Beautiful renovation in the heart of Valenciennes. High quality hotel in every aspect. The standard rooms are very modest in size but are okay. Breakfast was good although the small food area got very busy at peak time. The downstairs spa and pool is also stunning.

It was a great stay and the property is obviously beautiful. My only issue is I wish they had informed us that we would be getting an accessible room before assigning it to us. It’s not a major issue, but it’s just better etiquette to be informed in advance. We did not want to be a hassle so did not bother making a big deal out of it.

The hotel rooms are nice - the spa is nice too. The pool area is beautiful architecture wise … However the water is a bit cold. We had a massage (duo) and it was very relaxing. The sauna is ok too. The steam sauna needed more steam. In general the experience is good - the place is amazing in beauty. What needs to be improved is the food! Second time in this castle. A beautiful hotel. When booking, all wishes were taken into account. We added room decoration, as discussed. The two-level suites are very impressive in their beauty. Which is the most incredibly remodelled airbnb I've ever stayed in. All the detailed trims are impeccable. There's a beautiful sauna and a comfortable jetted tub. There are three huge TVs to watch Netflix or prime video or YouTube. Beds arer super comfortable

Overall it's pretty good, simple and clean, but the bedding is a bit poor, and the cups and pillowcases are a bit worn out.

The room's soundproofing is very good. There is also a spacious lounge on the second floor that is open 24 hours a day. Snacks, coffee, hot tea, fruits, etc. are provided. The hotel's location is great. A great choice of accommodation when visiting Lille.

Very good hotel and staff. Near everything (metro, train, shooping, city center). Staff very responsive and willing to help you all the time, great amenities in the room. The only con is the acoustic isolation that allow some noises from neighbour rooms and from the hallway.

A beautiful hotel situated at the center of Lille. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! The room we had was great, but be aware of mosquitos in the summer when opening the windows. All-in-all we can really recommend staying here, price-quality is sublime.

We booked a one night stay at this hotel in August. The room was clean and quite spacious. There is a parking garage right next to the hotel which was very convenient (we paid 15 EUR for 30 hours of parking). The location is amazing, you walk right into the old city center of Lille. Service was excellent and breakfast was super delicious. Would definitely come back.
