I enjoyed my room in this hotel very much, sadly my dad had a different experience. Every room in the hotel is different according to staff meaning that for the same price people are getting completely different rooms. In my case my room was so much nicer than my fathers he went down to reception to change rooms. Though I do appreciate the fact that they gave my father a similar room to mine immediately...

Well located for the train station although a little bit out of the main town. We had a slight false start after being given a room yet to be cleaned and then our new room stunk of smoke, although this was rectified by opening the windows for a bit. A nice old hotel, where you can relive the atmosphere of the thirties of the 20th century, when it must have been really grand. It has been refurbished, of course, but the rooms still conserve lots of the original elements. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy (bath and double bed =)). Great location, opposite the train station and the street behind the main shopping street. Easy accessible parking with lift and reduced price if you are coming from the hotel. Personal care (lady at the reception and very nice cleaning lady) breakfast = buffet (many options) I recommend it !

Good enough. The hotel is old, but our connected rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed. Good sound isolation, slept good, no any noise. One of our room was little bit cold, no heated.

The staff really helped us during our stay. The room were spacious with bathtub and it was clean with good produits.

Staff here are fantastic and extremely helpful! The room is a good size, nicely furnished and in good condition. The housekeeping staff do an excellent job keeping the room/hotel clean. Our room has a view of the rail station as is very quiet, the best sleep we’ve had after 8 days in Paris. No hesitation to recommend this hotel, enjoy!

Breakfasts are included in the room rate. The bathroom is combined in the room, everything is clean. The room has an 800 ml kettle, two mugs and a couple of tea bags. In general, everything is fine.

On night on the way to the coast . The hotel is easy, the price also easy . Position is good for a walk in the center and close by there are restaurants and markets .

Value for money. Staff is friendly. Room is cleaned. Location is near city hall, a ten minute enjoyable walk. Thanks for everything.

Hotel was clean and good value, check-in was very helpful with restaurant and bar onsite. The breakfast was continental, girl on breakfast duty was not helpful and looked as though she was bored. We would use again although there is a lot of similar hotels in the area to choose from.

A nice quiet hotel, situated in a nice part of the city of Tours. The greatest thing about it is the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Their asset is Gregory at the reception. He is exceptionally competent and will answer any question, solve any problem. The hotel is good organised considering the current situation with the virus. The stuff was friendly. We got a paper bag with a little bottle water, cups, candies, a plastic bag for garbage. The room was clean and big enough. Well, the cut nail left over was found though😯 At night it was very quit in a room. The hotel was also moslty empty i guess. The only noise that was disturbing is a traffic noise...

Reliable Ibis Hotel. Private parking is a plus. Restaurant food passable. Friendly staff. Not very good location. Local restaurants are burger and pizza joints. Several restaurants seem closed down. Need to go 1km into the centre for decent entertainment.

I was here on group tour. Rooms are perfect as you can see from my photos. The place is close to city center by bus (not sure by public transport). The breakfast they offered in morning was good collection, though less variety than the ibis hotel in outskirts of Paris. Overall great place to stay. They offer towels too. But just as in any french hotel they don't have toothbrush etc. Bathroom was great

Walking distance from the city centre, yet on a quiet location. Great choice Good choice of breakfast, with fresh orange juice, breads, jams, eggs and cold cuts. Great location, close to all bars and restaurants, good breakfast. Only cons is no parking. The good is city parking regulation free from 6:30PM to 9:00AM. Don't park in the underground parking lot, the street parking lot is in the back of the hotel. There are lots parking spaces. * Need a bigger sign facing the river, it is so hard to find the hotel

Excellent location; 5 minutes from the old town. On the Main Street of Tours, next to tram station. You can walk to the main train station in 15 minutes or take the tram if you have luggage. Some rooms have great views of the River Loire. The self check-in lets you select the room but you still have to stop at the reception before you can get the digital key. It's exactly as what we've expected from Hampton. Comfortable beds, friendly staff and overall just a fine hotel. The location is very good, close to nice restaurants and cafés.

