Beautiful renovation in the heart of Valenciennes. High quality hotel in every aspect. The standard rooms are very modest in size but are okay. Breakfast was good although the small food area got very busy at peak time. The downstairs spa and pool is also stunning.

It was a great stay and the property is obviously beautiful. My only issue is I wish they had informed us that we would be getting an accessible room before assigning it to us. It’s not a major issue, but it’s just better etiquette to be informed in advance. We did not want to be a hassle so did not bother making a big deal out of it.

Stayed here a few times. The bar is surprisingly cheap compared to most of the places . The rooms have everything you would expect accept the plug sockets are a long way from the bed. The staff were all very friendly.

Team of 34 We were a team of 34 young people. But the entire team made us feel very homely. The facility was about 23 minutes walk from the Eurostar terminal. The building itself is not that old, it has been maintained well. Breakfast was good. On the downside, the rooms had no air conditioning. Mobile fans though were made available in each room.

Which is the most incredibly remodelled airbnb I've ever stayed in. All the detailed trims are impeccable. There's a beautiful sauna and a comfortable jetted tub. There are three huge TVs to watch Netflix or prime video or YouTube. Beds arer super comfortable

Bed was a bit uncomfortable. No lift so had to climb 23/25 stairs to get to reception. The man in reception was nice the room was clean the toilet was really small and shower was not accessible. While the gentleman was nice I wouldn’t stay here again.

No fresh bedding or towels during my entire stay. Although the bed was made every day, the sheets were not changed for 5 days, nor were the towels.

The host was very very friendly, and the rooms are really very clean. The bedding and pillows are extremely comfortable. The breakfast is more than adequate for 7 euros only. There we spent the weekend and the situation of the hotel, close to the train station and the city center is ideal. We will come back with pleasure and we highly recommend this establishment.

Room was nice and cosy, I had a very good sleep. Breakfast was lovely too. The lady noticed that I really liked drinking the milk they had so she refilled my glass more than once even when breakfast session was about to end.
