We stayed whilst having a short break. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the centre. It's adjacent to the railway station but with excellent insulation and double glazing we heard nothing of that. Breakfast was plentiful, but I would like to see decaffeinated coffee available without having to ask each morning. It's available in the room, and on the "Breakfast in your room " option, so...

The hotel parking can be reached after you check in. They need to give you access codes and explain which parking it is (even though the signs are well placed inside the parking). Everything inside feels outdated: the doors, the hallways. The sink in the bathroom is super low, maybe useful for small people but annoying when you're average sized.

As a family we received an interconnected space of three rooms, which were all very clean and comfortable. The hotel has got a small parking free of charge just in front so one needs to be fast enough to get a place, otherwise the paid garage is available. The staff and the hotel manager are very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent with high quality food and teas.

Good enough. The hotel is old, but our connected rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed. Good sound isolation, slept good, no any noise. One of our room was little bit cold, no heated.

The staff really helped us during our stay. The room were spacious with bathtub and it was clean with good produits.

Staff was welcoming ,we got upgraded, which was I surprise to us,the pool and the amenities, top... One downside is going outside to get to the pool when it is cold and raining, other than that we loved our stay. The hotel was nice the room we had was basic no tea or coffee in the room. And the breakfast was nice but the food was more fruit and pastries bacon and scrambled eggs and as a british person it would have been nice to have the rest of an English breakfast on offer but the staff were great and the hotel clean so we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in room 318 for 2 nights from 24 - 26 Sept 2024. The room and bathroom are small but comfortable, as can be seen from the photos I have taken. The window to the street is soundproof and I had restful nights! The included buffet breakfast was quite sumptuous. The staff were efficient and friendly.

We attended a conference in Tours at the conference center. The hotel location is very nice. Short walk to the old town with many restaurants. We enjoyed a five day stay there. There is public underground parking right at the hotel. Very convenient and affordable

Booked a room with a view, but I don't know what view it means. All I see is the street. No parking lot. You have to drive to the public parking lot. People dragged their luggage and took the elevator out of the front of the hotel. Breakfast was OK

The hotel is very good, with a super high cost-performance ratio. The breakfast is also very rich. You can also take a walk in the garden. The front desk is very welcoming. There is also a spa. I will choose it next time I visit clients.

It is in the downtown area, opposite the Christmas market, and it will be very lively at night. The room is quiet and the service is very friendly. The only problem is that parking is not very convenient and the fee is high.

The hotel is squeezed between railway lines and a busy road. Rooms have double glazing but it doesn’t seem like it, it’s very noisy although quieter at night once traffic dies down. Rooms are a good size, clean and with comfortable beds. There’s a kettle, fridge and hairdryer but sadly no safe. The Novotel at the central station is well located for walking around the town. The hotel itself was nice enough and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is right next to the train station (a three-minute walk). There are small supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. However, the hotel is relatively simple. I enjoyed my room in this hotel very much, sadly my dad had a different experience. Every room in the hotel is different according to staff meaning that for the same price people are getting completely different rooms. In my case my room was so much nicer than my fathers he went down to reception to change rooms. Though I do appreciate the fact that they gave my father a similar room to mine immediately...

Well located for the train station although a little bit out of the main town. We had a slight false start after being given a room yet to be cleaned and then our new room stunk of smoke, although this was rectified by opening the windows for a bit. The hotel is very close to the airport and has a relatively large parking lot, which is very suitable for driving around the castles. It is 4 minutes drive from a large supermarket and 3 minutes drive from a gas station.

Room was okay. Temperature control was poor and it didn't work well. The room was chilly. Location is weird, even the taxi driver didn't found to the front of the hotel, with out guiding and few tries. But the staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. Room (family room) was spacious and mostly clean (there were a few cobwebs), the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the rooms were quite warm overnight. Would come back.

Good parking. Easy check in. Very friendly staff everywhere in the hotel and restaurant. Room ideal, but just one fault. The shower is over the bath and the bath becomes very slippery when wet. My wife slipped in the bath and bruised herself and had to be helped out of the bath. I would recommend adhesive non slip “patches” be placed in the bath.

