The hotel rooms are nice - the spa is nice too. The pool area is beautiful architecture wise … However the water is a bit cold. We had a massage (duo) and it was very relaxing. The steam sauna needed more steam

When booking, all wishes were taken into account. We added room decoration, as discussed. The two-level suites are very impressive in their beauty. The spa is just superb! Especially the royal signature massage

The wife was in seventh heaven. Simply Paradise! Special respect to you, Manel! Dinner in an Italian restaurant is beyond praise! Thank you, chefs. It was a holiday of the stomach)

Really - how hard is it to have an interesting menu? The service is a bit slow - they need more help - more waiters to be able to cover the whole area one has to wait A LOT to get attended … the menu is disappointing in taste and options! The bistro was terrible - for the price the food needs improvement ASAP! Such beautiful location should have a menu and food level to match

My suggestion to the management would be to review the menu and make it pop! They would get 5 stars if it wasn’t for the food! PS: the waiter solved our problem very nicely and he was very attentive and understood that the food did not come out properly as it should have (we had a quality issue with the cesar salad)

Don’t be put off by the outward appearance and location in an industrial area. This hotel has really comfy clean rooms, great nights sleep. Great value for an overnight stopover

the window did not close, poor soundproofing all outside noises are audible. Breakfast of choice unfortunately a coach of Germans came to have their breakfast at the same time so everything left very quickly

booked a room last minute, we didn't have high expectations but the room was great for a short stay! beds slept well and fairly modern room! the only thing was that the mirror at the door was dirty but otherwise a good room!

The building itself is not that old, it has been maintained well. On the downside, the rooms had no air conditioning. Mobile fans though were made available in each room

Lille downtown is less than 20 minutes away in walking distance. This was my second stay in two years and I did enjoy it like the first time.

Team of 34 We were a team of 34 young people. But the entire team made us feel very homely. The facility was about 23 minutes walk from the Eurostar terminal

Clean room, well soundproofed, good bedding, clean, good and plentiful breakfast, complete and varied. Surprised that my room was not made up on the last 2 nights. I also regret that there are no individual products.

A great hotel with easy access to the centre of Lille and the train station. The room was a little tired but very clean and comfortable and was great for the price

It should be said that it is very good. I arrived on the same day and stayed for one night. It is located in the core area of ​​the city center and is only a ten-minute walk to Lille Station.

The location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk from Flandres train station and 15 minutes walk from Euro train station. I stayed for 4 nights and it was very cost-effective

The buffet breakfast downstairs was standard type of breakfast fare, excluding hot food, which we appreciated given that not many shops are open early or open at all on a Sunday

Some reviews mentioned the surrounding area but, this is a hotel near a station and the city centre - I frequently stay in London and it is no different. I felt safe and the hotel is secure

But the area around the train station doesn't feel safe, and you can find homeless camping a few meters away from the hotel which probably means the city doesnt bother to provide them any shelter

Excellent central location near to both railway stations. Hostel was clean, comfortable and modern; excellent bunk beds in smaller men’s dorm; large lockers (remember to bring a small padlock or hire one for 2Euros)

We stayed at the Clarance for one night on the way to a short break in Belgium. The hotel is lovely and our room was excellent. The hotel is situated in the heart of Lille so it is easy to reach any venue in the city

the breakfast service was rushed. Not sure why the server was in a hurry, but I felt pressured to make a choice quickly, even though it was only 9h30 2. The breakfast bread selection was OK, but not fantastic

A few of the items could have been fresher. For the price you charge, I expect the omelette I requested to be a little more sophisticated than two eggs on a plate with nothing else 4

The Clarance hotel is a lovely little gem in the city of Lille. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is good and the location is perfect, right in the center of town.

There was also an air conditioning unit that was made available, but which we did not use. Location is wonderful, beautiful buuilding that was decorated with taste
