On arriving we met Eric, who was very pleasant, polite, helpful and showed us our room and explained the door code etc. He also gave us information on how to get to the old town. Excellent budget hotel.10 min from historical centre ville. I myself work at a hotel and can tell that the sheets and towels were extremely clean. Very helpful receptionnist and proper bathroom. If I have to tell a one tiny negative point, it would be the soundproofing of the walls, but really not a big deal. We will return.

For a one 🌟 hotel it's clean, comfortable and friendly. Excellent simple breakfast. Convenient for central older Tours with plenty of street parking. We stay every Summer to and from Aquitaine beaches

An excellent traditional "hotel". Clean with good service. Decor a bit tired but gradually being updated. Short 10 min walk into town centre and really easy to get to from motorway, with free parking opposite in the main boulevard. Fresh breakfast of standard drink and croissant etc. It is our regular stopping point when passing through. To us it worth more than the one star it has.

We returned to Tours, and we booked at the same hotel for our first visit in September. Because the excellent welcome, the very friendly hotelier, present all the time. Breakfast well served and the rooms are clean. It is close to everything.

Very clean and quiet family hotel. The manager is friendly and helpful. The hotel is central 5 minutes from the Palais des Congrès where I went, close to restaurants and shops I appreciated being able to drop off my luggage before going to work, the train station is 2 minutes away. only. Comfortable city apartment We stayed for one night to break a journey. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet, with all the facilities we needed. It's a short walk across to the old part of the city, where the bars and restaurants are to be found (we chose the Mangouste, which was great).

Great location in Tours on pedestrianised street. Welcoming friendly and comfortable. Facilities were basic, but ok. ( no shampoo so bring your own). Breakfast ( outside weather permitting) had bread, cheese, jam, yoghurt, and croissant.

Rue Colbert is a historic street and so they have had to work to make the rooms suit the modern traveller. What a perfect place for us to stay for the night! Olivier was wonderful and the room was quiet and the area had amazing international choices for food. We highly recommend staying and eat breakfast before you leave!

We had a fine stay at this hotel, but the room was quirky. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow. The room was a decent size and comfortable, but the toilet was in a separate room from the sink and shower, which was interesting. The walls are VERY thin; thankfully the other guests were not very loud. The reception desk is only staffed from 3-8:30 pm, so there is no option to drop your luggage...

Room was small but worked for my needs, in a super cute historic part of the city near the square with lots of restaurants. Air conditioning was cold and worked extremely well!

It is a two star hotel but we were very pleased with our stay. Situated right in the centre with easy reach to the Vieux Tours, Cathedral and bridge Wilson. Very friendly owner. They even upgraded our room free of charge. Parking is on street free on Sunday. Garage near by - Indigo. Just to mention three floors no lift. And no aircons in rooms but shutters during day and open to breeze during night...

Classic American style motel with rooms directly overlooking the parking lot. Rooms with the bare essentials and en-suite bathroom. Breakfast room a bit small but with decent food. Fantastic area lots of shops around hotel plenty of places to eat. Small hotel around 40 rooms, We stayed in room one ground floor lovely parking for car outside door 😁 Dog friendly, cosy rooms great double bed, flat screen TV , A/C worked great, nice cosy bathroom with small bath and over head shower, Lovely hot water. Room cost around £45 good price. To be honest lovely quiet hotel would stay again

A good starting point to visit the many attractions in the area, decent cleanliness, but in the common areas you can do much better. Small and functional room, efficient air conditioning. The mezzanine which is accessed via a steep all-black staircase in my opinion is uncomfortable and dangerous. Large parking lot.

Access to hotel was very fast but not using the check-in online. We used the automatic machine in the entrance to get room number, pay the bill, etc.., and it worked perfectly.

We had a disabled room, very shabby, shower wet room flooded due to blocked drain. Staff very good and extremly helpful.

It is what it is! Good value for money when you are driving through France and need a nice clean place to sleep, shower and move on the next morning. Reception was extra helpful over the phone as the garage entry is not easy to find. Will book again when driving through Tours.
