Great location, close to all bars and restaurants, good breakfast. Only cons is no parking. The good is city parking regulation free from 6:30PM to 9:00AM. Don't park in the underground parking lot, the street parking lot is in the back of the hotel. There are lots parking spaces.

Great location. Nice breakfast, clean room.
BUT - staff were not that helpful. Obsessed with Hilton process, rather than the customer. The only Hilton I have stayed (and I stayed in one last night so did check) where despite having paid for the room already, they wanted a physical card to take against me damaging the room! They got very very cross when I said I didn’t have a card. Why are they doing this when other Hilton’s don’t and why was this my problem?
Also they offered me digital checkin - lovely, but then would not issue the key till I went to the front desk. I then had to wait 20 mins whilst they checked 6 people in ahead of me, to then ask me for my passport (nobody else in 10 hotels in France that trip asked) to then ask me to pay for damage security. Once receptionist and this process is asking for trouble. We won’t be back

My son and I have now cycled from London UK to Santiago de Compostela, Spain. Reflecting back on all the hotels/hostels we've stayed (approximately 30 in total), this was the worst value by far. We paid 322 euros for 2 nights. There was no air conditioning in the hotel and windows do not open. It was an oven. We were told everyone in town was affected, but apparently all the restaurants around the corner were not! After talking to staff several times, I finally went down to the lobby at about 1am and the receptionist gave me a fan - it squeaked all night, but helped bit. In contrast, we stayed at a hostel in Estella, Spain, on a beautiful river, a much nicer room and with breakfast included for 57 euro.

Fresh and new, very conveniently located. Private parking next door for 12€/day. Super friendly staff, nice room, respected DH upgrade. Can't complain about anything!

Came for the good reviews but there is mould in both corners of the bathroom, and it really smells. There is dust everywhere, and I was sneezing all the time. The manager cannot keep her promise of changing a room for me. She told me that there is no room, and that is how hospitality works. Her patronising behaviour towards my feedback is astonishing.

The ideal base for your castle tour. Excellent location. Underground parking directly in front of the hotel, moderate price. Nice rooms, very friendly young team, free breakfast. Old town with nice restaurants and bars in walking distance. Excellent value for money.

Excellent location; 5 minutes from the old town. On the Main Street of Tours, next to tram station. You can walk to the main train station in 15 minutes or take the tram if you have luggage. Some rooms have great views of the River Loire.
The self check-in lets you select the room but you still have to stop at the reception before you can get the digital key. Good, clean and updated comfortable rooms; not too large but decent sized.
Breakfast is free and it is good (4 stars) -the usual buffet breakfast stuff. The folks at the reception and breakfast areas are very friendly, attentive and helpful. Would stay here again if back in Tours.

It's exactly as what we've expected from Hampton. Comfortable beds, friendly staff and overall just a fine hotel. The location is very good, close to nice restaurants and cafés.
