A heaven of wellbeing just 30min from Paris! I had an amazing stay at the Trianon Palace Versailles: room was big and clean, team members went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, food was amazingly good. Not forgetting to mention the swimming pool! All in all I had a wonderfully restful stay!

Mixed experience, Reception team, Spa/Pool team & breakfast team all amazing. Room in the Palace just perfect. The issue we found was that the bar and restaurant teams are not attentive and seem to actively want to not serve people. Waited 15 minutes to attempt to order as drink ended up walking out. 2nd occasion sat at table and then not served for 20 minutes.

Definitely had charm of a palace and loved the location. When we were there, the weather was unusually HOT (close to 100F) so AC on the fifth floor was barely keeping up. We asked the room service lady for additional room fans and she went on an adventure to get it. Overall enjoyed our stay.

The price is very good, the price at the hotel front desk is half the price. The hotel is very quiet and close to the Palace of Versailles. The surrounding area is suitable for walking and there are some shops to visit.

Had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Don’t miss delicious breakfast buffet. Solid lunch options at La Veranda restaurant. Great location A warm welcome and wonderful staff . Bedroom was a good size, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection and there was water to refill your bottle if you wanted. Great location , close to the palace, lol ads if restaurants ad train stations. A small glitch with the shower but it was put directly on the list to fix.

After hazards and unhealthy AIRNB apartment this NEW hotel is pleased. Knew everything with great walkable distance to major events. A little bit overpriced in the weekends but for one time nd never comeback visit it's OK. It's great place to realize that AIRNB customers service doesn't exist at all and how bad AIRNB is !

Front desk staff super helpful and friendly! Location fantastic-we were able to walk to Versailles and the rail station. Rooms were basic but clean and prices affordable. Quiet. Only complaint is that the walls are thin and you are able to hear your neighbors.

Pros: The location is absolutely fantastic, only a 5 minute walk from Versailles. We had a change of plan and had to check in after midnight and they were absolutely fine with that. Our room was very quiet and clean. Cons, our room was pretty small for the price of 250 euros, our room smelt very musty, no aircon (but a fan was provided).

A lovely hotel in a brilliant location from which to explore the history and beauty of Versailles. This is a small hotel but the facilities were very good and it was beautifully decorated and had a laid back charm. Breakfast in the yurt was good! You can reach every major cultural and historical attraction within minutes of the hotel. An excellent base from which to explore.

Very central hotel in a lovely quarter of Versailles, walking distance to the Palace, the hotel has well appointed rooms with comfy beds, and a lovely common area with outdoor and indoor space. My teenage kids appreciated the salon with “games” like table football and chess. The staff was very friendly. Free croissants and pain au chocolat at reception was an added plus! This hotel is clean and nice. The rooms are great and in good condition. The one concern I have. They avoid using any plastic in the hotel and therefore have a communal water fountain in the lobby. You are supposed to fill up a bottle and bring it with you to your room. After looking at some of the open top bottles they are obviously not that sanitary. This hotel is located minutes from the Palace of Versailles. It is clean and modern with a very friendly and helpful staff. Emmanuel is a front desk clerk who is great! So friendly and helpful, plus he speaks 4 languages!!! They have a well stocked breakfast buffet with lots of options, including gluten-free options. Rooms were decent , had a great view to the stations and the cafes. Has big beautiful windows that open up to the street view. We got tickets to the Versailles palace from them and it was way cheaper than what you see on those third party site. And we didn’t have to wait in line with their tickets.

The place is quite difficult to find and parking is no close by the hotel. In fact, it is behind a different hotel which does not have clear markings. I booked this hotel 2 times as it is very well located. Facing the RER C so easy to access from/to Paris. Rooms are functional but small so good enough for a short stay and if you just need to get back after a full day out.

This is a quaint hotel SO close to the palace!! It was perfect for my no-fuss sister and me. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful - they helped take our suitcase up the spiral staircase! The breakfast spread was delicious. They even made me a mocha latte when I asked. The room was small and the carpet seemed outdated, but it seemed clean and I also saw someone cleaning.
