottle water, cups, candies, a plastic bag for garbage. The room was clean and big enough. Well, the cut nail left over was found though😯 At night it was very quit in a room. The hotel was also moslty empty i guess. The only noise that was disturbing is a traffic noise...

Quiet place, but I nicely located, near bus and tram stops. Helpful team of staff... No laundry service!!!

Reliable Ibis Hotel. Private parking is a plus. Restaurant food passable. Friendly staff. Not very good location. Local restaurants are burger and pizza joints. Several restaurants seem closed down. Need to go 1km into the centre for decent entertainment.

I was here on group tour. Rooms are perfect as you can see from my photos. The place is close to city center by bus (not sure by public transport). The breakfast they offered in morning was good collection, though less variety than the ibis hotel in outskirts of Paris. Overall great place to stay. They offer towels too. But just as in any french hotel they don't have toothbrush etc. Bathroom was great

Generally fine, dated interior design means you don't want to give it a five. Staff nice, standard breakfast included. Easy to access from A10 and a 1.5km walk to centre of Tours.

Walking distance from the city centre, yet on a quiet location. Great choice Good choice of breakfast, with fresh orange juice, breads, jams, eggs and cold cuts. Nice airy room The bed was comfortable, spacious and light. So is the bathroom All was clean! At the reception we had very good service, with valuable tips; check out was speedy too.

Clean, modern, parking in front free if you're lucky, parking in hotel tricky (very cramped), good breakfast, 15 mins walk to oldtown

Quant little hotel. Good bar and restaurant. Great service very helpful staff. There is a quarter just 10 minutes walk where you will find the buzz all restaurants and cafes and the locals all gather here for fun.

Very clean, very quiet, comfy beds, air con, great breakfast. kettle in the room which is always a bonus. Staff was super helpful and very polite.

Stayed here on Loire castels tour for 5 nights. I recommend it very much for castle visiting: Tours is conveniently near to the most important monuments. Staff is gentle and very helpful here and the room is clean and comfy, with clean towels every day. Also mind to check the breakfast: it's gorgeous and very abundant!

Nice hotel. We chose it just for one night as a stop on our journey. Bit small but has everything you need for a good night sleep and a shower. We had a room for 4 persons.

Our stay was great!! There's easy parking on the street, rooms are spacious enough, the staff are attentive, and we have been recently with all the covid19 measures. Roomservice was (they changed our towels daily although not asked). Great staff, location and service! I would recommend!

The ambiance and loving details put into this place were amazing. My complaint is that we had to park a bit away and haul the luggage through the pedestrian zone. The service was very good. The availability of food and wonderful walking space made up for slightly cramped rooms.

This hotel is within walking distance towards Tours station, with a supermarket and a good Vietnamese restaurant nearby. The parking fee is 10 euros per day as of September, 2019. The breakfast is quite good compared with hotels of same level, as there are various ham, cheese, and hot food like sausages, scrambled eggs, and bacon strips. The croissants are good also. Booked two rooms online at a great price. A beautiful little hotel in central Tours within walking distance of the SNCF Station and the Cathedral, in a very nice neighbourhood. We stayed only one night on our roadtrip to the south of France (quite convenient hotel near the motorway). Very comfy bed!!! Didn't pick the breakfast (around 12€). Night was around 73 euros. Private parking available for 10€/night (a little tricky to park though)
