Good hotel to stay in Lille close to the train station and the city center. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Restaurant is good and you can eat at your room during the curfew. You can also order a breakfast that will be delivered at your room in the morning.

Rooms are tiny, toilet brush in the toilet would be a nice asset!

I was a bit sceptical as the rooms are simple. But the internet is great, the bed is good, the staff is very friendly and all speak English, and the restaurant serves good food

Excellent location literally opposite the train station and Westfield. Simple but sufficient breakfast. Very spacious room with nice toiletries. Great cleaning service. Will definitely be back real soon. Shame there's no kids facilities though.

Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly. View from the 7th floor was really nice of Lille. The room itself needs a refurb though. There were some really sticky black carpet stains to the left side of the bed which I kept accidentally stepping on which was really unpleasant. Ventilation in the room felt poor and it was stuffy.

Overall it's pretty good, simple and clean, but the bedding is a bit poor, and the cups and pillowcases are a bit worn out.

Directly across from the opera house, Hotel Carlton is a gem in the center of Lille. It’s a historical building, having been damaged and rebuilt after both world wars. This place has hosted royalty. We had a shirt stay in this wonderful hotel. Welcome and all other service was excellent and the room was beautifully clean and very grand with a view overlooking a square.

We were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. The breakfast was rich, the food in the freezer was free (5 bottles of drinks), and a piece of chocolate was given. The toiletries were from L'Occitane, the room was very clean, and the view outside the window was also very good. I was very satisfied and I would choose this hotel again next time I go on a business trip.

Very good hotel and staff. Near everything (metro, train, shooping, city center). Staff very responsive and willing to help you all the time, great amenities in the room. The only con is the acoustic isolation that allow some noises from neighbour rooms and from the hallway.

A beautiful hotel situated at the center of Lille. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! The room we had was great, but be aware of mosquitos in the summer when opening the windows. All-in-all we can really recommend staying here, price-quality is sublime.

We booked a one night stay at this hotel in August. The room was clean and quite spacious. There is a parking garage right next to the hotel which was very convenient (we paid 15 EUR for 30 hours of parking). The location is amazing, you walk right into the old city center of Lille. The hotel is truly fantastic: comfortable beds, a large shower, and a fantastic location were simply amazing! The rooftop terrace offers amazing views and delicious cocktails. An all-around wonderful stay.

Right next to the city centre (Grand plaza)! Lovely old style decor and furniture, even inside the rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. The roof top bar had a wonderful selection of cocktails and a great view of the Grand Place.

The rooms are spacious and very tastefully put together. When stepping out of the Hotel, you are just where you’d want to be for starting to explore the city. The rooftop bar has nothing to offer besides the view, understaffed and the staff that are there are either full of themselves or untrained. Edit 14. Lille is a city with a beautiful skyline. The hotel is also in the downtown area. It is nice to have a kitchen in the room. It is the room on Ctrip. It is annoying. There is no worse, only the worst. Turn three corners on the first floor and go to the corner. Look at the "beautiful view" outside the window of the four-star hotel.

Great location when staying in Lille. Short walk from the train station, lots of good food placed within minutes. Superior room was clean but a little small and despite checking in online the day before our room wasn't ready on arrival and had to wait about while they found an alternative. Great stay with our dog, staff was very friendly. Rooms are modern, quality furniture. Breakfast was good. Location in Lille is perfect, there is a alley with restaurants and bar right behind the hotel, so you have infinite choices of good food and good coffee. Only complaint is that in the duplex room, there is no sink located with the toilet so you need to climb the stairs up to wash your hands

Had a great stay. It’s within walking distance of many of Lille’s attractions. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a safe in the room and received complimentary drinks which I appreciated. I’d stay here again without a doubt!

Unfortunately, despite checkout being between 6 and 12 a.m., the chambermaid asked us to leave the room twice, knocking loudly at 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. The service at the reception was friendly, as was the breakfast service.

Lovely staff and grounds. Shower was the highlight. Came for the air conditioning during the heatwave but the system was not adequate. Fold out couch was incredibly uncomfortable and squeaky, ended up putting the mattress on the floor.
