I enjoyed my room in this hotel very much, sadly my dad had a different experience. Every room in the hotel is different according to staff meaning that for the same price people are getting completely different rooms. In my case my room was so much nicer than my fathers he went down to reception to change rooms. Though I do appreciate the fact that they gave my father a similar room to mine immediately...

Well located for the train station although a little bit out of the main town. We had a slight false start after being given a room yet to be cleaned and then our new room stunk of smoke, although this was rectified by opening the windows for a bit. Good enough. The hotel is old, but our connected rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed. Good sound isolation, slept good, no any noise. One of our room was little bit cold, no heated.

The staff really helped us during our stay. The room were spacious with bathtub and it was clean with good produits.

Staff here are fantastic and extremely helpful! The room is a good size, nicely furnished and in good condition. The housekeeping staff do an excellent job keeping the room/hotel clean. Our room has a view of the rail station as is very quiet, the best sleep we’ve had after 8 days in Paris. No hesitation to recommend this hotel, enjoy!

Breakfasts are included in the room rate. The bathroom is combined in the room, everything is clean. The room has an 800 ml kettle, two mugs and a couple of tea bags. In general, everything is fine.

Great location, close to all bars and restaurants, good breakfast. Only cons is no parking. The good is city parking regulation free from 6:30PM to 9:00AM. Excellent location; 5 minutes from the old town. On the Main Street of Tours, next to tram station. You can walk to the main train station in 15 minutes or take the tram if you have luggage. Some rooms have great views of the River Loire. The self check-in lets you select the room but you still have to stop at the reception before you can get the digital key. It's exactly as what we've expected from Hampton. Comfortable beds, friendly staff and overall just a fine hotel. The location is very good, close to nice restaurants and cafés.

The hotel location is excellent, close to all important attractions. Nearby are some great restaurants and bars, in a quiet neighborhood or you can be in 5 minutes in the busy area of the city. Rooms, courtyards and restaurant of the hotel are great. Good quality drinks in the nice Orangery! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, ready to assist you immediately. It is a two star hotel but we were very pleased with our stay. Situated right in the centre with easy reach to the Vieux Tours, Cathedral and bridge Wilson. Very friendly owner. Hotel was clean and good value, check-in was very helpful with restaurant and bar onsite. The breakfast was continental, girl on breakfast duty was not helpful and looked as though she was bored. We would use again although there is a lot of similar hotels in the area to choose from.

Excellent three-night stay at this great hotel just a short 10 minute walk from the Tours train station. Breakfast was really good. The superior room 101 has a very nice bathroom and lots of space. What really makes it special are the staff, who are without exception friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Clean rooms and central location. Parking on site and reasonable cost. Breakfast is expensive, but good quality and range, it's there for convenience. Rooms on the small side. Staff helpful throughout. Would reuse again, but also open to alternatives given total cost of stay.

The rooms are clean and the reception ist nice. It is not high class. But Location is very good, right in the City Center.

Good Hotel. Unfortunately the food is very limited. No chef, just a selection of meals that are microwaved. On our previous visits we have had good food here. Clean rooms. And good selection if foid at breakfast.

Cheap and clean. Be aware there is no air-conditioning and it was very hot when we were there. Unable to sleep despite balancing the (supplied) fan in front of the open window all night. Parking available out front on the road and at the rear of the hotel. Decent breakfast and fairly well located for the old town (20 mins walk).

The hotel is good organised considering the current situation with the virus. The stuff was friendly. We got a paper bag with a little bottle water, cups, candies, a plastic bag for garbage. For a B&B it's a great place to stay at! The hotel manager was really kind which made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had just about everything we needed, crossaints were delicious! There are limited parking spaces (about 4-5) which you can reserve. Parking on the street or in the garage at the trainstation is otherwise possible.

Stayed one night & it was great. Room was surprisingly spacious with nice bed. Shower was fantastic. Breakfast was available if we wanted. Owner was lovely & allowed us to leave our bags for the morning while we walked around the city. Definitely recommend!

Pretty much what everyone else said! Fantastic, central location!! We had room 21 which faces the back, so it was completely quiet. Olivier offered to help carry our big bags up the stairs when we checked in and helped us again when checking out. Very basic and very clean.

Olivier was extremely helpful and the room was comfortable. As usual in France and Spain there was no plug for the sink thereby wasting water while shaving in the morning. However, we will probably return another time.

This is a fabulous little hotel. polite and friendly staff. Its quiet new. The rooms were well presented, clean and of contemporary decor. My only criticism would be finding the entrance to the car park. If the managment could create a map/plan from the Tram stop to the carpark via road and post it on their web site and SM pages it would be a great help to future visitors. Thank you.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. It is modest, but it was a great experience! There is a lovely little patio at the back of the hotel in a garden setting. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful; they care about their guests.

With general cleanliness, sufficient variety of breakfast and quite friendly reception, it was so suitable for our needs, travelling with kid. We see more families staying here like us. Not directly in heart of Tours, but we purposely prefer taking this walk! Car parking in this area around the hotel is free. In our opinion, the hotel is 3stars.

The best hotel iv stayed at in a long time! The service was exceptional, and they made us feel like home. Each room was a unique boutique experience at a very reasonable price. Even though there was no air conditioning I didn't mind. The canteen, breakfast (7 Eur) and garden were very nice too. When I return to Tours I will only stay here. Thank you Hotel Mirabeau!

Big room with a big bathroom (to be an hotel). The style is similar at the style of the 18 century. In my room there is a big window with a little balcony. The staff is kind and speak a good English (and French of course) and the hotel is far only 15 minutes of walk from the center.

A small, cozy, traditional family hotel. Fantastic service, friendly staff and fairly clean rooms. When I was sick during my stay, the staff even arrange special meal for me. Highly recommended!
