Staff here are fantastic and extremely helpful! The room is a good size, nicely furnished and in good condition. The housekeeping staff do an excellent job keeping the room/hotel clean. Our room has a view of the rail station as is very quiet, the best sleep we’ve had after 8 days in Paris. No hesitation to recommend this hotel, enjoy!

Breakfasts are included in the room rate. The bathroom is combined in the room, everything is clean. The room has an 800 ml kettle, two mugs and a couple of tea bags. In general, everything is fine.

For economy class is very good,perfect for tourists who come only to sleep.Quiet,clean.

A nice old hotel, where you can relive the atmosphere of the thirties of the 20th century, when it must have been really grand. It has been refurbished, of course, but the rooms still conserve lots of the original elements. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy (bath and double bed =)). Great location, opposite the train station and the street behind the main shopping street. Easy accessible parking with lift and reduced price if you are coming from the hotel. Personal care (lady at the reception and very nice cleaning lady) breakfast = buffet (many options) I recommend it !

This is a basic hotel near the railroad station. The rooms were small but clean. The bar was unstaffed and we needed to go to the front desk (not far) to get someone to pour drinks. Don't look for elegance or service but the property is very well located and the staff was eager to please. We found value for money here.

My room was on the top floor and was very quiet so I slept well. It was small, quite dark and decorated in dark wallpaper. It would have been more appealing with light decorations. Excellent three-night stay at this great hotel just a short 10 minute walk from the Tours train station. Breakfast was really good. The superior room 101 has a very nice bathroom and lots of space. What really makes it special are the staff, who are without exception friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Clean rooms and central location. Parking on site and reasonable cost. Breakfast is expensive, but good quality and range, it's there for convenience. Rooms on the small side. Staff helpful throughout. Would reuse again, but also open to alternatives given total cost of stay.

We stayed 2 nights so that we could enjoy the Christmas holidays as a family. Large, very clean room with a sofa and 2 tables, perfect for eating. Dinner and breakfast served in room service, wide choice and everything à la carte according to our desires. I had a great experience at Chateau Belmont for the anniversary of my partner and I. The staff was kind, attentive and bilingual. The Covid measures were well executed and and room service from the restaurant was absolutely delicious.

Stayed on an overnight with Viking Cruises. Had very large and comfortable room. Excellent dinner and tasty breakfast. Well worth a visit. We were there in May 2018.

Hotel was clean and good value, check-in was very helpful with restaurant and bar onsite. The breakfast was continental, girl on breakfast duty was not helpful and looked as though she was bored. We would use again although there is a lot of similar hotels in the area to choose from.

Good Hotel. Unfortunately the food is very limited. No chef, just a selection of meals that are microwaved. On our previous visits we have had good food here. Clean rooms. And good selection if foid at breakfast.

Cheap and clean. Be aware there is no air-conditioning and it was very hot when we were there. Unable to sleep despite balancing the (supplied) fan in front of the open window all night. The hotel has a central location and a small parking lot for 5 cars. The administrators are charismatic and hospitable. The breakfasts are very good. For a B&B it's a great place to stay at! The hotel manager was really kind which made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had just about everything we needed, crossaints were delicious! There are limited parking spaces (about 4-5) which you can reserve. Parking on the street or in the garage at the trainstation is otherwise possible.

Bright and modern style, clean and functional, great value. We needed help with one of our bikes and Bruno went out of his way to make things happen. He was ever so friendly and efficient. And Amelie in the breakfast room got us more fruit salad and even made fresh scrambled eggs when they were out at the end of breakfast time. Amazing and helpful staff!! Thank you so much. A modern and reasonably well equipped Appart Hotel in the South of the city and relatively new. Very friendly and helpful staff who even called us a few hours after we checked out to say we had left some items in our room, lucky for us as we needed them. Unfortunately, the rooms were let down by poor layout & design. Lots of storage space but tiny kitchen, which defeats the object of an Appart Hotel...

Stayed here twice. It's starting to look a bit dated now and the rooms need a refresh and some maintenance. Rooms are a decent size, clean, small basic kitchenette in a cupboard which is handy, small fridge/freezer, two ring hob and a microwave. Nice cosy and clean hotel, ideally situated midpoint between train station and old town area, proprietor very pleasant and helpful. Situated opposite the grand theatre, we were on 1st floor, steps are quite steep so may be more challenging for less fit guests if staying on a higher floor. Our stay was great!! There's easy parking on the street, rooms are spacious enough, the staff are attentive, and we have been recently with all the covid19 measures. Roomservice was (they changed our towels daily although not asked). Great staff, location and service! I would recommend!