We found this hotel on the outskirts of Tours to be an excellent choice. It was modern, clean and efficient. The room was very modern and spacious and the bed very large and comfortable. Rooms are pretty basic however clean and very comfortable beds. As a family we had interconnecting rooms which worked very well. Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful before and during our stay. Very convenient for tram into town.

Excellent three-night stay at this great hotel just a short 10 minute walk from the Tours train station. Breakfast was really good. The superior room 101 has a very nice bathroom and lots of space. What really makes it special are the staff, who are without exception friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Clean rooms and central location. Parking on site and reasonable cost. Breakfast is expensive, but good quality and range, it's there for convenience. Rooms on the small side. Staff helpful throughout. Would reuse again, but also open to alternatives given total cost of stay.

Stayed here a number of times these pay months, so they recognised me and gave a warm hello each time. Rooms are spacious enough and clean. Once a cleaning person entered without knocking, but I presume that doesn't happen often. Book directly with the hotel in order to collect loyalty points (lesson learned for my next stays there)

Good Hotel. Unfortunately the food is very limited. No chef, just a selection of meals that are microwaved. On our previous visits we have had good food here. Clean rooms. And good selection if foid at breakfast.

Cheap and clean. Be aware there is no air-conditioning and it was very hot when we were there. Unable to sleep despite balancing the (supplied) fan in front of the open window all night. Parking available out front on the road and at the rear of the hotel. Decent breakfast and fairly well located for the old town (20 mins walk).

The hotel has a central location and a small parking lot for 5 cars. The administrators are charismatic and hospitable. The breakfasts are very good. The "big" double rooms are really not big and have differences for the same price: the blue room is larger but its windows look at the street, so since 6 a.m. there is a lot of noise from garbage collectors. For a B&B it's a great place to stay at! The hotel manager was really kind which made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had just about everything we needed, crossaints were delicious! There are limited parking spaces (about 4-5) which you can reserve. Parking on the street or in the garage at the trainstation is otherwise possible.

It's in a great location and got really helpful staff. The manager is a delight and charming. The one slight downside is if you have an outside facing room, the noise from the road is quite intense at times and if it's hot you have no option but to open the windows. Stayed one night & it was great. Room was surprisingly spacious with nice bed. Shower was fantastic. Breakfast was available if we wanted. Owner was lovely & allowed us to leave our bags for the morning while we walked around the city. Definitely recommend!

Pretty much what everyone else said! Fantastic, central location!! We had room 21 which faces the back, so it was completely quiet. Olivier offered to help carry our big bags up the stairs when we checked in and helped us again when checking out. Very basic and very clean.

Olivier was extremely helpful and the room was comfortable. As usual in France and Spain there was no plug for the sink thereby wasting water while shaving in the morning. However, we will probably return another time.

This is a fabulous little hotel. polite and friendly staff. Its quiet new. The rooms were well presented, clean and of contemporary decor. My only criticism would be finding the entrance to the car park. If the managment could create a map/plan from the Tram stop to the carpark via road and post it on their web site and SM pages it would be a great help to future visitors. Thank you.

Big room with a big bathroom (to be an hotel). The style is similar at the style of the 18 century. In my room there is a big window with a little balcony. The staff is kind and speak a good English (and French of course) and the hotel is far only 15 minutes of walk from the center.

A small, cozy, traditional family hotel. Fantastic service, friendly staff and fairly clean rooms. When I was sick during my stay, the staff even arrange special meal for me. Highly recommended!

Tiny room and bathroom but they have the basics and that's most important. Still the room has no air-conditioning but just a fan and the weather is very hot. The room is clean and so is the bathroom. Breakfast is, however, always the same and consist of sweet things mostly. Staff is friendly and polite but not all of them speak English.