It’s slightly bizarre reading some of the other reviews, we found this hotel to be pleasant and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful, our room clean. Breakfast was fine too, although use the Nespresso machines for a better coffee. The only negative that sticks in my mind were the laundry carts assembled in the emergency stairwell, IMO for fire risk avoidance these areas should be completely devoid...

Absolutely one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at, room was cozy, great breakfast, and the hotel is at a great location in Tours, being within walking distance from the train station and from the cathedral. Certainly will stay at this hotel again next time I'm in town.

I spent 2 nights and everything was great. The room is spacious and feels clean from the moment you enter. The welcome was warm. It is a typical Ibis style hotel. The good thing is it is in city center. The thing I dont understand with Ibis style hotel is the toilette. They never put toilette brush so that one can clean after taking a dump! If you are not staying alone, then it becomes very very annoying . It is stupid really. Other than that the hotel has a nice restaurant and helpful staff.

This hotel was super friendly, central, rooms were clean, spacious bathroom, excellent breakfast, and secure parking underground. We had our dog with us, and as we had two nights, were able to leave our bike rack and bikes in the secure parking. Would stay again, and would recommend.

The hotel location is excellent, close to all important attractions. Nearby are some great restaurants and bars, in a quiet neighborhood or you can be in 5 minutes in the busy area of the city. Rooms, courtyards and restaurant of the hotel are great. Good quality drinks in the nice Orangery! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, ready to assist you immediately. All in all, a 5 star experience

Just around the block from the train station and less than 20 minutes walking from the Chateau de Tours and the rest of the historic locations. If you arrive by car it is highly advisable to have a chat with staff before attempting the nail biting experience of using the parking lot. They may need to direct you to other parking location.

Excellent hotel in the center of Tours. They have an inhouse parking for 11 euros a night but usually parking is free on weekends and holidays on the street in front of the hotel.

Good location very near the train station, yet in a quiet precinct Rooms are newly renovated. The entire frontdesk (especially Fanny), during my stay from 10 Apr to 12 Apr, was absolutely fabulous: friendly, helpful, proactive and professional. There tried to double charge the room. We prepaid through a travel agency the stay. And at check out there wanted to charge again for the stay. Only because i was able to show a invoice from the Travel agency there did not double charge us. Update: We are now a second time here and the service is amazing, room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable.

Great location, close to all bars and restaurants, good breakfast. Only cons is no parking. The good is city parking regulation free from 6:30PM to 9:00AM. Don't park in the underground parking lot, the street parking lot is in the back of the hotel. There are lots parking spaces. * Need a bigger sign facing the river, it is so hard to find the hotel

Hotel in middle of shopping area a bit strange but I side was excellent. Nice room, excellent shower, loved my breakfast and all the staff without exception were really friendly. A very nice stop over on my way to my daughter’s wedding in the south.

I stayed before at this property. This time arrived in daylight and could have a good look around. Shopping nearby excellent. Restaurant good choice of food, nearby choice good.

Very friendly staff, very comfortable beds and nice food for overnight stay while driving through France. Very accommodating for our dog who travels with us. He loves the complimentary toy and snack on arrival. The restaurant food is very nice and the breakfast substantial to set up for day and the drive ahead.

Good Hotel. Unfortunately the food is very limited. No chef, just a selection of meals that are microwaved. On our previous visits we have had good food here. Clean rooms. And good selection if foid at breakfast.

Cheap and clean. Be aware there is no air-conditioning and it was very hot when we were there. Unable to sleep despite balancing the (supplied) fan in front of the open window all night. Parking available out front on the road and at the rear of the hotel. Decent breakfast and fairly well located for the old town (20 mins walk).

Pleasant stay with family The garage is charged separately and is extremely narrow, so be careful. Seriously! The hotel is 20 min walk to the historical town. We had an issue with the shower and we were immediately moved to another room. Great staff. The heating in the room was not great though. The breakfast had very few options and it was not worth it.

Excellent three-night stay at this great hotel just a short 10 minute walk from the Tours train station. Breakfast was really good. The superior room 101 has a very nice bathroom and lots of space. What really makes it special are the staff, who are without exception friendly, welcoming and helpful.