The ambiance and loving details put into this place were amazing. My complaint is that we had to park a bit away and haul the luggage through the pedestrian zone. The service was very good. The availability of food and wonderful walking space made up for slightly cramped rooms.

Very warm and welcoming staff! I stayed in the hotel for two nights. The room was very clean, I have nothing to complain about this stay, except that I highly recommend this hotel which is very well placed in the city.

Tiny room and bathroom but they have the basics and that's most important. Still the room has no air-conditioning but just a fan and the weather is very hot. The room is clean and so is the bathroom. Breakfast is, however, always the same and consist of sweet things mostly. Staff is friendly and polite but not all of them speak English.

We had a very comfortable stay, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, clean shower (although lack of shower head holder), no hair dryer and the curtains is a little small if you like to sleep in the total darkness like me. The hotel could be a little noisy if you like to sleep late in the morning.

Outstanding service in a charming location in lively Vieux-Tours just off the Place Plumereau. Our room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning, a powerful fan, a large window, and a great view of the lively street below. Charming little hotel slap bang in the middle of Tours. It is run by a lovely couple who made every effort to make us feel at home from giving us advice about what to do in the city to allowing us to leave our bags there while we went cycling for a few days. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were adequate given its price. Highly recommended.

We were coming very late (midnight) and although reception was not manned, the communication how to open the gate and enter the room was fantastic. Easy walking distance to the city center and cathedral. Two minutes walk from the river banks where one can jog or walk the dog. Excellent place as a stop over in Tour or as a base...

The Hotel is not in the center but close enough, to walk there easily. The rooms are simple and clean, the personal helpful and friendly. It is by far the best hotel I've seen for this price. If you're traveling on a low budget an your visiting Tours, this hotel is a good place to spend a few nights.

We stayed here for a night. The staff was really kind and helpful- they allowed us to park our bicycles inside for the night. The room was clean, the beds really comfortable and we even had a little balcony to enjoy the evening! Breakfast we had plenty of choice- tartines, jams , charcuterie, cheese, fruit !

I called the hotel from the parking garage because I had a question about where to park the car. The call lasted 1:17 and I was charged 4,42 from my mobile phone subscription. It turned out the phone number of the hotel is a service number! That is outrageous. The rooms are okay and so is the breakfast and service. It is Ibis budget and you get what you pay for. So that is okay.

The rooms were what you expect from a budget ibis. At the breakfast everything was almost finished, multiple people had to say it before they came to refill. It also took 20 min before some stuff were back refilled. The breakfast I found a waste of money.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. It is modest, but it was a great experience! There is a lovely little patio at the back of the hotel in a garden setting. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful; they care about their guests.

With general cleanliness, sufficient variety of breakfast and quite friendly reception, it was so suitable for our needs, travelling with kid. We see more families staying here like us. Not directly in heart of Tours, but we purposely prefer taking this walk! Car parking in this area around the hotel is free. In our opinion, the hotel is 3stars.

The best hotel iv stayed at in a long time! The service was exceptional, and they made us feel like home. Each room was a unique boutique experience at a very reasonable price. Even though there was no air conditioning I didn't mind. The canteen, breakfast (7 Eur) and garden were very nice too. When I return to Tours I will only stay here. Thank you Hotel Mirabeau!

Very nice small hotel, great location in the middle of the beautiful city centre of Tours. We had a lovely superior room with a beautiful view over the square. rooms and bathroom are small, but have all you need and are very clean. And also important, very friendly personal, thank you Naoko!

Affordable, very good location. Humble but properly equipped and very clean. Staff is friendly. Management is proactive and thoughtful as exhibited by the earplugs provided for our stay, given there was a concert, that night, right in front of the hotel

The reservation for the room with booking had been a bit tricky with all the differents prices and options. On the contrary, the stay at the hotel was perfect, the bedroom (2 & 4 persons) were spacious and beautiful, the bathroom practical (there's a macerator, a little noisy at night) and the bed were confortable. The hotel is perfectly located in Tours to go on a tour and go on touristic activities...

Not much going for it. Small venue and small room. Only really stayed overnight for a quick rest before setting off the next day. Still, functional and suitable for your needs. There's a kettle with coffee etc in your room at your disposal.
